i am using IBM Lotus Sametime 8.0.2. in Geographic location link of Preference panel of File menu have some fields like Personal address, City, Postal code etc. Can i get the values of these fields in a Java program or using Sametime SDK (without using any plug-ins).
Yes you can get them from the Sametime Java SDk, by first adding the user to a watchlist, and then querying their user attributes.

The customer wants to be able to manage images within lines, for example, add an image to each task in the workorder, and this image also has to be able to visualize in the line and also from a birt report. I've tried using attachments but you can't view display attachments from a report because it is not a public url (for security reasons).
I know that Maximo allows you to manage images when you are in a main object like in asset application or person application. But is it possible to display it at a lower level (within each line) and display these images from a report and also in the same application.

You don't mention which Maximo version this relates to however in Maximo 7.6.0.0 you can add attachments to tasks associated with a workorder. The url below describes adding attached documents to objects that do not have that functionality out of the box.

I have Sales database which contains sales data along with manager IDs, I have created the required reports in Qliksense and want to use Qliksense reports on custom UI (on an app).Also want to apply row level security so that one manager would be able to see only his data and other data would be restricted for him.
How to publish these reports on custom UI and provide data security using Qliksense Desktop or cloud?

The easiest way would be to go the dev hub and copy the iframe / embed script from there. It is under the single configurator menu item
The standard desktop version will not allow for row level security in any way you must have a license to do that. But once licensed that security will flow naturally to the iframe / embedded object
I created a new application and noticed that it was different from my first one.
I have 2 sites on the Magento 2 platform. I want to separately collect data about them.
I had previously created a store for analytics in which I could create views. There I took the Account Number starting with the UK and added it to the settings.
But now I am trying to create a new tracking application and I get a different type of application in which I cannot create views, what am I doing wrong?

we run exchange 2010 and our clients are running Outlook 2007. In the public folder, we have created a couple of shared Task folders. Logged in as the administrator, we have given the appropriate permissions, created a new list called HF and defined the views for it. I then give the permissions to the rest of the users which are Editor permission. When I log in as a test user, I can access the HF Task but I don't see the custom defined view for it. I'm not sure how to get that to show up for everyone.
Views are not stored in the Public Folder. They are stored in Outlook or a user's Exchange mailbox. You would need to export the view and import it on the viewers' computers for them to have it. There should be a group policy option for importing views without having to do it manually, though.
Can anyone give me a step by step guide as to how to do those last 2 sentences I have searched far and wide through the internet and for the life of me cannot figure oout how to export the view or import it on others computers. I don't think that GPO provide anything for customizing Outlook views. Anyway, take a look at the Setting Outlook Group Policies page for more information on that.
The Outlook object model provides the View object which represents a customizable view used to sort, group, and view data. Here is what MSDN states:

So, you can export and import the XML value of the view programmatically.
Joomla comes out standard with registered user, and public user
If I add a third (registered) User that allows the third user to a) create a single separate page in Joomla that the user can input pictures (like you do on face book). b) Access all pages as the standard registered user does.
How do I go about that in Joomla 1.7, add a third (registered) User and give it level 2 accesses?
Then how I create a single page for each user. Somehow I need a reference to each user’s page and show that in a list and control the list search parameters. And i need the page viewable when selected and in the page info needs to be received by the third user. I’m not creating face book but I need that sort of techno somehow.
Can someone point me to what I need to look at, editorials, videos, etc. I know I need to lean PHP better.

I would recommend to go with a component that offers the functionality that you need. You will find it easier to control the user rights there as they are standard settings available. This is more convenient than building everything from scratch.
