Iphone sdk not installed error while installing phonegap template - installation

I recently installed iPhone SDK on my Mac OS X 10.5 VMWare. I have iPhone SDK 3 installed on the vmware image. I planned to learn Phonegap development and so started to install the 'PhoneGap Template' for iPhone applications.
But when I start the installation, I get the error saying iPhone SDK not found. I already have installed the iPhone SDK, then why am I getting this error.
Can anybody help me?

Building iOS app (.ipa) with React-Native using Mac Mini 2012

I am evaluating app building for both Android and iOS.
I don't have access to a Mac, but would a 2012 MAC Mini i7 16gb running High Sierra be compatible with the appropriate X-Code version to allow me to compile and build .ipas for iOS device and the app store.
Thanks
Yes it is, just make sure it has latest xcode version 9.
Or xcode 8 or above.
Because that will make sure that you can build and upload ipa.

Xcode 8.1 missing 10.12.1 SDK when trying NSTouchbar

Excited to try out the new NSTouchBar APIs.
Went to the developer site to get the sample code, and it crashes every time in Xcode 8.1 (build 8B62)saying I don't have the 10.12.1 SDK installed, even though I can add a deployment target of 10.12.1.
There are now two versions of macOS 10.12.1 (12B2657 and 16B2555).
Download the update from here (also if you already have 10.12.1 12B2657) to get 16B2555:
https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1897?locale=en_US
This will enable the TouchBar simulator in Xcode 8.1.

Trying to deploy to iPhone 5 with iOS 6 SDK, on XCode 4.2

I'm running XCode 4.2 on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 on a Dell Mini 1010. So it's a hackintosh. Anyway I already managed to get ios 5.1 SDK installed and I can debug applications on my iPad 1st gen running 5.1 which is great. (Following this method Is it possible to get the iOS 5.1 SDK for Xcode 4.2 on Snow Leopard?)
Now I also installed ios 6 SDK along with the device support files for 6.0. However my iPhone is running 6.1.4 which means I require the 10B350 device support file. Does anyone know where I can get this? My iPhone shows up in the organizer panel with this message "dyld_shared_cache_extract_dylibs failed"
Now I can also develop apps with the iphone 6 sdk, which works fine. And I even have the developer certificate installed on my iPhone 5.
So it seems to be an intitialisation error within xcode?
Help or tips appreciated.
Cheers
Ben

Question iOS SDK 4.0

I am trying to locate IOS SDK 4.0. But I'm unable to find it. I'm currently running v10.5.6 osx and I'm unable to install the xcode iOS 4.2 cause it says I require 10.6.
Will iOS SDK 4.0 work?
Thanks
iOS SDK 4.0+ requires Snow Leopard / Mac OS 10.6+.
What are the system requirements for the iOS SDK?
To develop with iOS SDK and participate in the iOS Deeloper Program you must have an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Refer to the iOS SDK Read Me document for full details on system requirements. You must be registered as an Apple Developer in order to access the iOS SDK and iOS SDK Read Me document.
Compatibility: Xcode 3.2 requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X Snow Leopard version 10.6.4 or later. Note: some distributions of Xcode do not include the iOS SDKs; you can verify their presence in the Installer’s “Custom Install” pane.

No, you cannot install it on anything under 10.6: How to install iphone sdk 4 on Mac OSX 10.5.8
