I need module for joomla 2.5.4 - vertical image carousel (3-4 images in column) with navigation and with lightboxes when you click on image (navigation in popup window). Could anybody help me?

That type of widget is usually known as a carousel. Sometimes people also call it a slide show or slider.
You can see a demo of a GWT MaterialCarousel. By default it only shows one item at a time, but you can configure it to show multiple items as per your picture.
The domino-kit ui framework also has a carousel.

Have you download the slider software? Download and install the slider softwar. Now run software . You will see a window like
Now click Add images. Add as many images as you need. If you add 6 images then 6 button will be create. For auto play click advance option. I hope you can do that. It last click Save HTML.
I am using Joomla version 3.0
I have used default Joomla tootip to display image on hover in tooltip content.
But the problem is it is getting hidden below the navigation bar.

I see you have set z-index:1000 on the div-element with class djcf on the bottom of the page. This is the tooltip-box. Hovever, the navigation-element on top of the page has a z-index=1030. So increase your z-index on the djcf-element to more than 1030, and you should be OK, regards JOnas
I'm new to wordpress and currently I'm building a website using it. But now I'm confused about why my post's image doesn't show up on the homepage's slideshow / featured post but it does show up in the post if I open that post. I'm using Weekly Theme right now, but if I change to another theme it will return the same result too ( images won't show up ). How to fix this? Is there any specific codes I need to add or what?

It's a bit hard without being able to see what's going on. Do you have a link to the site? Or the place you got the theme from?
Is it just the image that won't show up in the slideshow/featured area? Or does the text not show up either?
- If it is just the image then you are probably not setting an image in the way the theme wants. Ensure the image is both "in" the article text and also set as the Featured Image using the box on the right-hand-side of the edit screen.
Top menu dropdown is not working only in homepage. It's working fine in innerpages. I'm having a banner slider extension and custom jquery slider in my homepage i thought the issue is with jquery conflict.
Did anyone overcome these kind of problem before? Please share your comments to solve this problem.
