Months ago I applied to Xamarin Student program for getting Indie version of Xamarin. However, Dreamspark and Xamarin offers developer studdents to build Xamarin apss with Visual Studio. This wasn't around when we applied. Although it says this on both Dreamspark's site and Xamarin's site. I cannot use Visual Studio still. Is anyone know, why and how to work around this problem?

See https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/microsoft_student_developer_blog/2016/02/08/learn-xamarin-land-your-dream-job/
Xamarin is available for free for students via dreamspark.com at the following link https://www.dreamspark.com/Product/Product.aspx?productid=100

if visual studio community free So why does this message appear to me?
You don't need to buy a license to use the Community edition of Visual Studio.
You might just need to sign in with your Microsoft account to register your edition, but no payment is needed.

Yesterday I had a computercrash and now I need to reïnstall all of my programs. These programs also include Visual Studio 2012.
I knew there were a lot of updates (3, i guess) and I'm wondering what problems is possibly can have when I first install update 3, without installing update 1 or 2.
Should there be any bugs or regressions i should take account of? Update 3 is now installing and it's doing fine (no errors so far)
Visual Studio 2012.3 includes versions 1 & 2 as well, otherwise the installer would tell you to instal first the previous versions.
There is no problem for you, it is like Windows Service Packs, so you won't have bugs or regressions.
EDIT:
Official source:
Visual Studio 2012 updates are cumulative releases that include the
new features and fixes that were delivered in previous releases.

We contracted a guy to build .net app. His team is in India, and am afraid they may not have licensed softwares their, which may eventually get us in troubles.
Is their anyway I can tell if the end product he deliver was developed with licensed Visual Studio ?
I'm not sure there actually is - especially because Visual Studio itself doesn't compile the code, if it's C# then its the CSC.exe (VBC.exe for Visual Basic) file that does the work and that itself comes with the .Net framework and is free.

I downloaded Microsoft Visual 2010 Express for Windows Phone, but now i want to have the Visual C++ in it for my project. How do i do that?
You can't use C++ in Windows Phone 7 projects. You'll have to wait for Windows Phone 8 to be able to use C++.

How does one make a feature request for Visual Studio to Microsoft?
Microsoft's product feedback web site can be found at http://connect.microsoft.com/
For Visual Studio specifically, the link is http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio
That's what Microsoft Connect is for in particular the feedback forum for Visual Studio.
They are quite fast with fixing bugs, but suggestions... You never know how much you will be heard.
