I'm very new to vim. I just started today.
Neovim used to have 8 assets with 2 for windows called nvim-win32 and nvim-win64. They are not there anymore. Does anyone know what happened or when they will be back for download? Or will I need to work with the source file?
Thanks for the help.
The windows binaries are not included for every release. They are included in most of them, though, including the release tagged with "latest release".

Can anyone help me out whilst I still have some hair left.
I have been running VSCode on Windows 10 since January. Yesterday it attempted to update to the latest version 1.54 but failed. VSCoce will now not run.
I am trying to re-install from the VSCode site installer. However when I download and run the installer file windows gives an error saying the file is corrupt.
Windows Error Message
I seem to remember having this problem when installing the 1.52 version in January but I can find no reference to what I did to resolve this. I believe I was pointed to an alternative install program, but I cannot find this now.
Please can anyone assist?
Many thanks.
Colin Murdoch.
OK. I have now managed to re-install VScode by downloading the .zip file and extracting all the elements into a directory within Program Files. It remains to be seen if this will work properly as with no official install routine, nothing will have been added to the registry. However the program loads OK and seems to recognise the PlatformIO extension that was already loaded.
I still don’t understand why I cannot run the official install routines. There must be something odd about my Windows installation.
check your antivirus program. I recognize that message. I had the same issue when trying to install an SQL server.
I downloaded the latest adt bundle (adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140624), and uncompresed that zip file, but when i try to open that adt, it open as juno eclipse. can any body help me to resolve this prblem.
thanks in advance
ADT Bundle contains Eclipse, to start Android development you need the ADT and the bundle comes with both you don't have to spend time searching for the ADT and Eclipse
Same problem here, using OSX. The downloaded ADB dows not show the typical ADB buttons and other extension provided by the plugins, but just a plain Eclipse. Installing an older version of ADT (adt-bundle-mac-x86_64-20140321) and updating won't help.
The package seemes somehow broken, some files like the ADT app icon, just aren't there. Other people experimented problems (Same problem; Other problem, also documented here).
I know it's not a real answer, but I just switched to Android Studio. I think the only other option is reverting to an older versione and wait for a new release.
To not get blocked I've continued to install the latest ADT Bundle 23.0.0 and adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140624 fresh on my system. Updated the SDK to the latest and continued to set "targetVersion as '19'" instead of setting it to 20 or 21.
That way you can proceed ahead with your coding and later when things get resolved...you can implement that to new version. BTW, I've also selected 'Blank Activity / Empty Activity" during the project creation
Comment back if it makes sense or NOT until the problem gets resolved by Google... :)
The Bug thread about this issue can be tracked here : Latest ADT Bundle Bug Tracker
I have just (finally) started using sublime text 2, and I am liking it so far (apart from lack of intellisense / autocompletion :(, though tried codeintel but its not what I expected), I am moving from netbeans (can't afford to use it because of memory eating nature :(). Anyway My current issue is I don't know how I can use latest update of sublime text 2 (portable on windows), it kept prompting me about update and once I listened to it and it downloaded new version but there was no step involved in actually updating the existing version to new one instead I have another portable version with newer files, and my issue is i have install several plugins in the old version and I don't know how I can use those in this new version :(.
Note: It just started saying me this version has expired so thats why I am seeking help so I can use new version but with my already installed plugins (emmet, js minifier etc etc :().
I have googled alot but found no windows based guide which helps me solve my issue :(.
Thanks in advance.
Assume that your old version is installed in Sublime.old, and the new version in Sublime.new. Make sure Sublime Text 2 is closed, then move the Sublime.new\Data folder to someplace else (like your Desktop, for now), just in case anything breaks. Then, copy (don't move) the Sublime.old\Data folder to Sublime.new. Fire up the program and check to see that everything is there, and works properly. Please note that this method will not work when upgrading from ST2 to ST3, as there are major differences in the way plugins are run.
I am trying to install the latest SVN Update OpenSceneGraph-3.1.4 on Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
Do I need to install a specific WindowSystemInterface ?
$ osgviewer cow.osg
View::setUpViewAcrossAllScreens() : Error, no WindowSystemInterface available, cannot create windows.
Viewer::realize() - failed to set up any windows.
I build and re-build many times, using CMake with or without Gui, compiling Unix files or from within Xcode, but still same problem.
Thank you!
If you'd like a more recent Mac OSG binary which includes a
user-runnable installer, OSG Frameworks supporting both 32 and 64-bit
archs, etc. you can use the one published by ARToolworks:
http://www.artoolworks.com/dist/openscenegraph/3.1.x/
It doesn't include the COLLADA (.dae) plugin but most other plugins
are present.
Regards, Phil.
It sounds like somehow the GraphicsWindow*.cpp file didn't compile and link and execute, as this is what provides the WindowSystemInterface. This is an unusual condition, as normally this is built automatically, linked in and executed as the library starts up and the user is never the wiser.
I'm not sure what to advise you, only to re-check you build process as something has gone very wrong.
I downloaded Xcode 4.0.2 just a while back. I am not able to connect to the repositories as I was able to do in Xcode 4.0.0.
I do not know the reason for this, and I think the settings are pretty much right. I am now searching for Xcode 4.0.0 so that I could revert back to the earlier version.
Does anybody know where I can find the earlier version of Xcode?
You can look on torrent sites, there may be some out there. Also, try searching Google for links from Apple, you may be able to figure out the download link from the most recent available on Apple.
Are you running Time Machine? You could revert to an earlier version from there.
