I've ubuntu on my system and my webcam works with this. When i compiled the newer kernel my webcam is not working. The obvious cause is that i haven't compiled the required driver.
I believe USBIP is the thing that i need to choose but i'm not able to find it while compiling kernel using menuconfig.
Please help
You can see the config for the running kernel in /boot/config-$(uname -r). Copy that file to .config and do make oldconfig to merge it to your new kernel.

I'm curious how does Windows 10 S kernel implementation of CreateProcess know which process to run and which one to block?
For instance, if we take Notepad.exe:
It has no issues allowing it to run. And it is not even signed:
But the regedit.exe right below it, triggers this:
I'm curious, how do they differentiate between them?
EDIT: Forgot to mention. If you want to try it for yourself, Media creation tool now allows to create a Windows 10 S iso that runs fine in a VM.

I am trying to create apps, but obviously you can't on windows. I have searched on youtube so many times and I just need a solution. I tried Yosimite on VMware and it told me the virtual CPU would not work. (Also I have access to a mac if needed for install procedure). Thank you!
You can't without running into illegal content like Hackintosh
Please note that Apple allows the use of Mac OS X only on its own devices

Im trying to implement Shellshock and I need downgrade Bash to a vuln. version. I don't know how get it and there isn't much information in the Internet about it.
I'm working with Ubuntu Server 14.04.
How I can get it?
Don't downgrade the system bash. That's a terrible idea. Get the source for a vulnerable version and compile it yourself.
(Don't install it to the system though if you can avoid it, just run it from the source directory.)

Is there any way that I can run Xcode or even OS X on my computer
see my specs of my PC About My Chrome OS
Thanks alot,
(I'll appreciate any answer)!
Not legally... But you could install Linux on your Chromebook, and code in a different language, or use CodeAnywhere (or anouther online IDE like it) to write in many other languages.

I have two windows 8.1 on my computer but unfortunately one of them is out of use because of an update problem. Now I need a file on that OS which resides in Desktop. Can I acces that file from the other OS which I can use now?
Yes, you can. As long as the OS supports the file system
