I want to download Websphere application server developer version 7 for solaris. I have some queries.
Is it available freely. If yes please provide the appropriate link.
If its not free then how can I buy that?

The community edition is downloaded from here
The free developer edition of WAS can be downloaded: here
Community edition is not the same as full WebSphere, but can be deployed in production.
Developer Edition is the same as the full commercial WAS but is licenced only for use by a developer on their desktop. If you are intending to develop for full WAS I recommend you get this version.

if visual studio community free So why does this message appear to me?
You don't need to buy a license to use the Community edition of Visual Studio.
You might just need to sign in with your Microsoft account to register your edition, but no payment is needed.

Months ago I applied to Xamarin Student program for getting Indie version of Xamarin. However, Dreamspark and Xamarin offers developer studdents to build Xamarin apss with Visual Studio. This wasn't around when we applied. Although it says this on both Dreamspark's site and Xamarin's site. I cannot use Visual Studio still. Is anyone know, why and how to work around this problem?

You can't use C++ in Windows Phone 7 projects. You'll have to wait for Windows Phone 8 to be able to use C++.

I'm nearing the end of my master's thesis, which was done in collaboration with a local company. I used their computers during the work, but they could not provide me with a Visual Studio licence, thus I used my own MSDN Academic Alliance licence. Now that I'm leaving the company, I need to remove the licence. Does a uninstallation completly remove the licence? Is there a way of just removing the licence without uninstallation?
It's Visual Studio 2010 Professional edition, installed on a Windows XP computer.
MSDNAA FAQ:
Q: Does the license (or "key") permanently unlock the software?
A: No - the key allows you to install the software once. If you need to re-install the software, you will need to contact the PA (Program Administrator) at your school. Your PA's contact email information can be found in the support page. To view this information, please click on the Support button above.

How does one make a feature request for Visual Studio to Microsoft?
Microsoft's product feedback web site can be found at http://connect.microsoft.com/
For Visual Studio specifically, the link is http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio
That's what Microsoft Connect is for in particular the feedback forum for Visual Studio.
They are quite fast with fixing bugs, but suggestions... You never know how much you will be heard.
