I want to create different test suites for execution of my test cases. The main idea is that I want to load some sample data into database using a feature file in a single suite. After this suite is completed I want to execute different suite containing the test scenarios. Is it possible in GoDog?
There is an example in DATA-DOG repo https://github.com/DATA-DOG/godog/tree/master/examples/db with DB connection it could be helpful. It gives you an opportunity to roll back inserted data before every scenario or suite if you want.

Now I want to run them separately example smoke testcases only.
Is there any way in Jmeter so I can run my JMeter project for a particular group/collection/suite only.

The right way to module your JMeter scripts is to save small script in different JMXs and combined them by calling each or inside a bigger JMX file which uses Include Controller to execute different JMX files
The include controller is designed to use an external JMX file. To use it, create a Test Fragment underneath the Test Plan and add any desired samplers, controllers etc. below it. Then save the Test Plan. The file is now ready to be included as part of other Test Plans.
Inside JMX you can also use Module Controller to reduce code duplication
The Module Controller provides a mechanism for substituting test plan fragments into the current test plan at run-time.
If you want to execute specific test I suggest send specific properties and check the property inside an If Controller .
for example call with property jmeter -JexcludeTest1=true ...
And add an If Controller before test 1:
"${__P(excludeTest1)}" == "true"
The easiest way is using Taurus tool as a wrapper for your JMeter script, it has Modifications for Existing Scripts feature where you can define which test elements you want to enable/disable during test execution.

Another option is putting requests you would like to enable/disable on demand under If Controllers so you could set "run/not run" condition dynamically.

Im looking for a way to store data in selenium for use in future tests.
Im using jenkins, maven + selenium and testng.
How can i store some data, lets say i want to run test, get some data from website (weather forecast). Store it somewhere and next day run test to check if forecast match todays weather.
I can store it in txt file, and parse by regex but im sure there is better way to do it?
You have to consider what "selenium webdriver" is in this context. It is a Java app. It "exists" only when it is running. Once the run stops, it is purged from memory, including all data it held. If you are using JUnit or TestNG (as you specified), then this data is purged even more frequently: after every the class.
To accomplish what you are asking, you will need something external to your tests. You can certainly utilize a txt file as you suggested. A spreadsheet might do for your purposes. Most applications utilize an entire database.
You also mentioned Jenkins. This will make the external storage a more interesting problem, as Jenkins often purges the current working directory before each run.
I have a VSTS project with a list of 30 LoadTest tests that I want to run sequentially. All tests are independent from each other.
When I try to run all the tests, it starts with the first test and it executes it perfectly, but once the first test is finished, it automatically starts to mark the rest of the tests as completed, but without executing them.
Do I have to configure any option to run all of them together? Am I missing something?
Note: when the first test is finished it also asks me if I want to view the "detailed results from the load test".
Any advice/comment is welcomed...

More info... I'm trying to run the load tests as in the image that you can see at freeimagehosting.net/image.php?69cc93fa7b.gif. After the first loadtest is finished the rest of them are just marked as completed.
The load tests are individual tests, and have never seen a way to execute them simultaneously. You create individual web tests that you then put into a load test to run.
