Microsoft phone application attaching a image in email - windows-phone-7

Is it possible to attach a image file in windows mobile phone application developed in 7.5? i have searched many websites but can't find any solution . please help me if there is any.I have downloaded this code http://www.xdevsoftware.com/blog/post/File-Upload-in-Silverlight-3.aspx but ain't able to run. I faced a problem with silverlight convertion. They said i need to install some component which will match with them.

It's not possible.
The only solution is either send the email using some dedicated web service you can create, or encode the image into Base64 and add it directly to the body of the email.
Sadly nothing has changed in this matter in Windows Phone 8.

Another route you can take, which may not apply to your situation as you don't provide much detail on what your app does, is to use the Live SDK. If you integrate your app into Skydrive you can send images and video via proxy (a SkyDrive link).
This is how I've approached the issue in my app Video Journal.

How I apply review to get publish_actions permission for a Windows application written in Win API/C++?

I created and used application softwares(exe file written in C++ with Win SDK) of Windows OS(Win7) which has a function to upload(post) user photos to Facebook. They were working fine but now it is not possible to post photos to Facebook and I got to know I need get my application reviewd for public_actions permission. I tried to do it but could not find way to submit since there's no category for Windows application. How can I do it? I think the reviewers need to 'run' the app and it looks OK for andriod, iOS, Win8 apps, and Web site since reviewers can access to them by codes or URL for the apps but I have no idea how to make it for my Windows application. It is big size application with lots of images over 1Gbytes. Will it be OK to use an FTP account for the reviewers to download and review it?
In your review notes you can explicitly mention that this is a Windows application. You will need to provide as much screenshots as possible or preferably, a screencast where you show how you use the Facebook integration.
To get all the required fields, you can fill in the website for your application (if you have one) or an other website. Just make sure to mention that in your reviewer notes.
That should work with getting your app reviews.
ps: this question actually is not appropriate for Stackoverflow. I suggested using the Facebook Developer Community group for these kind of questions (non-technical).

hosted app for firefox os similar to: http://www.zoobe.com/, is it possible?

I'm currently working at a project to develop an App for firefox os similar to: http://www.zoobe.com/.
So it's basicly a hosted app, where you can choose a 3D-character. Then you have to make a picture for the background and record your voice on the phone. A Video will be rendered then and the 3d-character will speak the recorded message for you!
So my generell question is: Does anybody know, if its possible to develop such complex app for firefox os at this stage?
I've read, that all the APIs required for the project, like camera API and so on are already working.
I would implement the data-flow between server and client with node.js.
I would be greatful for any evaluations, tips and help.
There is no sound recording API yet, so I fear you will have to wait for it to be implemented for this kind of app to be possible. You can track the work on this API at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=803414

Restrict access to XAP file

Is it possible for a user to access the XAP installation file of an app installed via the Marketplace? If yes, is it possible to restrict access to it?
I basically have some copyrighted images used in the app, and dont want the users to be able to gain access to it.
Only by hacking (ie. jailbreaking) the phone. So in short, no, users are not able to access your XAP.
On all devices in the world, you can't avoid the possibility that someone is going to crack the security measures (in this case, Microsofts). But it's very difficult on WP7, if not impossible still, as opposed to Android where it just takes a few clicks to get the content of a marketplace app, and then decompile it.
Yes, now ANYONE can download your xap from the marketplace, this application for example access to free apps on the WP7 Marketplace http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/search-and-download-free-windows-phone-7-marketplace-apps-xap-files-to-pc/
For paid apps, it won't be any harder than analyzing the xml files exchanged by Zune.

Playing YouTube Videos in WP7

Recently I started developing an app which contains the provision to play the youtube videos. Initially I thought it may be an easier task, and later I realized that it is not going to be an easy one. My all other works related to that apps are over and the only pending work is youtube integration. Can any one please help me to complete this. Or send me some useful links that help me for integrating with youtube.
These previous answers may help you:
YouTube on Windows Phone with MediaElement
How to launch a YouTube URL on Windows Phone 7
Basically, it looks like currently you can't embed videos within your app, but you can (with some url kludging) launch the external viewer as long as the user has installed the youTube app.

Programmatic access of SkyDrive

Does anyone know how to access SkyDrive programmatically from Windows Phone 7? What API do I use? I need to upload files from the Phone to SkyDrive and vice versa.
Some code samples would be great. :-)
You can now officially integrate parts of SkyDrive with Windows Phone 7 applications.
Details outlined here.
There is a new Live SDK available from Microsoft which I think can do this. It's also in a very early alpha or beta state:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb264574.aspx
I have developed a sample based on SkyPad (Developer Preview). Please install the Windows Live Developer preview SDK.
The sample allows to save a file to SkyDrive and dowload it again after saving.
Here the link:

You can use the Live SDK to integrate SkyDrive into your Windows Phone applications. Please see our code samples on GitHub.
Not an answer, but there's hope that an answer is on the way:
However, when Mike Torres was asked about features such as better usability, third-party API support, Windows Live Mesh integration, and expandable storage, he acknowledged that these are "top asks" for SkyDrive and said that they are currently "hard at work on SkyDrive as we speak"

Your requirements sound pretty much like mine - you just want to use skydrive as a basic cloud filesystem.
I thought Matt's suggestion was an outstanding idea. I obtained the library and set out to port it, but unfortunately the codebase is huge and elaborate and absolutely riddled with the [Serializable] attribute which is not compatible with WP7. It also makes extensive use of several pieces of framework not available in WP7x, including X509Chain and Authorization.
SkyDriveApi is not even compatible with VS2010 - an attempted conversion produced a big mess so I just tried it out in VS2008.
We could always write one. This looks like a fair bit of work so I invite you to collaborate.
Well, it's feature complete and working a treat. I'd like to thank people for all the support and assistance I received reverse engineering the protocol using Fiddler, and coding, testing and debugging the prototype into production ready code. I'd like to, but nobody contributed a damn thing. Good luck writing your own.
SkyDrive doesn't have an official API but here are some unofficial ones. I'd start by looking at http://skydriveapiclient.codeplex.com/.
It doesn't claim support for WP7 but you may be able to port it.
