I am creating a bot using Bot Framework Composer following the instructions in the tutorial.
Tutorial URL : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/composer/tutorial-create-weather-bot#add-interruptions-to-the-conversation-flow
The tutorial states that the Project Readme appears when the 'Microsoft.Bot.Components.HelpAndCancel' package is installed. But it doesn't appear.
The tutorial also states that 'CancelDialog' and 'HelpDialog' are displayed on the authoring canvas. But I don't see it.
Also, the installed packages do not appear in the 'Installed' menu in Package Manager.
I don't know what the problem is.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I found the cause of the problem.
It was because the user name of the Windows local user account was Korean (in my case) not English.
After changing the user name to English, I tried again and it worked normally.
Unfortunately, I don't have a deep understanding of this issue, so it's difficult to explain in detail.
I look forward to a detailed explanation from someone who has a deep understanding of this issue.

Now, i using vuejs and laravel. when i see view page source (Ctrl+U) but have not html code.I went to find in google. And found need to use Server side rendering
(I learned form https://medium.com/js-dojo/server-side-rendering-with-laravel-vue-js-2-5-6afedd64aa90) But problem is "Class 'V8Js' not found"
Someone can help ?
sorry I don't speak English that well
The problem is, that V8JS is a PHP library, that is not shipped by default and you have to compile it by yourself. You can learn more about it and how to install it on it's GitHub page. Follow the installation instructions for your local machine operating system and you should be good to go. If you would like to deploy your app to your hosting provider, first you have to make sure that your host has this PHP extension compiled and enabled. Hopefully this helps you :)
I'm trying to port FirefoxOS on Motorola G but I don't understand how to write device manifest. What should be specified in the manifest? Where do I start? Mozilla's official documentation isn't that helpful actually.
The manifest is tricky but like a bike - one you get the hang of it then it becomes second-nature.
Here are the links I used to understand the manifest:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps/Developing/Manifest
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps/Developing/About_app_manifests?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Web%2FApps%2FFAQs%2FAbout_app_manifests
The main point that helped me was to understand that only two fields are required: name, and description. This make other options specific to your needs, so I stripped all other members out to start: "locales" and "developer".
The primary config that I needed to get right was:
launch_path - I got it to work through trial-and-error, but then moved the app within my architecture and was surprised when the app went 404! I shouldn't have been surprised because... the path was incorrect. After updating the path the app installed correctly.
For example:
/Apps/App1/app1.html
Final bit of advice on Manifest. The best way to understand it is to get a test app working from the mdn-app-template! This way you can see how it works and test it's capabilities. I strongly recommend this as a first step. https://github.com/chrisdavidmills/mdn-app-template
Other suggestions:
- It took a while to get the workflow down. It is possible to just click a 'refresh' link in the App Manager. Which is a rather immediate workflow.
- Uninstalling in Android was weird. The app is actually saved within Firefox. So you have to go to about:apps to uninstall. Here is the link: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps/Developing/Apps_for_Android
Hope it helps.
I just installed red5 on my server, and the install seems to work fine. As you can see here: http://onelifemedia.com:5080
I got this far by using this walkthrough: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1046590
The /demos page gives me a 404 error. So I logged onto the server, and checked to see if the "demo" directory was already there. It was not.
The applications that I installed were a directory up from the root directory. I'm not sure if this is right or not.
Either way, my end goal is to actually get something working besides the main page. If I can get the demos to work, then hopefully I should be well on my way.
I guess my questions can be broken down like this:
Does anyone know how to get the demos working?
Should I forget about the demos, and try to start writing my own code?
If I should write my own code, how should I go about installing it? Since the installer is not properly installing the demos.
Thanks
The tutorial is good but you dont need the admin app. Use the installer link in the tutorial and install the demo you want to use. The content of the "demos" directory is only the swf files used to access the server demos which you use the installer app to install. For instance , select "oflaDemo" and then from the main page navigate to demos/oflaDemo et voila.
I know I'm biased being a core developer, but we've attempted to make the server as ez as possible to use.
I could install demos from the latest svn trunk, Checkout the source, use ant&ivy to build and run the server and you can install two sample apps(oflaDemo and SOSample).
You may need to use ivy commands resolve some of the common issues during installations.
E:\dev\red5\java\server\trunk>ant ivyclear dist
()Red5 user mailing list may help you, because this is not exactly problem with Red5 source.
I could resolve the issue based on the information in Red5 users mailing list and comments by Mr.Mondain in one of the posts in Stackoverflow
Is there a definitive guide to adding a second language (ex Portuguese) to a SilverStripe website?
If not, I have made a start on it - see here: http://217.198.108.87/hham/wordpress/?page_id=61
however I cannot see what to do once I have successfully installed the extension!
Any suggestions welcome - and I shall append them to my installation instructions.
Tim
I'm not quite sure where you're stuck.
If you add Object::add_extension('SiteTree', 'Translatable') in your _config.php, then DONT also add the $extensions line to your Page class.
Page inherits from SiteTree.
If you look at the demo site (http://demo.silverstripe.org/admin) you should see that each page when you edit it should have a Translations tab.
I assume you're not getting this?
Please provide some more information about the problem and lets see if we can sort it out.
Also, try this guide?
http://www.ssbits.com/tutorials/2011/using-translatable-to-create-a-simple-multilingual-site
Sometimes the SilverStripe forum is more responsive than StackOverflow, as the core SStr team may see your question more quickly.
i'm new to joomla and i wanna know how can i install modules(or whatever they call)..i downloaded Jcomments from Joomlatune and i donno how to install or configure it..the documentation is also not good plus the screenshots are in a different language..
can someone help me in installing that module?
also, how can i enable comments for an article?
thanks...
You're having problems because you didn't understand Joomla's terminology to extensions.
Extensions are divided in:
Modules
Plugins
Components
Check official documentation to learn each concept.
So, when you have an extension, to install it you just go to your Joomla's menu in administration, and select install like it is in the picture below.
Then, select your zip file which contains your extension.
Go to yourserver.com/administrator/
In one of the menus is a component manager.
