I'm not sure what you typed or are using but if you put "ibm mq explorer" into Mr. Google then the first hit is "MS0T: IBM MQ Explorer". As noted in the SupportPac, IBM now provides MQ Explorer via Fix Central.

I'm currently doing a project which needs storage of data(dynamic website).But project is local project(local host).I have been using XAMP now days but which is not supporting now.Xamp installation problem - no fix is availableWhich is the best local server side program that can I use for this project.I'm tied of searching on google because I don't get any useful information,please help me.
I suggest you could use WAMP as a local server. It is the best alternative for XAMP and you will get lots of support available on internet as well.
It is easy to use so go for WAMP as an alternative for your local server.

Are there any addons for web analytics for heroku? I already used analytics from google but as I want to track the analytics of an open source project (MEAN.js) which should be transferable to another user I would prefer to have all in one place (heroku). Do they provide free plans for open source projects?
I think you could try Keen IO, they have a free tier you could use to test.

Where can I download the jar library Oracle xmldb:11.2.0.3 ?
You can download the initial release from the oracle.com site, or the edelivery.oracle.com. Under the database download you would see a separate option for the client. This should contain the jar file you are looking for.
If it is specifically the 11.2.0.3 version you are needing, you will have to have an Oracle account WITH support account, login to the support site(s) (Flash: support.oracle.com , HTML: supporthtml.oracle.com). After doing so, you will use the patch search tool. Of the patchset listed files for 11g patchsets, the client is 3 of 6. For example, the Windows 32bit 11.2.0.3 patchset id is 10404530.

I am looking for a software/plugin to allow two users share working session in vs.net 2010 w/o using SVN or similar software. Is there anything (commercial or free)?
the product VSAnywhere works great and likely does exactly what you want!
Are you looking to do pair programming on this one session? If so try using some implementation of VNC to share the screen and Skype for communication.

I am researching if ADLDS or ADAM is suitable for handling the users of a company product. Currently we are using AD, but we are planning to scale to more customers without needing to buy CALs.
I got how to use ADSI Edit to add User & Groups, but I couldnt find any tool to do that like "Active Directory users and computers", and I would like to avoid developing one. Is there any free GUI to manage AD LDS?
You can still use an LDAP browser. Apache Directory Studio, which is working on the top of java (on both Windows and Linux) is the best Open source one.
