Do yoiu get a blank screen, or does it just freeze?
If you only get a blank screen, then this could be due to error reporting turned off on the webserver.

I Installed XAMPP 7.4.4 on my windows 10 .While openign the localhst the the UI look completely broken and phpmyadmin is not loading at all

I installed successfully XAMPP version 7.4.4 on my windows 10. I started bith apache and Mysql from XAMPP control panel. But while opening localhost ,the home page is nt loading properly. and phpmyadmin page keep on loading and nothing appears even after loading for a long time.
Before this I installed ampps .Same UI issue I faced there also. Is there any thing blocking in my system or what could be the issue?
If I upload any website also those ui also coming broken. And taking lot of time and keep on loading.
My Xampp control panel:
PHPMyAdmin:
Homepage coming broken:

SonarQube 6.7.1 freezes on login

This appears to be the same issue as SonarQube 6.7 freezes on login
On mac with Chrome 64 (other browsers don't seem to be affected), with a fresh instead of SonarQube. If I go to the home page (projects?sort=-analysis_date) the page will load everything except the project and end up frozen. (The tab in Chrome itself will be frozen, right click won't work). After 30-60 seconds chrome will have the pop up asking if you want to wait or kill the page.
I tried seeing if anything appear in inspect but i saw no error. If i enter SonarQube from different pages (project pages, admin pages) it works without issue. The freezing only appear on the home page, on mac with chrome 64.

Adobe XD installation on windows 10 is interrupted by an error dialog box that says "The operation was canceled due to some restrictions in effect "

i'm trying to install Adobe XD on my system but i'm halted by an error that comes in form of a dialog box, it says "The operation was cancelled due to some restriction in effect on this system, please contact your system administrator." My windows 10 is up to date and i have the 1607 anniversary update.
Try this solution. It worked for me. For error code 191.
First find Microsoft Store and open it.
Then find the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner. Click it and then click Updates and downloads. In that window locate apps installer and microsoft store. Update both the apps. Then restart the computer and start installation.
I found the answer to this error and i resolved it by doing the installation using the Administrator account that windows 10 creates by default when yo install the OS.
Here is a link to a webpage, the one that helped me http://www.ghacks.net/2014/11/12/how-to-enable-the-hidden-windows-10-administrator-account /
For the error code 505.

Flash player debugger stopped working

Has anybody had Flash player debuuger suddenly stop working for no reason whatsoever.
What I've found so far:
- No exception screens popping up.. in ANY browser. Reinstalled debugger version of flash player, no go.
- Flashbug not showing in Firebug
- No trace calls visible in FlashDevelop
- Flash IDE behaves normal.. all trace calls visible
- Firefox updated about the same time but problem seems to be on a wider scale
This started approximately, on Sunday 8th Januray (or saturday).
Any ideas?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Use the below special uninstaller:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller
Reboot
Download and install the latest debug version:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/11/flashplayer_11_ax_debug_32bit.exe
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/11/flashplayer_11_plugin_debug_32bit.exe
Ensure that this file exists, otherwise create it:
"c:\Documents and Settings[user name]\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\Logs\flashlog.txt"
Note that there is a bug in Flash Player right now that when Photoshop is open that the player will not update logs
I hope this works for you as it did for me!

zend studio 5.5.1 on windows xp - won't open!

I have been using zend studio 5.5.1 for the last year and and a half (on windows xp), with some occasional issues, such as a blank error dialog box when I started the program, but always went away when i restarted my computer, and usually got messages about javaw.exe errors.
But now, the program does not open at all. What happens is, I get a little dialog that says Loading project - this is normal... but then, nothing. The zend program item is sitting in the taskbar, but when i click on it - nothing! there is nothing to show. i can right click and press close, but that is all.
restarting computer did not help. i just uninstalled it, downloaded again from zend website, and reinstalled. tried opening - get loading box, seems to have loaded, even got tip of the day box. but there is nothing showing behind them. once i closed the tip box, i dont have any indication that zend is open besides the program item in the taskbar. windows task manager says it is running...
anyone have a clue? help!!! thanks
UPDATE:
I found this blog post with a fix for Linux... I am a windows user and that is greek to me, anyone who can translate for me what I can do for windows?

voila! it works!!!!
Running Zend Studio 5.5.1 on Windows 7:
Right click Zend-icon for Windows 7 program properties
On Compatibility tab set modus to Windows Vista and apply
Enjoy!
