Blueimp Image Gallery: Borderless mode as default? - image

I'm trying to setup a Gallery similiar to the demo one, but with only one option, the fullscreen mode. The borderless mode should be default for everyone and not be able to changed.
The documentation gives this hint:
Bootstrap Image Gallery provides the additional useBootstrapModal option, which enables the original borderless layout as seen in the demo. The easiest way to enable this option is to adjust the lightbox container and set the data-use-bootstrap-modal attribute to false
However, if I do that, it wont look as pretty (no autoplay, no arrows, no small previews at the bottom.
Im trying to find a workaround for serveral days now, but wasnt able to do that.
Any hints? Thanks!

Change the div to this worked for me
<div id="blueimp-gallery" class="blueimp-gallery blueimp-gallery-controls" data-use-bootstrap-modal="false">

no captcha recaptch overlay not display entirely

I put the no-captcha recaptcha in a popup (FancyBox), everything is fine.(recaptch1.PNG) But when the user click on the checkbox the captcha image overlay is not show entirely. (recaptch2.PNG).
My question, can we place automatically the overlay the manner the user can see the directive. (recaptch3.PNG) Or can we resize the overlay to fit the iframe in the popup so everything can be seen?
Any suggestion?

I think i found a solution. After a lot of search i have found this link: https://www.geekgoddess.com/how-to-resize-the-google-nocaptcha-recaptcha/
It's resize the container of the recaptcha V2, but not resize the overlay because google inject the overlay on the page not in the container. Because i have found that google inject the overlay on the page, I can now customize the overlay. So I use the technique on the previous link but I affect to the class "gc-bubbleDefault".
I add this in my css and this solve my problem:
.gc-bubbleDefault{transform:scale(0.82);transform-origin:0;-webkit-transform:scale(0.82);transform:scale(0.82);-webkit-transform-origin:0 0;transform-origin:0 0; 0}
It's a solution that don't work on all browser version (not old ie), but it's work for me.

firefox addon, transparent floating panel

I'm developing a firefox addon and would like to have a fixed position (relative to the browser) semitransparent panel with 3 icons shown at the corner of every browser content area. These buttons will have to be able to communicate with a site that is not the site shown.
I know it would be possible to inject a fixed position div to html but I want the buttons to communicate with external site when pressed and also query information when they are loaded so I think that would violate same origin policy. This wouldn't work with image or other direct media urls either.
What would be the easiest way to create the floating icon panel?
After about of week of work I found it. Here is the answer, I hope this helps someone else:

The above adds the panel, transparency is not working (at least not in linux what I work with) because of the following bug. Sigh... opened in 2007 and not closed in 2012.

edit2: I ended inserting html data to the body of the document using files from extension folder. Works very well including transparency.
edit3: If anyone is interested how this works in my plugin, check my live site at http://www.upmarker.com

Dashcode question - OnClick image to fullscreen?

I have a web app I'm building in Dashcode, currently every thing is working as advertised. I'm using the browser template and was able to modify it a bit, got the xml working to connect images and their description. Now I want to add a simple OnClick event that sends the image to fullscreen but I can't find any documentation for that. I'm pretty sure this is easily done so I'm missing something here? Any help greatly appreciated.
Tom
Taking over the screen is a bit complicated (if your talking about a full screen experience like youtube), but full screen in the browser window is defiantly possible. The simplest method is to have the click event open a link to the image location. This would load the image in full resolution in the browser window. A more elegant approach would be to load the image url into the source of a image dashcode object. and have that objects visibility only appear overs the whole web app when the Oncick event occurs. If you are talking about a built in function in dashcode to achieve a full screen/browser image, your out of luck.

Windows Mobile Custom Textbox

I'm trying to replicate the input box shown in the image on windows mobile 5+
but i'm struggling for ideas!
So far the only things I have come up with (I haven't managed to make either work) were to either;
inherit TextBox and paint the textbox
background manually by overriding
OnPaint/OnPaintBackground
make the textbox background
transparent and position the
textbox over an image that looked
like the one in the screen shot
Has anybody done this or know of how this could be acheived?
Thanks in advance
OneShot
I gave up on this as I have moved away from windows mobile but found that it wasn't possible, due to restrictions in the compact framework, to do this with the existing textbox, you would need to create your own texbox control from scratch!
