I am trying to find a way to get the latest version number of windows phone 7 from the market place. It seems like the API does not have build in method to do this. Some suggestion I found mention about creating a web service to get the information. Does anyone have a more specific detail on how to do this? Where do I call the web service to get this information?
This is not from marketplace, but you can parse this page:

One quick question. As of last week I had completely setup the AEM SDK with the Venia store front with all the components working. When I move the setup the AEM publish SDK, I am encountering one issue.
The /api/graphql is throwing 403 errors which means no frontend commerce operation is happening on the storefront.
I tried adding the /api/graphql to the CSRF filter's exclude list and even removed the POST method from there.
After this I still 403 on GET request of /api/graphql and the following on POST request.
I am I missing some setting?
Note: on the sling servlet resolver config, I have added the /api/graphql but there is no change.
There is a query very similar to this on the groups but there is no response. So thought of raising it here.

Please let me know if I am missing something.
Issue solved.
I introduced a var called COMMERCE in the global vars to solve the problem, since the vhost file refers to it.
I could have done it slightly better but I guess i was lazy :)
Please refer to this link for details:

Problem solved after upgrading Windows Azure package.
I'm developing an offline Android app with Genexus Ev3 U9 and when I try the app in the device I see there is no initial synchronization, even when I try to execute a manual sync the app shuts down. The cat log shows that request made to URLs like http://192.168.12.17/MyAppSmartDevicesEnvironment/gxmetadata/MyApp.android.json
worked fine but when the app tries to get this URL http://192.168.12.17/MyAppSmartDevicesEnvironment/rest/MyAppOfflineDatabase?fmt=json&event=gxchecksync returns 404 I tried the same link in my laptop and it's like the requested resource was not created by GeneXus.
What could be wrong?
There are actually a couple of things you might want to check.
When you accessed http://192.168.12.17/MyAppSmartDevicesEnvironment/gxmetadata/MyApp.android.json you got data but that just means that the virtual directory was successfully created. (which is good of course)
Then you need to check if the WCF module is installed correctly, in order to do that you could try to go to http://192.168.12.17/MyAppSmartDevicesEnvironment/MyAppOfflineDatabase.svc/rest or any other service in your KB. That goes straight to the service implementation. (you can check you web.config file in order to see the actual rewriting rules)
If that works it's certainly a URL Rewrite problem like Sandro and Guscarr suggested.
You can download and install the module from here: http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite
Gcastano,
It seems that you're generating to .net, right?
If so, it could be some problem with iis rewrite module.
Anyway you might check gx software requirements...
It seems that REST services cannot be run on your IIS, as Sandro said, try installing URLRewrite.

Updated to Parse SDK 1.7.1 with Bolts 1.1.4 and using the new and latest Facebook SDK. Every time I login the user I get the following error:
[BFTask isFaulted]: unrecognized selector sent to instance error.
I'm able to login the user, the user's info is store in parse, but not sure how to resolve this exception.
Anyone else having this problem?
Had this problem also.
I copied the Parse Bolts framework to the project directory. Referencing didn't do it. Same for Parse FacebookutilsV4.
I had solved this problem just a minute ago.
You need update the latest FacebookSDK to avoid this error.
You can just download the latest SDK from facebook website.
However if you just drag the parse and facebook framework together into the project, maybe a 'duplicate' error will be reported.
So I recommend you to use CocoaPods to manage your thirdparty framework.
I am using bing Maps in my app. When i am using the Get Directions it's showing this error. How to solve it. I googled for hours but hasn't got any help. Pleas help.
These are the two services which i am hitting.
http://dev.virtualearth.net/webservices/v1/routeservice/routeservice.svc/mex
http://dev.virtualearth.net/webservices/v1/geocodeservice/geocodeservice.svc/mex
Or Please give me Step by Step Procedure to work with the bing maps.
Check the Bing Map Sample application given in MSDN .It has code which shows how to implement Bing Map.Hope this helps
The error you are getting is often due to missing or incorrect credentials. You need to have an API key to access the Bing Maps services. This blog post includes a description of how to get a key and set it in your project.
