I have a Google Mini appliance with the 50,000 document license. Does anyone know what happens when my document count goes over 50,000? The mini is still working and obviously, the true 2 year license does not apply anymore but will it start to falter over the document limit? Thanks.
The Google Mini is no longer supported by Google so if you run into any issues then you will not have tech support to resolve the issue. Most Google Mini users have migrated to other options.

I'm trying to bring back to service the Google Mini that I found in our racks.
I managed to login, and found that the software version is 5.0.4.
AFAIN, there is already version 7.6, but we can't download any new software version without access to Google Enterprise support portal, and We can't find the login details...
Any idea where can I find the latest software image (and how to update)?
Thanks in advance!
Gilad
The Google Mini was discontinued about 4 or 5 years ago. The software version, of the Mini, never went beyond the 5.x series line.
The Google Mini software is no longer available for download as it is no longer supported. Any legal license to use it would have expired long ago.
The full Google Search Appliance is currently on version 7.6
About 5 days ago my app passed 570 downloads but my badge still shows 100 downloads on google play, Isn't 5 days too long to update these stats?
They are supposed to update every 24 hours., stats which is displayed in developer console is not reliable, they often stop updating for few days.
I'd suggest you to integrate Google Analytics for Mobile, localitics or any other framework if you want good statistics.
I had the same problem recently so I contacted Google Play developers support and they clarified the issue.
As it turned out, the number shown in Developer's console statistics "New users acquired" and on the "Installs" badge in Google Play are computed using different algorithms. The first one shows raw installs while the second one shows the somehow corrected data. In particular, install metrics may be discounted or even removed entirely if Google detects fraudulent installs.
Hopefully this is the best place to ask this... We have a Google Mini that now gets stuck on the Enterprise Network service step and won't go past that. Is there anything we can do? We have probably been out of support for around 8 years, and everyone who set it up has left our organization. I found this post about it https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/Google-Search-Appliance-Help/91AhqGXc4HM, but the link at the end doesn't work anymore... Hopefully someone has a solution to that problem, that doesn't involve buying a new Search Appliance...
You cannot directly edit the configuration of the Google Mini unless you can boot it up and get to the configuration services. The hard drives are encrypted.
Since the Mini is a licensed piece of hardware and will have expired by now you won't be able to have Support log in to resolve the issue.
You should look at replacement technology at this point.
Today I saw that amount of downloads in my app on google play decreased to 100. But yesterday was few thousands. In developer console everything is fine and I see correct total installs. But in Google Play as a user: 100 downloads. Can anybody explain?
Had the same problem yesterday. Today is all fine.
It was probably some bug of google play's side.
Other suggestion is that they are experimenting new formulas for showing the installs (because too many apps have a millions of total downloads, but only few thosand active)
Refresh google play and clear cache. Should be fine for you too
I have some problems with the app-statistics in the Developer Console. In the FAQ, I could read that they are updated every day at 9:00. Today (8.June - 17.00) I can only see the statistics from 6. June. Why is there a time discrepancy of 2 days ?
Thanks for support.
I've a strange behaviour on my Google Developer Statistics because I've an application using google analitycs to know what countries are most used on my application. Today Google Analytics has 16 different countries, while Google Developer Console show me 5 different countries (both updated today).
Then I wander...how accurate is the information on Google Developer Console and why two different products of Google show me different values?
