How to deploy / test Dialogflow chatbot to the actual Google Home device? - google-home

I created a Dialogflow project and have tested via Integration->Web Demo and Google Actions->Simulator; everything works correctly. I now want to test it on the actual device. My account is enabled for testing on the device - see screenshot. However, I can't locate it when I open the Google Assistant app on my iPhone search for it, I don't find it. What else do I have do to get in on my device? Thanks for the help!
Many Thanks

It won't show up in the Assistant Directory until you publish it, however you can start it the same way you start it in the simulator - by saying "Hey Google, talk to action name"

Where do you publish/unpublished apps on new Google Play Developer site

I can't for the life of me find the unpublish/publish switch on the new Google Play developer site. It used to be in pricing but I just cannot find it.
I currently have an app unpublished and need to change it back to published but can't find the option.
I cannot switch back to the classic version as I get a 403 error code.
You can just transfer it to another Google Play Developer account.
Follow this tutorial post to do that: Android Apps Transfer to Different Developer Account
Finally found it!
Click on the app in question, then choose 'Setup' then 'Advanced settings' and it is in there.

Is Google play console logs offline crashes when back to online

I published my mobile app in Google play console recently. Regarding crash logs in Android vitals I'm doing bit investigation on it and I have some doubts,
Is Google play console capable of log offline crashes when device back to online ?
I could see the crashes updated in Google Play console even I'm working in development apk with my real mobile device, How Google Play console logs the crashes occured it local apk, it is only for the apps downloaded from Google Play store right ?
Please anyone clarify my above questions since I'm new to mobile app development area
.
Yes, Google will collect crashes even when they occur offline.
Google will collect crashes even if the app is not installed via Play Store. You can however filter those crashes in the Play Console directly by adding the filter "Installed from Google Play":

Google Apps Marketplace icon missing from App Launcher

We have developed a Google Apps Marketplace app and recently received reports from our users, that the App Launcher ("grid") wouldn't show our app's icon anymore.
This is a screenshot how it looks for my personal Google Apps account when I'm on www.google.com:
And this is a screenshot from my account when I'm on admin.google.com/AdminHome:
As you can see, only when I'm on the Google Apps account page, I can see icons of Marketplace apps. But it used to show up anywhere, also on www.google.com.
So Google must have changed something. The question is: can we get it back to the old behaviour?
PS: I know that it's just a link and one could simply bookmark it, but some of our customers are not really 'tech-savvy' and believe our app is 'gone completely' now. This is causing confusion everywhere.

Google Apps Marketplace SDK : setup a contextual gadget

Ok, so without much notification given, adding market place listings to your vendor profile is no longer possible. The 'create new listing' button is greyed out.
I need to make changes to an existing marketplace listing but that gives errors. We are forced into the new SDK.
So I went ahead and enabled the apps market SDK, filled out all details including images of all sizes, add a COB extension for the contextual gadget and saved the whole thing.
A minute later I return to make a modification and dang... error: "We are looking into this.".
#Google: HELP !
UPDATE : I can reliably reproduce the error as explained here.
Enable Google Apps Marketplace SDK in your project
click on the gear icon, you will be directed to the old API Console
Fill out all details
Add a COB extension (Contextual gadget)
Save everything
Close the API console
Go back to your cloud console -> Google Apps Marketplace SDK
Click on the gear icon again
ERROR
Tested with several google accounts on different computeres and multiple projects on the cloud console.
#jonathanberi could we have a status on this issue, please? We are experiencing the exact same issue and we are unable to publish our app (which is ready) because of this bug. We have tried both creating a new Google Apps console project from scratch as well as modifying a draft of a yet to be published page with the same result. Is any information that we could provide to help?
You must fill out parameter name and a paramter value or your cloud console will return errors and you will not be able to recover from this.
Ouch, that were 3 useless weeks....

How I can download my beta test release from app hub? I have zune url but... - wp7

This is a simple questions:
I've developed my first app for windows phone 7 (Mango). I have created a new release in the marketplace for beta test.
I have received one confirm email about this process. All is ok. But now, in this email, there is a Url like this:
zune://navigate/?appid=46546c45-7b41-11ae-b78e-268334559f0ac
In theory, I have to send this url to beta testing people of my list. But Where I or they have to write this url for download the app?
In zune? In the marketplace? I don't know what I have to do with this url....
Thanks guys,
JPe
When you submitted the app for beta testing, you needed to specify the live ids of some testers. This link (zune://) can be used to install the application through Zune. You need to send this link to those testers whose live ids you entered there. Just paste the link in any browser and it will open with Zune.
The link will not work for anyone else, but for the specified live ids.
If your live id is not in the beta tester live ids list, I am not sure that you can test the app with your live id. I'd suggest to add your live id to the list.
And by the way, you cannot access a beta app through the Marketplace, the only way is through Zune with the given link.
I hope it will work for you.
I have found in most cases the beta links only work when opened from a Windows 7 device, opening the link on a PC through Zune either gets a "app not available" or "app not available for your country".
There doesn't seem to be any setting in the marketplace to get around this so it may be by design.
No word yet on if this is fixed with the web marketplace but I doubt it since the Beta apps only give a Zune link
