Can MS Dynamics be placed in an iframe - dynamics-crm

I'm trying to know if MS Dynamics can be included into an iFrame. We would like to integrate within a call center desktop MS Dynamics, and this would require that we can place MS Dynamics into an iframe. I have done a search, but I can only seem to find iframes within MS dynamics but not the other way around. In addition, MS Dynamics does not seem to provide developer accounts to test for free.
If anyone knows the answer I would really appreciate.
thanks,

No you cannot add Dynamics 365 (crm) as Iframe in your website. This is not allowed from Microsoft. This is basically due to cross scripting and authentication.
To solve your purpose you can use portals. Portals act as website and it will leverage/build on dynamics data (dataverse)
Look at this thread which mentions somewhat similar topic

Can I get calendar meetings out of MS Teams?

I want to find if you can programmatically get calendar information out of MS Teams.
I was searching but didn't find any information, as with any documentation related to Microsoft you can't find anything useful.
So What I need any of:
some kind of WebHook, maybe that will run my script when new even is added to my calendar.
MS Teams call my script the meeting.
API that will allow exporting events from the calendar, so I can use a cron job to sync with the app I plan to create.
Basically, I was thinking about this tool ntfy. But I don't want to use MS Teams app for my phone if there is one, because I would like to have an app that will integrate with MS teams and Google Calendar. That I have to use at work. I'm a contractor for a software company that has a client that I'm working for. I need to use MS teams for a software company and Google Calendar for the client. Also, I can't log in with my work Google account, because it's blocked for the security of google drive (this at least was the error message). So my own Android app is the only way to have notifications on my phone (I need it because I sometimes forget about the meetings).
How I should create something like this? I only need general advice about integration with MS Teams. What API should I use? Will ask about Google Calendar in another question.
Note that I have zero knowledge about MS Teams, was searching for some developer documentation but was not able to find anything that can be useful for the thing I need.
I don't have any code yet, I'm investigating possibilities.
You could use so-called "graph api", the api Microsoft promotes to interact with anything related to Microsoft, including teams. There is simply a method to get all events for a team (i.e. group):
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/calendar-list-events
There is an online sandbox you could use to play with it:

Creating case in CRM dynamics from customer form submission

I have a project that I'm working on and could use some help.
Basic idea is to create case in dynamics 365 CRM with data that customer submits trough form on my website. I did some research and found that i can use clickDimension or workflow. Butt this assignment is for my class and i need to do some coding. So my question would be where can i start or better what solution can I do with my code. Should I parse form submission to JSON and then pass it to CRM or just use CRM API and connect it with form. I'm open to any suggestions and if someone can help me and give me a few guidelines on what should I do. My coding knowledge is little limited so don't be hard on me if my first two solutions sounded stupid.
Thank you all :)
As mentioned your desired assignment is to do some coding,
I will do as follow
From submit on your website, Fire code (plugin,c#,java, python)
From your code, connect to Dynamics 365 (crm) webapi
Once you are connected you can easily create case in Dynmics 365 (crm)
If case creation is sucees or failure you can return
Dataverse API
Applicaiton user for Dynamics 365 webapi
Applicaiton user for Dynamics 365 webapi
Applicaiton user for Dynamics 365 webapi
If your website is WordPress based, you can use a plugin from AlexaCRM. Otherwise, if you can send an email from your website to CRM with required details, you can use the Email to Case functionality to automatically create case from emails.

Dynamics 365 V9 phone call with Teams

A customer of mine says that when he clicks on a contact's phone number in CRM, a window appears asking how he wants to make the call. He selects Teams, but then an hourglass appears and nothing else happens, no error message.
I would like to test, but in System Settings/General, checkbox "Set the telephony provider (Select provider for Click to call)" there is only Skype or Skype for business. And when I click on a phone number, in the customer's environment, only Skype appears: I guess that it is because I am not part of the company's Teams users. How can I check in CRM the settings of the connection with Teams? I searched a lot, but only found how to integrate CRM inside Teams.
This is more of a Microsoft Teams feature delivery, as currently the click-to-call feature is missing with Teams. MS Teams uservoice
One of the user talking about Dynamics setup in uservoice and this community thread gives you more context.
Probably, once that idea is implemented, then Skype/Skype for Business maybe retired and Teams will be the only click-to-dial telephony integration for Dynamics. But not sure.
Btw, Dynamics is having a Channel Integration Framework which is more powerful and some partners already having products around that CIF.

How to do CRUD operations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM using html page

I want to do CRUD operations through HTML page without adding that page in Dynamics CRM's webresource.
Using C# we can connect with dynamics crm and can do get/add/edit/delete operations using CRM's dlls but I don't know the way of doing same from html page which is independent from CRM's webresource.
Can anybody please suggest me that is this possible or not and if yes then the way if there is any.
You can perform CRUD operations on Dynamics CRM 2016 and above using the Web API.
You mention that your application will be independent of CRM, thus it will be on a separate domain. You will therefore need to register CRM in Azure and query the Web API with CORS.
Here is a good example from Microsoft demonstrating how to use ADAL to connect an application with Dynamics CRM.

Accessing Appointments in Outlook without ActiveX

I'm currently working on a project where I'm sending and updating Appointsments. I would like to do this without the use of ActiveX since I don't want to be limited to IE. I've been googeling for quite some time now, but I couldn't find anything that helped, so here's my question. Is there any way I can access or update appointments without the use of ActiveX.
We also have access to the OutlookWebApp, so maybe there's an interface there. Would be great if someone had an idea. Thanks in advance and
Greetings Chris
You can use Exchange Web Services (web or desktop app) or the EWS Managed API (desktop app only) to access data in Exchange Mailboxes: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj162981.aspx.
If you are working with Office 365 mailboxes you can use the Outlook REST or Microsoft Graph APIs: https://dev.outlook.com/
If your solution requires a UI in Outlook Online (OWA) then you can access contextual data (i.e. the current email or appointment) with an Outlook Add-in (you can use EWS requests from it as well): https://dev.outlook.com/reference/add-ins/
