LUIS Portal - Review endpoint utterances : Delete suggestion fails - botframework

I am running into errors in the LUIS portal and I'm not sure what is causing them. Whenever I try to delete some utterances from the "Review endpoint utterances" page for my app, it's failing for many of them (see attached screenshot). I have multiple apps in my account and realized the issue spans across all of them. I don't see a correlation between the utterances and their length, characters, etc. It seems pretty random. Here are some examples of utterances that I can't delete:
why does
if so
what does it me 5 seller accounts
Is anyone else having similar issues and is aware of a solution? Any insight would be appreciated.

We have deployed a fix to resolve this issue.

Migrating users from one google add-on to another

I have developed a google add-on and somehow, somewhere along the line it got copied and both are published, so now I have two identical google add-ons each with their own users. As this is not an ideal situation, is there any way to migrate users from one to the other? Or can I at least get a message to the users of one that says they should switch to the other before I delete it? Thanks in advance.

LUIS service is not visible in Luis.ai

I have a LUIS api app id and key defined in my current project when I try to find this service in LUIS.AI its not visible. But when I test using LUIS API 2.0 console swagger, i can see response as successful. But my question is, I want to train and build using LUIS.AI website. I want to see list of intents present in my luis service and improve it accordingly. Please help me out.
You're likely visiting the wrong LUIS URL for your authoring region. For example, if you author your apps in westeurope, you need to visit eu.luis.ai and not www.luis.ai
If that still doesn't work, try using another browser. For me, strangely the app eventually disappeared from Chrome, but when I tried in Edge, it appears.

using google classroom api to change course ownerId

How? Easiest method?
Tried using postman on desktop, googles OAuth2 playground and google help pages to try make sense of what to do. Ended up using GAM as this is the easiest and gives the most helpful responses.
I have tried changing this from multiple places and i always get the error:
ERROR: 400: #UserInIllegalDomain Invitation cannot be created for user in this domain - failedPrecondition
the command:
gam update course 8077159861 owner hiddenusername#longleypark.ac.uk
(username is DEFINITELY correct ive just hidden it as its not vital information)
Any help would be much appreciated, from what i can tell some guides said to add longleypark.ac.uk to whitelisted domain under classroom but because this is the primary domain for this g suite it says you cant add your current domain so this isnt an option.
I believe the google API is broken. If anyone can prove otherwise would be a great help.
Google API support haven't managed to give me any proper response, keep saying they will test and let me know but I haven't been informed of any results yet.
Google forums support has informed me once a user account is deleted and 20 days have passed the account becomes unrecoverable which means any classrooms they are the owner of become "orphans" which means "limited functionality" and the inability to change the owner ever again, the only solution is to recreate the classroom from scratch, unfortunately along with the original account all the documents submitted to that classroom are also lost.
There are NO ways around this even though the ownerId field for a classroom really should be editable from some sort of database management tool or admin console/API.
I have run into this problem today. Thought using the API I'd be able to swap the ownerId, but no.
Bizarre that Google don't let you do this as a Google Workspace admin. We know have 3 GCSE sets which are unusable with 3 months of the 2 year course left. Very frustrating.

Can't access Facebook configuration page

I'm trying to access the Facebook config page for my bot and I keep getting "Sad bot is sad... can't find a bot named bot_name"
Is anyone having issues with the platform right now?
Microsoft's team solved it, as it's showed here.
We're not having any portal specific problems. If you want to share your bot handle with us at BotFramework#microsoft.com I can see if there's anything interesting in our logs.
-- just a note, we were actually having portal problems, it was just impacting only one box in one datacenter making it erratic to track down. Thanks for the report!

One app have was removed from play store. How many before my account is terminated?

Recently, I have received a message from Google Play Developer saying that one app was removed:
This app has been removed from Google Play for a violation of the
Google Play Developer Program Policy regarding Ad Walls and
Interstitial Ads. For additional information, please review the
interstitial ads help article, then correct your app's ads and
resubmit. Additional details have been sent to your account owner's
email address.
So I've heard that if I get 3 strikes like this one, my account will be terminated. Is that true?
Also, I am only using Admob ads.
Google's policy here states that
Removals
Don’t impact the standing of your Google Play Developer account.
Once your app is removed, the published version of your app won’t be available on Google Play until a compliant updated is submitted.
The message you quoted says that your app was removed, so you don't have much to worry. You just have to be more careful about following the Ads guidelines. They don't want you to keep publishing many apps that don't follow the rules.
Also, they don't define exactly how many Suspensions you can have:
Suspensions
Count as strikes against the good standing of your Google Play Developer account.
Egregious or multiple policy violations can result in suspension, as can repeated app rejections or removals.
But 3, as you mentioned, seems a fair number in a short period. Remeber: your apps won't be suspended for nothing, so take care to follow correctly the instructions.
It says right there that "Additional details have been sent to your account owner's email address". So that would be the place to look to get the specifics.
There are a variety of reasons that your app may have been reported. For instance, you should probably let people know that there are ads at all. Is your app rated as "kid friendly" but the ads are not?
I'm going to guess that it has something to do with placement. For instance, if people are clicking your ad accidentally because it's too close to another actionable item, that will get you in trouble.
It could also be because someone is clicking the ad repeatedly, during testing, or to be a joker. And it's raising a flag.
You really need to do your own research to find out what the problem is.
Once you've done with that, correct the problem and try again.
