I am trying to "Preview on Device" using Xcode 11 Beta 5 oniPadOS 13 beta 6 (17A5556d), and got this error:
"Cannot preview this file, unexpected error occurred".
Before updating to iPadOS 13 beta 6 (17A5556d), it was working fine.
Anyone know if this is a bug?

I tried to archive my iOS application using Xcode 11 and stumbled on this issue which I'm unable to fix.
Profile doesn't include the com.apple.application-identifier and com.apple.developer.aps-environment entitlements.
If you need to upload an iOS 13 build that you were working on in Xcode 11 Previously:
A workaround, for now, is to download Xcode 12 Beta and use that to upload the archive that you made in Xcode 11.
This problem arises in new Mac OS Big Sur, You can use a workaround:
Open Xcode 11 and Archive your build.
Download Xcode 12 Beta from the link: https://developer.apple.com/download/
Extract Xcode and Open Xcode 12 Beta
Open Xcode 12 Organizer from
Menu -> Window -> Organizer
Upload the latest Archive.
Completed
I have tried to download several times Xcode beta version which should be Xcode 11 beta 7 with iOS 13.1 beta support. I am downloading it from this link: https://download.developer.apple.com/Developer_Tools/Xcode_11_Beta_7/Xcode_11_Beta_7.xip
Also, when unpacking, it's obviously saying that it's unpacking Xcode 11 beta 7:
But after unpacking it (on 27th of August around 23:05), I am seeing following:

Any ideas what might be happening?

My educated guess is that they just forgot to update the name. Note that the About box says the build is 11M392r, which is what the download site says you're getting. By the way, the beta 6 I have is 11M392q.

Looks like they forgot to change 6 to 7. And you need to rename 13.0 folder to 13.1 to support latest iOS beta (if you copy this folder to Xcode 10.3).
I had update of iPhone to 12.3 beta 1. But apparently it throws error

I want to debug with iPhone 7 simulator but not showing. How can i download iOS 10 simulators ?
Xcode 10 only has support back to iOS 8. It doesn't have iOS 7 (or earlier) simulators.
Furthermore, Swift 3 (if you're coding with that) only seems to work with iOS 8 and newer.
I recently upgraded my iphone from ios 6 to ios 7 since then when i deploy my phonegap application its getting alignment issue in ios 7(images are getting oversized). This was working perfectly in ios 6 but in ios 7 getting this issue.I am using cordova 2.2 and xcode 5 in mavericks.Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
