I have a folder consisting of all my files needed for my website. And this is a website for a school project and I need to share this with my teacher unless I'm live hosting this from visual studio code none of the css or javascript is loading just the basic html. Is there a free Webhosting and domain name I can get to host the website for my teacher temporarily? Or anyway I can share the folder and the teacher is able to view the website the way I see it when live hosting from IDE?
I tried using the google drive web hosting service but apparently that was only possible to 2016, I tried looking up domain names and web hosting services online but they're all paid and I'm not ready to do so.
I hope to able to share my website with my teacher for free and the website can be viewed with all the html, css and javascript.

If you save all your website files and folders in a public Google Drive folder, then you can use DriveToWeb (https://drv.tw) to access to your website.
Here is a tutorial on Youtube about how to do it:

I'm a Web Developer and Backend Architect. As a Developer I need Web Hosting to run and deploy my code. Normal Web hosting plans don't offer flexibility, they're focused on simplicity and ease of use for normal/non-tech people. However, I need full stack hosting, a server where I have full control. Where I can install my necessary and preferred software, run my own programs like I do in my own PC. I have seen dedicated hosting, VPS hosting, cloud servers and I don't know which one actually fits my needs.I'll be happy if someone gives me some guidance.
Thank you,
Abraar
I suggest you to use http://aws.amazon.com/pt/ bcz:
Price - have free plans that help you in development process and paid plans are not expensive
Structure - You can configure everything, machine, server configuration, OS, DNS and more.
Technologies - Most Hosts have limitations and you cant configure permissions in server. AWS use a separated structure that let you set your configurations without limitations.
Well, this is my point. I tested and worked with so many hosts and i realize that AWS is the best.
Dedicated hosting is not necessary because it cost is very high.
If you need a fixed server eg:4gp ram, 2 core processor and centos.
you can go for VPS Hosting you can get help in this link VPS

If you want to pay for what you use you should go for cloud servers.

Is there a API for Google Keep? I want to make a windows 8 app for Google Keep, so that it synchronizes with your phone.
I looked into the Drive SDK because Google Keep is a extension of Google Drive, but I couldn't find it.
UPDATE: yes, Google released a public REST API for Keep. Here's the public documentation.
No there's not and developers still don't know why google doesn't pay attention to this request!
As you can see in this link it's one of the most popular issues with many stars in google code but still no response from google! You can also add stars to this issue, maybe google hears that!
I have been waiting to see if Google would open a Keep API. When I discovered Google Tasks, and saw that it had an Android app, web app, and API, I converted over to Tasks. This may not directly answer your question, but it is my solution to the Keep API problem.
Tasks doesn't have a reminder alarm exactly like Keep. I can live without that if I also connect with the Calendar API.

I'm looking to set up a TeamCity server for continuously building a .NET web application. I already have hosting, so I don't want to get a whole new hosting account such as AppHarbor.
I don't maintain my own physical server, nor do I want to.
I also don't want to have to pay $50 or more per month for an entire dedicated Windows machine, just to host TeamCity.
I really don't care if it's slow and on a shared machine, as it's just continuous build which will be running in the background.
I'll want to have the outputs automatically deployed to a server of my choice through FTP.
Is there anyone on the market providing hosted TeamCity environments?
AppVeyor CI provides hosted continuous integration for .NET developers.
Disclaimer: I'm the developer of this service.
If your open source project you can get a free account at Code Better http://codebetter.com/jameskovacs/2009/02/24/announcing-teamcity-codebetter-com/ I don't know of any for non open source.
OnCheckin.com offers Cloud Powered Continuous Deployment for.Net websites and services.
Disclosure: I am the developer and founder of this service.
Just came across BuildBox (now Buildkite) from a tweet from someone I follow. Seems like a suitable solution to this.

I am currently using Pivotal Tracker and I like it for its features. The project I am working on though is basically just a hobby game project on the side (even though I plan to sell it when I am done). So while I do want to advance and work on it in a timely matter, I really don't feel like being "timed" with iterations like Pivotal Tracker does.
I really like Trac, but I don't want to host it on my home server because I don't run that server 24/7 and I have another person working on the project that doesn't have access to my server. So I want that person to be able to access the tracker at all times. So are there any project trackers like Trac that are hosted?
Thanks
It looks like SourceForge can do what you want. Free hosting with issue tracking, etc.
Check out something like Assembla. For a relatively low price, they'll have issue tracking, SVN hosting, and even a simple wiki.
I was able to find a good tracker called Acunote (http://www.acunote.com). It is really good, and free for my project requirements.

Looking for a tool, hopefully open-source or a free edition that will allow for:
Image Upload
Video Upload
Accounts with permissions so certain
accounts can view specific folders of
images or videos
A Gallery to display images and
videos and hopefully include HTML
embed code
Be able to tag items uploaded so they may be searched
Those are my basic needs. I have tried Kaltura, but it's not quite what I am looking for, it focuses too much on video and not enough on images. Plus a couple of other things that didn't suit me needs.
Any ideas? I would like to run it on an openSUSE 11.X install
There is not anything out there exactly like that. While I have heard similar requests before, everyone has their own take on how it should work and what the features should be.
The closes thing I can think of that might suite your needs is Gallery with a module like embedVideo. Regardless, it very well may require a bit of coding on your part to flesh out everything you desire.
This all could run on openSUSE, no problem.
