Is there any browser test tool like ITester for mozilla all version?

This is what you're looking for:
MultiFirefox
I use it all the time. I also use IE Tester. Its not the most stable application, but it does the job. So does MultiFirefox. You'll like the experience.

I'm not aware of anything similar to IETester for Firefox. So, either:
Use multiple installs of Firefox 2 & 3 (maybe use virtual machines to not mess with profiles)
Use http://browsershots.org/

I'm usually a backend developer so whenever I need to make website look nice I just apply bootstrap themes to do the job extremely efficiently and well. Is there an equivalent framework with much support and resources that could help my Flutter apps not look so basic?
Why do you need Bootstrap, when you have Materal and Cupertino?
If you're looking for more widgets, check out Flutter Awesome.

Is there a recommended add-ons in the firefox, which is has the most features that postman have?
There's a few:
Rested
RESTClient
REST Easy
I liked PostMan, it was the main reason why I kept using Chrome, now I'm good with HttpRequester
https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/httprequester/?src=search
The feature that I'm missing a lot from postman in Firefox extensions is WebView
(preview when API returns HTML).
Now I'm settled with Fiddler (Inspectors > WebView)

The Skype desktop API was being closed, but they've reversed that decision. I'm now not able to register as a developer (http://developer.skype.com/) as they're 'not accepting new registrations'.
I need to start looking into this as I want to develop a call recording component for Mac (and Windows, but most importantly Mac).
So is there a mirror for the documentation somewhere so that I know how this works? And is there any example code for this?
A comment in this question seems to imply that they provide both tracks of audio readily so I believe that once I can get this info, it should be quite a simple task!
Turns out the Wayback Machine has my answer:

Who would have thought it? ;)

I am looking for a software/plugin to allow two users share working session in vs.net 2010 w/o using SVN or similar software. Is there anything (commercial or free)?
the product VSAnywhere works great and likely does exactly what you want!
Are you looking to do pair programming on this one session? If so try using some implementation of VNC to share the screen and Skype for communication.

Check out uploadify. It uses flash as well but I highly recommend it. I have used in several locations and it has always fit my need. It is also highly customizeable so that is always a plus. It is also free so you really cant beat it.
