Using resource bundle with IDEA IDE - internationalization

I'm using IDEA IDE to create i18n..
I created English version of my property file and then created a Russian one.
But when I run my web application I saw Ïðîñìîòð Íîâîñòè instead of my text in Russian..
Tell me please what was wrong in IDEA IDE or whether there's a bug in resource bundle plugin.
UPDATE
When I write I18n in eclipse and fill in all necessary fields into Russian language in Eclipse resource bundle plugin instead of Russian text I saw something like this u0443u0434u0430u043Bu0438u0442u044C but when I start my app it displays all well..
And when I start project in IDEA IDE with such properties everything works fine..

I am able to recreate your issue using a different language (Chinese) ... I just tried this in my IntelliJ IDEA instance (I am running IntelliJ IDEA 11.1.3).
I have a ResourceBundle and I dropped in Simplified Chinese characters into my Resource Bundle as follows:
messages.properties
user.label=名称
When I ran my Grails app through IDEA, I got characters ?? instead of the Chinese Characters 名称
This is a bug with IntelliJ Resource Bundle Editor. Here is a link to the Issue:
http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-90460
I know it does not give you a fix, but at least it explains to you why it is happening and why you do not see the issue with Eclipse.

${object.property} is displayed as string and not displaying the value

I'm pretty new with maven and struts and I want to display a value in a table.
I'm working on a project working on my coworkers computer but not mine.
When i write the following line, I expect to get the value.
<td>${currentRequest.request.label}</td>
Instead, I display this line as if it was a string.
I know that, codewise, this line is well written.
What I don't know is what is change configuration-wise to be able to work with struts correctly.
I am using Tomcat 7.072, Struts 1.1 and Maven 3.6.0. My IDE is IntelliJ Idea.
I already checked into my .m2 folder and I can find Struts 1 in the repository.
I have tried "mvn -install" and pretty much every command that looks like to deal with dependencies that I know.
I think the problem should come from my Tomcat's configuration but I don't understand what is missing.
I would like to know where my problem is and how I can solve it.
EDIT :
After working a bit more on this problem, it seems that the problem come from Apache, but still I don't understand why my pages won't display the proper values.

Webjars- Spring boot

I aaded webjar(foundation 6.3.1) via Maven and how i can figure out the link to resource? I mean that I cannot see folder with generated resource like css, js etc. in Intellij output folder(target) so how i know which is valid path?
I found valid path to bootstrap as example and i tested it
/webjars/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css
it works but if i have another webjars i have to guess what is path to it?!
Output directory content
I found solution, maybe it will be usefull for others. In html code you will get prompts from IDE when start with webjars. Example below

Using your own *.jars in libgdx 1.9.6 (NoClassDefFoundError)

Having trouble getting a android compile of a libgdx project to see classes in a .jar file of mine.
From reading around it seems(?) all I should have to do is put them in the /libs directory and ensure the gradle build file has been set to pick them up.
This doesn't seem to be working for me.
See screenshot of mysetup:
Notes;
SSS.jar is file containing my classes
I have configured everything to use Java 1.7 (this needs to be done each gradle refresh, as gradle insists on setting it to 1.8 for some reason)
Android 4.4 for export, the device testing uses 6.0
I have refreshed/cleaned/built more times then I can count ;)
Desktop compile of the project works fine
The error I get when running as android application is as follows;
04-29 19:58:10.462: E/AndroidRuntime(9306): java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.darkflame.client.semantic.SSSIndex$1
04-29 19:58:10.462: E/AndroidRuntime(9306): at com.darkflame.client.semantic.SSSIndex.<clinit>(SSSIndex.java:504)
....(can post more if needed, but I think thats the relevant bit)
(I also tried exporting a .apk and looking inside with 7zip to try to see if the SSS.jar was exported, but to be honest I don't know what I am looking at. How would I tell ?)
Any pointers on how this setup should work would be appreciated.

How can I make iWork load my plugin? (Like MathType?)

I would like to create a plugin for iWork, like MathType. The issue is that the plugin architecture for iWork is entirely undocumented. I have experience creating plugins for other applications, such as Xcode. To make a plugin for Xcode, you need to make sure your plugin bundle is located in the proper directory where Xcode looks for plugins when it launches, and that your Info.plist is set up properly.
I have no idea how MathType is able to embed itself in the iWork apps. I've gone over all of its install logs and grepped over my entire machine to find all the files it installs - all of them are placed inside my Applications directory in a file called "MathType 6". Nothing about its Info.plist appears magical in anyway.
There's also the LinkBack plugin which embeds itself in the iWork apps. I've attempted to contact the authors of both MathType and LinkBack a few times over the past year, but they've never gotten back to me.
Is there anyone who knows how to write a plugin for an iWork application? What are the magical essentials that I need for iWork applications to load my plugins when they start up?

Blackberry Eclipse plugin for Mac installation voodoo needed

Has anyone successfully installed and run the Blackberry Eclipse plugin for MacOS?
Apparently, BB has not improved their Mac support much in the last year, since there was a question here about it last year.
I've followed their instructions to the letter, but they seem to assume that all you'll ever do in Eclipse is use their plugin. I want to move their plugin into an existing Eclipse installation.
I've copied the net.rim.* files from their Eclipse installation in to my /plugins folder, restarted, they show up in the list of installed plugins, but building an app always yields this error:
"Failed importing native project for BlackBerry. Missing Blackberry plugin. For more details see http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/javaappdev/javaupdate.jsp"
Thanks.
Mike
Here's the secret:
point Eclipse 3.6 Hellios to the following plug-in URL: http://www.blackberry.com/go/eclipseUpdate/3.6/web
Eclipse/Help/Install New Software... Add, enter some name and the URL above, and it works.
