I have successfully installed WAS ND 8.5.5 trial version but have been asked to certify an app against WAS 7.
Because there is now WAS 9, I think the direct link to the 7 repo has been removed from the public site for Devs: https://developer.ibm.com/wasdev/downloads/#asset/WAS_traditional_for_Developers
Anyone know how I can add the repo for WAS 7 to the installation manager so I can certify my app against it?
The End of Market date for WAS 7 was Dec 16th 2016, and it is going out of service on Apr 30th 2018.
So you can no longer obtain new copies of WAS 7 (nor would you want to, I hope).

Does Windows Server 2022 support Powershell 7?
Based on what I've seen so far, it looks like it supports 5.0 out of the box.
I've googled around a bit and it looks like it's supported on Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012, 201 and 2019.
It surprised me to not see Windows Server 2022 listed.
PowerShell 7 is supported in Windows Server 2022 as shown here, along the different install option.
Windows
7.2 (LTS-current)
7.3
7.4 (preview)
Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022

While I cannot answer your question from experience with Server 2022, I think I can safely say "Yes" to your question based on my experience with the downloadable Zip version of PowerShell 7.x.
That downloadable version works on anything and everything Windows I've placed it on, including Windows PE! Download it, unzip it, run the "pwsh.exe" file in it, and start testing your code!
I want MQseries server version 7.0 or below version 8.0 for 32 bit window version.
I am not able to find any archives and link to download old version of MSMQseries to use in 32 bit version.
Please provide link of archives and other links to provide information, where do I download MQseries. Thanks in advance.
MQ 7.0 reached EOL on 30 Apr 2015 so your support options are very limited, consider the 8.0 product which is supported until 2020-04-30. If you must use 7.0, as it is a licensed product, you'll need to download it from PassPort Advantage (PPA)
Consult the appropriate IBM KnowledgeCenter for information on installing usage.
I'm trying to configure MSOffice 2016(x64) on a Windows Server 2012(x64) to run with ABCPdf 9.1.2.5(x64).
At runtime, the application fails because of this message: "Failed to get MS Office installation path."
So far I couldn't find an explicit explanation of why this problem occurs.
The application pool uses the "ApplicationPoolIdentity" (instead of dedicated account) and Office has been installed with an account having Admin privileges.
I also followed recommandation on websupergoo website link here
Machine has been restarted after installation, DCOM config has been made accordingly to instructions given (both for folders and launch/activation);
Is there any way to login as Application Pool user in cmd to run WinWord once ?
Is there any AppData file to copy from one user to another - like for OpenOffice installation ?
For anyone trying this kind of configuration, please be aware that highest compatible version with AbcPDF is Office 2013. Office 2016 is compatible from version 10.
Below, answer from support
The highest version with ABCpdf 9 is Office 2013 - for Office 2016 you
would need to upgrade to ABCpdf 10.
Since office was preinstalled on my laptop, i had to reinstall office 365 through the Office app that was already available.. then abcpdf was able to find my installation path
I am getting indexoutofrangeexception after january 2016 windows 10 update on one of my .net apps. The application was working perfect before the update. Did a system restore and application started working again. Then did the windows 10 updates for january 2016 again and application stops running again. Anybody else running into this issue with windows 10?
Update #1
Dns.GetHostEntry is the culprit, it was broken by jan 2016 windows 10 updates. More details coming soon.
Update # 2
Found it!!! ipv6 address returns as ::1 from Dns.GetHostEntry and breaks code! I hope someone at microsoft is reading this. This only occurs after the jan 2016 windows updates. Also confirmed happening in windows 7.
