Ad blockers causing optimizely to fail - optimizely

I was asked to fix the optimizely issues with ad blockers. I am using optimizely full stack . But the issue is that even after adding ad blocker i am not seeing any issues. Can someone help to replicate the issues with ad blockers ?
Is there any scenario where these issues can be replicated .

Xamarin Open Bidding Issues

I'm hoping somebody has wrestled with this issue and can help me out of the morass. My app is up and running in Google Play, Samsung, Amazon and the Apple App Store and properly serving ads in every one except Amazon. However, despite the presence of several ad sources in my mediation group only Admob seems to be serving ads and it almost looks as if the mediation group is being bypassed and only Admob is working. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well, I did include several tags like "Open bidding" and "mediation" but my score was insufficient for this privilege. I also included some screenshots but they were disallowed. The problem is that I have a mediation group set up for open bidding that is serving ads but only from Admob and according to the instructions I've followed I should be seeing action from all the ad sources. Kudos to Stack Overflow for a response from a DNA based life form! That's a lot more than I'm able to get from Admob. 🤔

LUIS Portal - Review endpoint utterances : Delete suggestion fails

I am running into errors in the LUIS portal and I'm not sure what is causing them. Whenever I try to delete some utterances from the "Review endpoint utterances" page for my app, it's failing for many of them (see attached screenshot). I have multiple apps in my account and realized the issue spans across all of them. I don't see a correlation between the utterances and their length, characters, etc. It seems pretty random. Here are some examples of utterances that I can't delete:
why does
if so
what does it me 5 seller accounts
Is anyone else having similar issues and is aware of a solution? Any insight would be appreciated.
We have deployed a fix to resolve this issue.

Can't enable Google+ API

Today I try to enable Google+ API on API Manager and it said
Error: failed to do requirement checks
What wrong? I just disable it and I want to re-enable again.
This is most likely an outage on Google Developer console even though I am not seeing it on the status page.
There for the fastest way to get it resolved will be to go to the upper right hand corner in google developer console look for the !. Send feed back.
You cant feed back the actually error as its a popup but you can feed back from the screen before you attempt to enable an error.
I am having the same problem. Perhaps it is an outage.
Evidence: I count 5 people here so far that have the issue, and no google results for that exact error message. "Error: failed to do requirement checks" That means, it's a new error, and google's crawler hasn't had time to scrape even this question yet.
It's okay now, I just re-enabling the API and it works.
I think its outage

Can't access Facebook configuration page

I'm trying to access the Facebook config page for my bot and I keep getting "Sad bot is sad... can't find a bot named bot_name"
Is anyone having issues with the platform right now?
Microsoft's team solved it, as it's showed here.
We're not having any portal specific problems. If you want to share your bot handle with us at BotFramework#microsoft.com I can see if there's anything interesting in our logs.
-- just a note, we were actually having portal problems, it was just impacting only one box in one datacenter making it erratic to track down. Thanks for the report!

I'm disabling cookies on firefox, while adding exceptions, but I still have issues

I added google.com, *.google.com and battlelog.battlefield.com and I still encounter issues with them. For example gmail can't connect to the google chat thing, google drive says it encountered an error, and the battlefield app is just not launching battlefield 3. I have to reenable cookies with some addon button to overcome the issue.
Any idea what I am doing wrong? What is the problem there? Does disabling cookie systemically break websites and prevent them from working?
you cannot use * in cookies exceptions anymore. You must add http://google.com and https://google.com for this.
