Google Play Developer processing time - google-play

For the last 72 hours, my Google Wallet payment for the Google Play developer program has shown as "Your purchase is processing". I understand it can take up to 48 hours, but this is an entire day after their worst-case scenario for processing time.
I contacted Google Play using their help pages, not expecting an answer back until this week, with the problem hopefully resolving itself in the meantime. However, a day later instead of a reply (Which i wasn't expecting yet), they instead send me a survey, asking how their support was. Support I never received.
Does anyone know how to contact Google Play directly? While it's only $25, it's $25 that's been sent to google, and have received nothing in return. Google Wallet payments for apps have all gone through (Status: Your purchase is complete). Not sure why this is being help up.

My Google adsense account is verified, then also i'll need to verify my ID after buying play console developer account?

I have a Google Adsense account, I'm using it to show ads on my websites, also I'm using Admob to show ads on my applications. Everything is working fine as I have successfully verified my ID and Address with PIN and receiving money. And now I want to publish my applications on Google Play Store so I visited website to buy console account, it's written that google may ask to verify my identity and if failed money won't be refunded. My question is that after buying it, will google ask me to verify my identity with my photograph and government ID ?
They usually do not try to verify you, but usually it happened when you want to get payment for IAP (in app purchases) inside your apps.
Then they will ask for government ID (I recommend using passport), and will ask you to add a bank account to receive your money, it will take couple of days then they will verify you.
Do not worry it is normal process, the nonrefundable part is the 24$ you pay to open Google Play Developer account.
They may ask you to verify your phone number (it depends on your country, this is not done in all countries)

Google play developer console not activated

I try to make developer account on play store and the fee is deducted but when try sign in it, it's takes me to register page while searching about this I found it take 48 hours to activate so try to wait but after 48 hours it still takes me to register page. I also try to mail but they are not replying what to do now ??
One Word Patient ... Google in their site mentioned that PROBABLY will be some delay. For my second account took me months.
Due to adjusted work schedules at this time, you may experience longer than usual review times for your app.
In order to help ensure we are providing users with accurate and timely information relating to COVID-19, we are currently prioritizing the review and publication of apps published, commissioned, or authorized by official government entities and public health organizations. Any apps referencing COVID-19, or related terms, must meet these requirements.
In Context if they take long time for reviewing apps, so is the account.

Google API Oauth consent screen stuck in verification for almost a year

I built a Chrome Extension using the Google Slides API ~8 months ago, with users having to sign in with the OAuth consent screen as to be able to use the extension. The extension has over a thousand users, and for the past weeks I've had reports of people seeing an error that says "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app".
I checked and indeed the OAuth page was still "being verified", although it still said it would only take a few days / several weeks. I'm not using any sensitive scopes either, so it all seems very odd. If the app didn't meet the criteria I would have been rejected, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
So my question is, how can I get it verified, or if anything rejected so that I can make a new submission? I looked all over the place and I haven't found a way to get it unstuck. I'm pretty sure 8 months for verification isn't normal whatsoever.
Google seems to manually validate each OAuth screen. That's a long (and costly process), but to my experience, it generally takes 24 hours if you don't use any sensitive/restrictive scopes. As it's your case apparently, I presume your submission has probably being lost somewhere.
My recommendations:
Check in the Google Cloud Console the status of your OAuth Screen. After logged in Google Cloud console, click on the hamburger icon and select "APIs & Services" > "OAuth consent screen". At the top of the page you will see the status. If it's something like "pending verification", go to step 2. Otherwise, make sure the form is completed and submit it to verification again.
Search in your emails if you have been contacted by "api-oauth-dev-verification-reply [at] google [dot] com" (the address might slightly change as they use a ticketing solution). Maybe they tried to contact you but the email went to spam?
Get in touch with the OAuth team by emailing "api-oauth-dev-verification-reply [at] google [dot] com". Make sure to add your
Google Project number in your email, so they will be able to check
what's wrong.
Disclaimer: I don't work at Google. But I'm bit familiar with that process now :)

Can't publish a Hangout app (extension)

I've created a Google Hangout extension app, tested it works privately etc and now I'm trying to publish it. I have followed the instructions here:
https://developers.google.com/+/hangouts/publishing
I've filled in the forms correctly, created the O-Auth client ID, filled out the consent form etc. When I tick the Make this application public tickbox and try to save, a server error message pops up along the lines of:
Server Error
Whoops! Our bad.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please let us know using the "Send feedback" link below. Thanks!

I've checked the Chrome console - the request gets a 500 error and in the JSON response I can see:
{"message":"Developer not registered with CWS."}
I have paid the $5 one-off developer fee on the Chrome Web Store and I am the Hangout project owner. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. I need to get this published in the next 24 hours...
Any useful insights? Is there any official support forum for Google+ platform developers?
UPDATE
I was using a Google Apps account before so I've paid the developer fee on a personal account to verify me on CWS, made this account owner of the Hangout project and I still get the same message response.
I believe then that it's basically just broken. Thanks Google.

Google Places API usage

I have started using Google Places API. I intend to use it for my senior projects, which is an Android app.
I also have verified my identity to get extra free quotas.
But my question is - am I gonna be able to use the API always, or they will pause the access after 60 days?
p.s. as I read on their web-site that they pause trial after 60 days of using Google Cloud, I though may be the would do the same with an API.
Thank you
I emailed the Google Cloud team last month with the exact same question. Here was the response I got:
Hi Scott,
You should enter your billing information in your Cloud Console. Your
account is paused only if you start a trial and do not enter your
billing information.
If you have any other questions, look through the Cloud Billing Help
Center. You can also contact the billing team through the Cloud
Console Billing Support Request form.
Secondly, I did some more digging, and you can send an email to:
cloud-billing#google.com. That should put you in touch with the
billing team as well.
