Use OneNote Template when creating a Teams Template - microsoft-teams

OK, try to follow me...
My goal is to be able to create teams based on a template and using a OneNote template. This template has 3 (custom) channels and a OneNote Notebook...each of the channels has a tab to the Notebook and is linked to their respective section. The Image below shows exactly how the Team and channels should look.
I'm still exploring Teams Admin and I cannot see how to add the OneNote template to my team. I have added OneNote as a Tab/App for my custom Team Template but cannot figure out a way to copy over a OneNote notebook for use in each channel. Is this possible or do I need to go another route, such as Power Automate and Graph?
I did create a Flow in the meantime but I have to go back and delete the wiki tabs and add the OneNote tabs and connect the sections to each channel after it runs. It works but not as automated as I would like. Any advice would be helpful :D

Replicate the share email to microsoft teams function

I am currently investigating a way to share emails from our desktop application. Written in c# using .Net framework 4.7
We would like to use the same dialog that gets initiated when you use the "Share to Teams" button in outlook passing in the .eml file. The user would be responsible for selecting which people or channels to share to.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
We can succesfully build a simple url share using their launcher concepts, but this is pretty limited to the browser and doesn't support files
https://teams.microsoft.com/share?href=www.stackoverflow.com&msgText=Testing
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/share-to-teams
And there is nothing mentioned in their deep-links section on msdn to achieve this
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/deep-links
If you're building your own desktop app experience anyway, why not use Graph for this? For instance, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/chatmessage-post?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http . You'd need to do your own Search box, but you can do that on Graph also - here for instance is a channel listing endpoint (this example is for within a specific Team): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/channel-list?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

Is it Possible to customize the About Tab for custom app in Microsoft Teams?

I am creating one custom application that is going to be available in the MS Teams. I have a requirement to capture data from the users in the About tab.
SO, Is it possible to customize the About Tab in Microsoft Teams for a custom application?
I will need to put the input box and form controls in that About tab.
You definitely can't customize the -capabilities- of the About box - at best you could put in a link directing users where to go to complete the form that you've hosted elsewhere. Note that the About box does support markdown, so it might even be possible to embed the link as an actual hyperlink, but I've not tried that.
As an alternative, perhaps you could offer the needed functionality into the app itself. E.g. if you have a tab, put something in the footer for example.
You cannot customize the About Tab for custom application, This is by design. You can customize the App detail page as documented here.

How to register custom functions add in with different view in excel

I was trying to run the sample project with custom functions add-in using this link: https://github.com/OfficeDev/Excel-Custom-Functions.
I made sure that I meet all the prerequisites for running the project. I installed the certificates, and run the project successfully, but I'm stuck at step 3, of registering the custom functions add-ins by going to the insert tab and adding the respective add-in by selecting from the developer section. The problem I'm facing is that I have a different view and organization of options in my excel client application and I could not find the developer section from where I can register my Add-in. I'm attaching the images of the ribbon that I have in excel.
So if you will look into the images, you will see that there is manage my addins options, which will only show the add-ins that have been sideloaded manually but not the ones that were sideloaded using the script in this project. So I don't know where can I find the developer Section. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I'm also part of the Insider program which can be seen in the given image
If you're a member of the Office Insider program and are running Excel for Windows build number 10827 or later, the Insert ribbon should look like the following screenshot (with red rectangles highlighting the items you choose to register your custom functions add-in).
Have you joined the Office Insider program?
What build number of Excel for Windows are you running?
(Screenshot taken from the Custom Functions Tutorial).
So I fixed my problem after I found out that custom functions only works with the Insider Channel and not with Monthly Targeted, which I had beforehand. I got help from this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/create-custom-functions-in-excel-is-not-working-as/1ce500cc-8f83-421a-bb7c-2ae34027d444.

Remove Application Ribbon from new SubArea in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015

I want to remove the ribbon that automatically creates when a new SubArea is created with XrmToolBox's SiteMap Editor.
See screendump
here.
Do anyone know how to do this?
I solved the problem by using the Application Ribbon. There is some icons that you can hide/unhide at the top of the screen. I think those buttons you automatically get when you create a new SubArea is only shown in the application ribbon, and not in the entities.
Atleast they dissapeared in my solution, by just hiding those buttons in the "home" workspace inside the application ribbon.
There is also some code you can try, but i dont know where :)
Code:
Mscrm.BasicHomeTab.New.NewActivity.Hide
I think its the same code for all buttons, just different names of course. The code above is for the NewActivity button.
I believe that's out-of-box behavior and you can't do anything with it. One thing you can try - open a feature request at Connect portal.

Visualizing the SiteMap of a large (page number) website

I'm looking for a tool or service that can spider a web domain with a large number of pages, create a sitemap, and then visualize that map in a way that will help me see, understand and group content (I'm new to the site) Something like a tree-view or other standard Site Map visualizations would be great. I am yet unable to find a tool that does this (I've found plenty of things to spider the site and create an xml file, nothing to visualize it)
Thanks!
The software Gephi and one of its plugins provides exactly the function that you need.
For visualization you can check D3.js
For example Force-Directed Graph
Visualize website structure you can with Site Visualizer software.
Download and install it, then create new project and click Start toolbutton. After the site will be crawled, open Visual Sitemap tab and click Draw button. Visual map of the site will be created as a set of pages (rectangles) and links (arrows). Click on a rectangle in order to highlight all outbound links of the page. You can also save this visualization to an image file: png, jpg, bmp, etc.:
