How to Install an Earlier Version of libsvn-java - subclipse

I installed the latest version of Eclipse Neon in Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS. When I attempted to create a PHP project I got this error:
Failed to load JavaHL Library.
These are the errors that were encountered:
no libsvnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl-1 in java.library.path
no svnjavahl in java.library.path
java.library.path = /usr/java/packages/lib/amd64:/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/jni:/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu:/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu:/usr/lib/jni:/lib:/usr/lib
So I attempted to install JavaHL follow the instructions at:
http://subclipse.tigris.org/wiki/JavaHL
In Eclipse: Help => Installation Details I see I have Subclipse version 1.10.13. According that web page I need to install SVN/JavaHL version 1.8.x. When I follow the directions farther down that page and execute the command:
sudo apt-get install libsvn-java
what is installed is version 1.9.3-2ubuntu1. How can I install version 1.8.x?
I attempted to install Subclipse version 1.12.x by pasting the URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.12.x
In Eclipse: Help => Install New Software => Work with field, after removing both Subclipse and SVNKit. But the versions it was going to install was still Subclipse 1.10.13 and SVNKit Library 1.8.12

You are doing the right thing. The Subclipse version is the same because it is not possible to host both the 1.8.x and 1.9.x version of the JavaHL plugin on the same site and there is otherwise no difference in the versions.
That said, since you have 1.9.x available you should just move on to the new location and version of Subclipse that only supports 1.9.x. The project has moved here:
https://github.com/subclipse/subclipse
Information on installation and JavaHL is in the wiki.
Note that other than a few small bug fixes that have been released, it is not much different than the version that was on tigris. That said, that version is dead and will not receive any more updates so it makes sense to move to this version now.

MinGW32/64 and GCC: Installing and Upgrading on windows using cmd

I have already installed MinGW32. I want to update MinGW32, GCC, and G++ on the latest available version. I have searched on the internet and overflow but the answers seem to be outdated. One of the answers, I tried but it shows the same version of MinGW and GCC( latest version is 10.2 and I have 9.2.0) as before.
Moreover, my machine is 64 bit so I want to upgrade my MinGW to MinGW64 but despite lots of efforts and internet searches, I am unable to get an executable setup for the system, neither cmd instructors to install. Also, I am unable to discover instructions for its updating to the latest version available( for future purposes)
Please help me to accomplish the above tasks. Also, it would be better if the step by step instructors are provided using cmd. Thanks in advance.
The MinGW-w64 personal build from http://winlibs.com/ has the latest GCC version (currently 10.1) and requires no installation, just unzip the download.
If you need to upgrade this later you can just replace the mingw32 or mingw64 folder with the new version.

How to update phalcon's version on mac os?

Five days ago, Phalcon release it's new version to 3.0 . But my version was still 2.0.13. In Phalcon's doc site, the installation on mac was
brew install php56-phalcon
I've checked that phalcon version on homebrew's site was 2.0.13 too :(
So anyone who knows how to update phalcon to the latest version on mac?
The easiest way is to download appropriate file from https://github.com/majksner/php-phalcon-mamp (based on php version you have) and put it in your php extensions folder.
If you're gonna contribute or debug phalcon code you should compile it from source available here:
https://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon
You just can try to compile it from sources.

Installing Bakefile in Mac osx 10.11

I have been trying to install bakefile(v0.2.9) in mac osx 10.11. Whenever I try to install bakefile using the dmg file I get The installation failed. The installer could not install the software because there was no software found to install error.
I even tried building it from the source code(v1.2.5.1 from github). I built it using the sudo make command. However sudo make install command throws No rule to make target install.
Is there any other way to install bakefile in macosx 10.11?
Edit :
Finally I managed to install the bakefile 0.2.9 in osx 10.11. I can't use the latest version as it does not supports the bakefile we have been using in our projects.
Though the installation is successful,I get the segmentation fault 11 when I try to build the bakefiles(.bkl). Some of the forums suggested that the problem could be associated with python 2.7. I followed all the steps needed to resolve the issue. But none of them helped.
I have been using python 2.7.11. How can I avoid this segmentation fault?
I advice against using the legacy 0.2.9 version.
I even tried building it from the source code(v1.2.5.1 from github).
You didn’t, that’s the problem — you tried to build a very different version, 0.2.9 != 1.2.5.1. The relation between these two branches is explained at http://bakefile.org — they are incompatible and different.
If you want to build 0.2.9 from sources, you need to download and build 0.2.9.
If you want to use the 1.x version, you can download packaged “binary” version, as explained at https://github.com/vslavik/bakefile
P.S. You don’t need to, and shouldn’t, use sudo when installing somewhere you typically have access to, such as /usr/local on OS X.
