I work in a big company and we have the enterprise count. I build a private iPhone program and successful make a enterprise distribution with ad hoc. So I can delivery the program to 100 devices without the app Store.
But someone say to me that I can delivery to a infinite number of iphone without using the app store. Is it possible?
If not, and if my program will be used to more than 100 iPhones, what can i do? What choice I have?
With or without an enterprise account, as an iOS developer you can distribute your app wirelessly via a custom webpage.
Example: http://paddle-battle.com/install/
How to: http://www.alexcurylo.com/blog/2010/08/27/wireless-ad-hoc-distribution/
iOS Developer Library: http://developer.apple.com
The 100 device limit only affects regular developer accounts.
But someone say to me that I can
delivery to a infinite number of
iphone without using the app store. Is
it possible?
Yes. The whole point of the enterprise developer program is that it lets large organizations distribute in-house apps without having to go through the App Store. You're not limited in the number of devices that you can distribute to. However, you should read the enterprise program license carefully -- I believe it contains terms that say, essentially, that you're only allowed to distribute within your organization. That is, you can't get an enterprise license and then start distributing your apps publicly.

I need to install my own app on other iPhones but without jailbreak and without the App Store!
Something like: ~~> tui.tongbu.com
It installs without App Store and jailbreak
Another example ~~> sibche.ir ;)
I mean how they crack their apps so that it will install on non-jailbroken iPhones.
It's called wireless distribution of iOS apps. You will need to create enterprise manifest file, which is plist containing HTTP link to your ipa file.
You will need to host it somewhere and you will need to open this link in Safari or pass it to the device through MDM (Mobile Device Management), if this device is enrolled in MDM.
Take a look at this link
It explains how to do enterprise manifest and distribute apps over the air.
You could use this tool
It lets you turn your app (in the form of a github repo) into an app that you can install straight from Safari.
A good example of this is GBA4IOS
If you add the other iPhones' UDIDs to your developer portal and create an Ad Hoc Provisioning Profile containing them, you can distribute Ad Hoc builds to these iPhones.
You can distribute over the air (aka downloading an IPA from a webpage) using exactly the same mechanism mentioned by Victor.
I've written a script that takes a .ipa file, creates the various html & "manifest" file and uploads it to your web host (web host not included).

I have windows dev account and so I registered my WP device Nokia Lumia 710 in windows dev center to test my apps I currently building... I have Windows Phone sdk 7.1. there were some sites that you can directly download xap files of known Applications that is free in Windows phone App store. Due to high rates in Mobile GPRS (300Mb for 1 US$ in Sri Lanka and it quietly high in here) I decided to download apps manually and deploy it using "Application Deployment" in Windows Phone sdk.
I could deploy round 10 apps to my device, but after that is giving me a error saying "The maximum number of developer applications on this phone has been reached" as a solution it suggest to remove a developer app and try again.
What's the reason for this?
Thank you
The reason is to prevent what you're doing. When unlocking a phone, you're supposed to deploy only applications you've developed. In which case it is unlikely to reach the 10 apps limitation.
Now, you could argue that deploying free apps doesn't harm anyone, and I agree (except that you don't get the automatic updates). But if you can deploy free apps, you can also deploy paid apps. So I believe it's primarily to prevent piracy that Microsoft has enforced that limit.
By the way, if you want to avoid using your mobile plan, you can download and install apps directly from a desktop PC by using Zune. That way, you're still using the Marketplace, and the number of deployed apps isn't limited.

Is it possible to publish an app to Windows Phone Marketplace as free and later change the price of the very same app, without changing anything else?
I mean the stats, reviews etc remains in this case, the app is the same, the price raised from free to some value after a promo time period, say 3 months.
I know that it is possible with Apple AppStore, I also know it is not possible with Android Market (btw what about Amazon Android store?, but this is out of topic here)
Unfortunately I did not find related info about WP7/WP7.5 Marketplace.
Thx for answers
It is probably possible (at least it was) as I remember a bug where apps that converted from free to paid could not be updated by the end-user and that very same bug also existed with apps that have trial versions.
Edit: I'm pretty sure you can change from free to paid, but for the other way, your app needs certification again which means republishing it. MSDN especially states that special condition.
Yes, it's possible. With the one limit that users that have already "purchased" the application (for $0), won't be asked to pay for it when you change the price.
Not even if they re-install the app.

I have completed an app using an old iphone sdk. My machine is running leopard. I would like to upload it to the app store and I understand that I have to enroll as an apple developer. What is plain old stupid is that I cannot read any official documentation about uploading to the appstore without purchasing a developer's license. I don't even know if I can upload with my version of xcode and ios sdk. or if i even go through xcode to submit my app for review. my question is how do i go about submitting my app for review and is it possible to do without upgrading my machine? Regardless of the price it is extra money that I do not want to spend.
The developer program is free. You need to pay just in case you want to submit your application. You can register and see any documentation

I've created an iOS app that supports multiple resolutions and I'd like to submit it to the Mac App store. Can I submit the IPA to the Mac App store?
More info:
I have an iOS account that I paid $99 for. Do I also have to buy another account? I'm not using XCode.
No. OS X does not have UIKit as a native framework, so it simply won't run. You could look into The Chameleon Project from The IconFactory, which attempts to create a UIKit API compatible framework for the desktop.
If you manage to get your application into an OS X ready state, you'll need a Mac Developer account to submit it to the Mac App Store. Signup is basically identical to the signup for an iOS account, and costs the same. See developer.apple.com for more.
Update:
It appears it will be possible, http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/articles/air_marketplace_faq.html
Quote, ...There are now several app stores on desktops, mobile devices and tablets that service AIR developers including Apple App Store, Android Market, BlackBerry App World, Intel AppUp center, Samsung Apps, and Toshiba App Place...
