What does WebDeploy 2.0 install? - visual-studio-2010

I am purposing using WebDeploy 2.0 in my organization, and the question has been raised to me, What allEXE's/DLL's/Registry keys does installing this product put on the server. Is there a place that I can find that information?
Thanks

I found my own answer. Just in case any one else is looking for this information, I was able to find it by running the WebDeploy MSI through MSIExec with the logging option.
Thanks

Distribution of Azure Functions

From the product development/ISV point of view, I wanted to understand if there is any recommended approach to create a Distributable package (installable) for Azure Functions. I found one post on TechNet but its very old (2017).
Also, is there any marketplace for Azure functions?
Thanks
The "Zip deployment for Azure Functions" option could be possibly useful and there are few more options mentioned under the "deploy" section of the documentation.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/deployment-zip-push
This looks similar to what I was referring to the marketplace:

Thank you Venkatesh, Posting your suggestion as an answer to help other community members.
the above suggested steps in the shared article are working fine by the distributing azure functions in our local environment with last version of visual code 2019 and the documented steps were working pretty fine and this should work for you as well.

Codemaid did not load correctly

I have MSVS 2013 and Windows 7.
I'v tried to install Codemaid, but there is a mistake, when I launch a studio:
The 'CodemaidPackage' package did not load correctly.
The problem may have been caused by a configuration change or by the
installation of another extension. You can get more information by examining
the file
'C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ActivityLog.xml'.
There are some errors from Log:
<errorinfo>Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.</errorinfo>
<description>Package failed to load; error message suppressed by skip flag</description>
May somebody give an advice?
Do you know what version of .NET you have installed? Starting with CodeMaid v10.3, .NET 4.6.2 was required.
There's some more information here: https://github.com/codecadwallader/codemaid/issues/443
If that doesn't answer your question, opening issues directly on the repository is usually the best way to get help. https://github.com/codecadwallader/codemaid/issues
Probably this can help you there is a known bug

How to install jBilling community edition on heroku and/or appfog

I am trying to install jBilling community edition on heroku and/or appfog. I could not find any information on google on how to do this. I used the simple way to deploy the war file on heroku and that did not work. I am assuming there must be some configuration changes needed.
Before I venture into this I wanted to get a shout out and see if anyone has already done this successfully and has notes that s/he is willing to share with me.
jBilling has both installation guides (for windows and for mac/linux) and a Getting Started Guide on their website that list each step and walk you through the process. Try starting with those.

Google-like online installer and updater using NSIS

I would like create Google-like online installer and updater using NSIS.
What plugins should I use?
And maybe somebody can recommend any existing solutions or examples?
You can use the Inetc plug-in to download files, it can also perform HEAD requests if you want to perform the version check on the server. Everything else really depends on your specific setup but creating multi-stage online installers/updaters is not easy; see this answer for a list of things you need to think about/figure out...

Red5 demos don't work

I just installed red5 on my server, and the install seems to work fine. As you can see here: http://onelifemedia.com:5080
I got this far by using this walkthrough: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1046590
The /demos page gives me a 404 error. So I logged onto the server, and checked to see if the "demo" directory was already there. It was not.
The applications that I installed were a directory up from the root directory. I'm not sure if this is right or not.
Either way, my end goal is to actually get something working besides the main page. If I can get the demos to work, then hopefully I should be well on my way.
I guess my questions can be broken down like this:
Does anyone know how to get the demos working?
Should I forget about the demos, and try to start writing my own code?
If I should write my own code, how should I go about installing it? Since the installer is not properly installing the demos.
Thanks
The tutorial is good but you dont need the admin app. Use the installer link in the tutorial and install the demo you want to use. The content of the "demos" directory is only the swf files used to access the server demos which you use the installer app to install. For instance , select "oflaDemo" and then from the main page navigate to demos/oflaDemo et voila.
I know I'm biased being a core developer, but we've attempted to make the server as ez as possible to use.
I could install demos from the latest svn trunk, Checkout the source, use ant&ivy to build and run the server and you can install two sample apps(oflaDemo and SOSample).
You may need to use ivy commands resolve some of the common issues during installations.
E:\dev\red5\java\server\trunk>ant ivyclear dist
()Red5 user mailing list may help you, because this is not exactly problem with Red5 source.

I could resolve the issue based on the information in Red5 users mailing list and comments by Mr.Mondain in one of the posts in Stackoverflow
