My maven-cucumber-selenium-junit-allure project doesn't generate allure-results

I created an automated-test project you can see below my maven pom.xml.
If I run mvn clean test command, allure-results aren't generated but test cases run.
I read through allure documentation and looked for the solution but it doesn't work for me.
What could be the problem?
Here is my pom.xml content:

The project.build.directory is a temporal directory what is generated when you build the project. Don't use that folder to store your results. Creates a folder in the root project and put the allure results in that dir.

Cucmber Feature file execution from Maven CLI

I am trying to execute a cucumber feature file from maven command line and facing the following issue - Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.14.1:test (default-test) on project Maven: No tests were executed!
The command I have used to execute is -
mvn -Dtest -Document.options="src/test/resources/maven_poc/excel_colors.feature:3"
However the step definitions file is executed successfully when executed from maven command prompt.
• mvn -Dtest=excel_color_stepdef test

My pom.xml is as below. Anyone who has faced similar issues? Any tips on resolution steps is appreciated.

Those don't look like valid maven commands. It's mvn test. And the system property is named cucumber.options. So mvn test -Dcucumber.options="src/test/resources/maven_poc/excel_colors.feature:3"
You should execute the java test class that references the cucumber. Something like:
#ContextConfiguration(loader = SpringBootContextLoader.class, classes = EligibilityApplication.class)
#RunWith(Cucumber.class)
#CucumberOptions(features = "src/test/resources/cucumber/eligibility/listpolicies/ListPolicies.feature", strict = true)
public class ListPoliciesTest {
}
And in the maven command you will use something like:
mvn -Dtest="src/test/java/../ListPoliciesTest.java"

Trouble when changing Spring Boot version from 2.0.3.RELEASE to 2.1.0.M4

I have a working code that stops to work when I change Spring Boot version from 2.0.3.RELEASE to 2.1.0.M4
The error is:
Error starting ApplicationContext. To display the conditions report re-run your application with 'debug' enabled.

A kinda similar question (Trouble when changing Spring Boot version from 2.0.3.RELEASE to 2.1.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT) was already asked but no proper answer was given.

I have asterisked few parts.
The parent BOM has a parent element in its POM as below:
<parent>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
<version>2.1.0.M4</version>
<relativePath /> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>
Progress
From the spring 2.1.0 M1 release notes (https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/wiki/Spring-Boot-2.1.0-M1-Release-Notes) I see that Bean Overriding has been disabled.
The error goes away when I add a property allow-bean-definition-overriding: true in my application.yml file but then I get the following error:

It seems your application is mixing two incompatible versions of Spring Boot.
Your main pom.xml seems to be importing spring-boot-starter-reactor-netty with the 2.0.5.RELEASE version.
You should not override versions of Spring Boot libraries, as it's all taken care of by the dependency management in the parent POM
You don't need the reactor-netty starter at all, as it's transitively brought by the webflux one.
Please don't change Spring Boot version once your project is in between development. Try to add latest version when you start project. Once development started don't change any thing in version. I have faced same problem and wasted 4-5 hours and again went back to previous version everything working perfectly.
Delete .project file and update maven.

Selenium 3.7.1 gson dependency throwing a ClassNotFoundException

OS:
Windows 10
Selenium Version:
3.7.1 (JAVA)
Browser:
Chrome 62.0.3 (64bit)
Chrome driver 2.33.0
After upgrading to Selenium 3.7.1 and chrome driver 2.33.0 my tests are failing due to a Class not found exception on the gson jar. I can see the jar in my maven dependencies. I can get around this issue from inside my eclipse environment by adding the gson as an external jar but this limits me to only running from the IDE.
Has anyone else seen this issue or can anyone see where I'm gone wrong? As gson is included as a dependency of selenium I presume I shouldn't have to add the dependency to my pom. Any help would be great, thanks in advance
Regards
Donagh

These drivers are transitive dependencies of selenium-java, so there are automatically resolved by Maven and there is no need to declare them in pom.xml.
If you declare them in th POM.XML, this causes versions conflict of these libraries. Mavens pick a version declared in the POM and ignores the nevest version.
If you are using eclipse, you can observe this on dependency hierarch tab, it looks like this

Error in Selenium Maven and Jenkins integration

I am a New to integrating selenium code built using Maven and integrating with selenium. My selenium code works fine in local through TestNG but while integrating with Jenkins or running as a Maven build its throwing the below error.
I have tried updating Maven and also mvn clean install. but nothing is working out
Am i using wrong versions of jars for selenium, extent reports, poi etc.. Attaching my pom.XML and error for your reference
