UWP Package Install Script Doesn't Install Properly

When you build an UWP app it also creates an install script as shown below. I've used it to install application quickly as through the GUI I need to uninstall the app and sometimes it doesn't uninstall fully and I need to troubleshoot using PowerShell.
The issue is that this script doesn't actually install properly because recently I fixed an issue and did a build but if I install by running the script the fix is not seen/available in the running application. It was a script change not a visual change so it's still using old build of script?
However, if I uninstall and install by opening the package (.appxbundle) and clicking install it does function correctly.
So I don't know why that is happening. This script is auto-generated and I haven't changed anything but it still has incorrect functionality? Is this a MS bug (anyone know where I can report it)? Something I'm doing wrong? Can anyone who knows PowerShell spread some light.
Here are the scripts.
The app was made with Unity 2018.4 LTS then package was built using VS.

Error installing Microsoft Bot framework emulator

I'm trying to install "Bot framework emulator V3" on my PC, but I get "The installation has failed" and then I can't do anything. I've already turned off the antivirus and the Windows Firewall... I don't know what to do, and I don't have any information of the error.
I had the same problem and attempted multiple times to install via the link.
Now I was able to run the emulator by downloading and installing it myself following these instructions:
https://github.com/Microsoft/BotFramework-Emulator/wiki/How-to-Contribute#clone-and-build
None of the other solutions (i.e. running .net fix, etc) worked.

While installing appcelerator studio in windows for titanium, node js not installed correctly error

I don't have previously installed version of node in my system.
When I try to install Appcelerator Studio in windows, I keep getting this error
NoteJS mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed.
I see you've already reported this on JIRA (https://jira.appcelerator.org/browse/TISTUD-7869) and it seems this is a regression of https://jira.appcelerator.org/browse/TISTUD-6618 so I hope we'll be able to fix it soon. Please follow progress on JIRA.

Multi-Device-Hybrid installation maybe fails

I installed the Multi-Device Hybrid Apps (Preview) from here
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=397606
i had problems in the first installation, because the VS2013 show the same screen for hours, with it i restar the pc and start a repair the installation... but looks like this is not installed because i don´t have projects templates for this type of apps and in tool optins i have this result:
Someone can help with it? I just did 2 repairs.... :/
It seems like your installation did not complete successfully, which is why the project template does not show up. Its hard to tell what went wrong. However, repairing a failed install will probably not help get things running.
Could you try running the installer again and see if that works.

VS2010 SP1 Installation. “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”

Ultimately, I'm trying to install the windows phone app SDK so that I can put an app I've made on my phone.
To do this, I am told I need to install SP1.
When I attempt this I get the following:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable visual studio riaservices.msi"
I download the riaservices.msi and point the dialog to it, and I get the message:
"The file is not a valid installation package for the product WCF RIA Services V1.0 for VS 2010."
I've downloaded the ISO as mentioned in a related post on this website, but I've no idea what I'm doing with that now it's mounted.
Some of the features I've tried to install have asked me to insert the CD which I don't have, I downloaded it for free from a university scheme.
Can anyone help me fix this? It's infuriating beyond belief.
Someone answered the question over on SuperUser, this got a fair few views so here's a link to there:

This is kind of error found while uninstalling programs, I saw this error when I try to uninstall Java. But it is common i-tones, Blackberry software and certain other applications also.
As a Technical Support I met this problem and found a solution for a client PC running with Windows XP.
All the step by step procedure I written here
