Permanent solution 1: on win 10
Find the "installation directory\Xilinx\14.x\ISE_DS\ISE\gnu\MinGW\5.0.0\nt\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.2\collect2.exe" and delete it and re-run the emulator, the problem resolved! !
Just delete this or cut and paste somewhere as else, now re-run the code or test bench it will work.

I found answer! Look at ningunos answer and put "fuse" file in: C:\Xilinx\14.x\ISE_DS\ISE\bin\nt
For the process failing part, it seems that Xilinx tool writers may have an issue try restarting them and if needed, your machine as well.
Download latest version of MinGW
Copy all the content from the MinGW folder into Xilinx\14.2\ISE_DS\ISE\gnu\MinGW\5.0.0\nt
Now it should be working.
just run the 64bit variant of ISE

Solved windows 10 issue with xilinx.
I tried this solution (as mentioned in link):
"ISE 14.7 64-bit - Turning off SmartHeap:"
1) Navigate to the following ISE install directory: \Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\ISE\lib\nt64\
2) Rename the file "libPortability.dll" to "libPortability.dll.orig".
3) Copy the "libPortabilityNOSH.dll" file to the same folder, and rename it to "libPortability.dll".
4) Repeat steps 1-3 in the following folder: \Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\common\lib\nt64\
The above steps substitute the original "libPortability.dll" with a "libPortability.dll" file that has SmartHeap disabled, the NOSmartHeap (NOSH) version.
This does not negatively impact the operation of the tools, and should successfully work around the ISE 14.7 crash documented above.

i just cut the collect2.exe and paste it somewhere else

I had a problem with the compiler, but when I installed the compiler, I faced the error "failed to link the design"
The solution that worked for me is to cleanup the project files
On the taskbar click on Project > Cleanup Project Files

I have followed esp-idf guideline to install and test to build the hello world and blink sample code but both the code met this problem.
Visual studio try to build hello world

I have tested all the ways I can find to fix it but I'm not sure anything I missed or not.
This is one of the way that I test but also met some problem.

This possible problem is the python environment is exist so I cannot do this command, but I try many ways to disabled or deactivated it still cannot.

After trying to debug this for a long time, I made a backup copy of the entire project folder, then just went hog-wild deleting files. I deleted almost every file I didn't author. Only left the main/CMakeLists.txt, main/component.mk, main/main.c, main/main.h, .gitignore, CMakeLists.txt, and Makefile. Then I ran idf.py set-target esp32 and idf.py -p /dev/ttyACM0 flash monitor and it worked fine again.
VS Code & ESP-IDF on Ubuntu 20.04.05 LTS
Check if the compiler is properly selected. If you don't select a proper c/c++ compiler, then you might get this error. I had mingw in my system, but vs code did not auto detect the compiler. Then I manually added mingw and selected it for compilation after which this issue was resolved.
What worked for me after updating to the new stable release (v5.0) was
Go to the folder S:\esp\esp-idf\esp-idf-v5.0
Run command prompt at this directory and execute install.bat and later export.bat
After trying to build the program in VSCode the error "ninja: error: loading 'build.ninja'" shows up.
Update the path in the ESP-IDF extension in VSCode using ESP-IDF:Configure Paths
locate your project folder e.g. "V:\simpleTest_using_EspIDF_v5_0"
Open command prompt and execute: idf.py build
Now it builds also in VSCode using the Espressif IDF extension.

first question ever on here, so bear with me :) I've been on the web for the past 3 days trying to find a way to get the following result on my windows machine.

I've found a lot of stuff for macOS and unix, but only bits and pieces for Windows. I'm running xampp, and ultimately I'm trying to get it to send http/2 requests through cURL/PHP. What I've gathered so far is that I need cURL to be compiled with some libraries, like openssl (at least 1.0.2), libcurl with http/2 enabled, and nghttp2. I feel like I'm very close but I'm just missing some steps.
What I've done so far:
installed things like mingw32, cmake, and Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017
downloaded nghttp2-1.27.0, and used 'cmake' and 'cmake --build' to get the 5 files: nghttp2.dll, .exp, .lik, .lib, and .pdb
downloaded curl-7.56.1.tar.gz (the very first one on https://curl.haxx.se/download.html)
downloaded libssh2-1.8.0
downloaded openssl-1.0.2l
downloaded zlib-1.2.11
followed instructions for Mingw32 on https://curl.haxx.se/docs/install.html (but it keeps giving me the error 'cannot find openSSL package')
I read somewhere that I need to compile cURL with the '--with-nghttp2 --prefix-[LOCATION OF NGHTTP2 FOLDER HERE]' flag, so I tried something that I thought would work, but I don't think it did: 'cmake --with-nghttp2 --prefix-[LOCATION OF NGHTTP2 FOLDER HERE] . ', then 'cmake install . ' and it looked like it did something, but the cURL.exe that was built inside curl-7.56.1/src/ did not have anything else but libcurl.
Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated! Thank you guys :)
Ok, I was finally able to build Curl on Windows with http/2 support.
This is what worked for me, step by step:
Downloaded "Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017" to be able to build from the command line (provides nmake and required Windows SDK libraries and header filtes)
downloaded the latest version of curl, like stated above (curl-7.56.1.tar.gz, aka for me the very first one on https://curl.haxx.se/download.html)
extracted it inside c:/curl, so I ended up with c:/curl/curl-7.56.1
read instructions BUILD.WINDOWS.txt inside c:/curl/curl-7.56.1/winbuild and proceeded to http://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/deps/ to download the 4 libraries that I needed. I just grabbed the VC15/x86 versions.
created a new folder named "deps" inside c:/curl/curl-7.56.1
created the following 3 folders inside c:/curl/curl-7.56.1/deps: bin, lib, and include
extracted each library I just downloaded in the corresponding 3 folders
opened Developer Command Prompt for VS 2017
cd c:/curl/curl-7.56.1/winbuild
nmake -f Makefile.vc mode=dll WITH_DEVEL=c:/curl/curl-7.56.1/deps WITH_SSL=dll WITH_NGHTTP2=dll WITH_ZLIB=static WITH_SSH2=dll
this builds a CURL executable inside one of the subfolders in c:\curl\curl-7.56.1\builds
when I first tried running CURL, it showed an error saying missing libssl-1_1.dll and libcrypto-1_1.dll, so I had to copy them from c:\curl\curl-7.56.1\deps\bin to the same directory where the newly built curl.exe is
Note: since zlib didn't come with a bin folder containing any .dll's, I understand why I had to mark zlib as static with the WITH_ZLIB=static flag. What I don't get is why I had to manually move the openssl .dll's in the new directory. Any thoughts?

PPS: As you can probably tell, I had no idea what I've been doing 90% of the time. Probably why it took me 5 days to figure it out ;)
Hello I have created a installer package of my project build in Visual Basic 6.0. I have using Advance Installer for making package. every thing works perfectly on other systems but a minor problem in my project i am facing which is very hard for me to resolve is I am getting Run time error 372 when printing report i got this error every time

I downloaded bitcloud, the atmel zigbee stack and I am trying to compile one of the default applications, ZLLDemo.
It is located currently at:
C:\Users\Ryan\Desktop\BitCloud_MEGARF_3_1_0\Applications\ZLLDemo\atmelStudio_projects\ATmega256RFR2.cproj
Everytime I try to compile the application I get a windows message screen for "mkdir.exe" error 0xc0000142. In the Output screen I see the line "make: *** [directories] Error -1073741502"
This same error and error code occurs later in the build process for cp.exe if I manually make the folders myself.
I have tried the following things to fix the error:
Change folder and contents to different owners, everyone having full
privileges
run make command manually from a command prompt window as admin
clean solution before retrying
all other examples files
ran directly from C: as "C:\BitCloud_MEGARF_3_1_0\Applications\ZLLDemo\atmelStudio_projects\ATmega256RFR2.cproj" - as per general suggestion for the windows error I tried
"sfc /scannow" in case mkdir had somehow been corrupted
Changed AppInitDLLs Reg key to 0 to load all DLLs at start of application
Disabled Internet security
Does this have a general fix or is there perhaps something else at work here? General compilations work, its just external ones. My friend did the same and it seems to work just fine for him.

Avrfreaks had a solution that I finally found here.
Their solution is to download an old version of the msys file for winavr. Which means that their is something more than likely wrong with the latest version of winavr for windows 8.1

I am trying to build OpenCASCADE on Mac, but I am not having any luck.
I downloaded it from Github in tar.gz, but I am really new to Mac and I am stuck.

I understood the command line commands now from the link below. I understood it before too, but I was mistaken, because my main problem was, that I didn't had gcc installed (XCode does not installs gcc automatically...). So anyways, now finally I can run the cmake command. It starts but it ends with this:

The solution for the last edit is that Mountain Lion doesn't install X11. So open up an app that uses X11 or Xquartz and it will install automatically.
Unfortunetly it still doesn't work. My next error message is the following after the make command in terminal:

Ensure that, together with XCode, you also install the X11 support from Apple's Devtools. Your error message is indicating that it is missing.

In this post, I still talk about using the binary installer, but recent updates to the OCE edition compile usually without problems out-of-the-box, also on OSX (that is NOT the case with the official OpenCASCADE release).
I spent a little time on this and I think I have it. Here is what I did step by step:
Preparation phase:
Installing Xcode (with command line tools) = Apple developer site
// If Xcode doesn't install gcc, than you can still download it from the developer site as Command Line Tools for Xcode.
Installing Cmake (with command line tools) = Google
// You can download it from the official site with a .dmg/.pkg file extension. Easy install.
X11 under Mountain Lion "changed" to Xquartz. Probably it is not installed by default, but it is easy to check it. Just go to the folder "Application" and start the X11 app. If X11/Xquartz is not installed than it will install automatically!
Installing FTGL = MacPorts = Google
// Download MacPorts from their official site, install it with the installer, than write this to the terminal:
sudo port install ftgl
Download OCE and extract it (.OCE-0.9.0.tar.gz file) = https://github.com/tpaviot/oce/wiki/Download
Installing phase:
I. Open Terminal.
II. Run this command
// This will set the proper PATH.
ln -s /opt/X11/include/X11 /usr/local/include/X11
III. Than from the Terminal go to the directory where you extracted the OCE file (the original extracted file name should be: tpaviot-oce-6c9a06a).
IV. Than write these commands:
// You make a build directory to the extracted OCE folder.
mkdir build
cd build
V. After this you give out the cmake command:
cmake -DOCE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=$HOME/OCE \
-DOCE_WITH_FREEIMAGE:BOOL=ON \
-DOCE_WITH_GL2PS:BOOL=ON \
-DOCE_DRAW:BOOL=ON \
..
VI. And at the end the make commands:
make
make install/strip
If you did everything exactly like this, than it should work!
Give OCE a try. Compiling for osx is a walk in the park
