StartApp iOS banner won't show with my correct devID - banner

I integrated StartApp banner to my iOS app. The banner showed correctly for a while on both simulator and devices. But one day the banner
Stop showing without changing the code.
I figure out that banner would show if I use an INCORRECT devID. And won't show with my actual devID.
The banner even shows with any strings but my real devID.
Is the something wrong with my account? I still can access my StartApp account. Nothing makes me think that my account has any restriction of displaying ads.
Thanks,
-Khang

I sent an email to StartApp support, and they told me that my account has been suspended due to my app is generating automated and deceptive impressions, clicks, installs and/or other actions with respect to StartApp ads.
Be careful, we should not be cheating. :)
Cheers

Questions about app I just submitted to the App Store

First off, can apps have an underscore in the name? The name I chose was taken, but I realized that because of the logo and style of the game it would work with an underscore at the end, so that's the name I used in iTunes connect. Will Apple reject it for this? I haven't seen any apps with an underscore in them.
Second, I'm testing the release version of my app (compiled using the release settings), and my in app purchase no longer works. It says invalid username/password, but it doesn't say sandbox mode. Is this normal? Will it work whenever the app is released? Also, will the iAds load real ads and will Game Center not be in sandbox mode? I'm pretty sure Game Center wasn't in sandbox the first time I started the release, but now it is.
Thanks in advance for the help!
Relax... Take a deep breath and calm down. The IAP is most likely not yet approved, iAds will show just fine, and GameCenter login depends more on if you use a test account or not, and it will be fine most likely.
First app?
:)

Automatically logged out of all Google services periodically

I'm getting logged out of all Google services a set period after opening the browser or logging in, it's about 20 minutes, maybe less. Occasionally the log in page will automatically redirect to a "clear cache and cookies" help page, however following the instructions on this page changes nothing and a short time later it logs me out again. This is particularly annoying when writing a response to a review on the Google Play Developer Console, because as soon as it detects being logged out it greys the text box so that it's not possible to copy and paste the message and it is not saved as a draft, it has to be written again. It's important to note this happens regardless of the browser being used and regardless of whether or not you are logged in on multiple devices. This is something Google really need to fix. Has anyone else suffered these problems?
It appears I've found a solution, as an Android app developer I always have a bunch of tabs open such as Google Play Developer Console for reviews and statistics and Google Wallet for financial reports. It turns out the problem is related to Google Wallet because if I close this tab, it won't log me out of all Google services. It appears this is a bug with the Google Wallet service. So to clarify this is a bug with Google Wallet, so if you're experiencing this problem like me, always close this tab after viewing the reports (the one launched from the Play console under financial reports).

App Hub Developer Registration

I decided the past couple of weeks to enter the WinPhone dev world, having already developed apps for the iPhone.
Whereas with Apple, the registration / Payment / Device Registration took all of 30mins, the process on the App Hub is becoming soul destroying, and my shiny new Lumina an expensive decoration.
When I go to the App Hub, top right is "Hi Visitor" with a sign in Link. If I click "Sign In", I get a screen that has my Email Address top right, and the screen is titled "Add Information", asking for birthdate and country. I entered these, and pressed submit. The entries clear, otherwise nothing happens.
Clicking on Profile top right, there are no links to information that have anything to do with App Hub registration.
The App Hub Forums suggest using the Developer Registration program that comes with the SDK - here I get an error, which according to the App Hub tells me I need to create a Developer account. Which I can't, because the sign in doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong? It's extremely frustrating.
Thanks for any help
Richard

Remember you should use either a hotmail or live mail account for this registration
I signed up using the browser on the device, with no problems. you could consider contacting support who are very helpful, and responsive - they even have a dedicated contact point for registration issues: apphub#microsoft.com

In-app purchase testing mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)

I am working on an in-app purchase... I had things working fine in the simulator/(sandbox mode). I’m still working on some stuff with the app and testing. Today when I tested the in app purchase I get.
In-app purchase testing mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
I looked in iTunes connect and it said “Rejected” under the in app purchase. I didn’t put complete descriptions but didn’t think it mattered because I had previously developer rejected the app.
So I deleted the in app purchase... uploaded/rejected another binary and added the new in app purchase. I used the same apple-id to test. The first time, it said Successful. I try it again and I get the same error message.
In-app purchase testing mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
Any idea what’s going on? I assume the code is fine since I haven’t changed it. Its something with iTunes connect setup or something.
I had the same problem, i couldnt buy any in-app because i've seen every time :
mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
Earlier i tested my in-app purchases on this test account and everything was fine.
I created new test account in iTunesConnect and it helps!.
Go to:
https://itunesconnect.apple.com/
Select:
"Manage users" >> "Test user"
Next "Add new user" and create new user with any e-mail adress (i used imaginary e-mail adress).
This work for me, i'm using now this second account to testing.
Regards
Same stuff happening since 31 May 2012. Noticed this behavior only in the simulator, on the device everything is ok.
I've managed testing on the simulator every time creating new test user at iTunesConnect. It's very time consuming but otherwise it doesn't work.
It doesn't come when you buy the app for the first time. (Creating new user means buying it first time). It comes when you are trying to restore the InApp purchase and haven't properly handled the restore purchases.
See the "Restoring Transactions" section in In-App Purchase Programming Guide.

Can´t get real ads from AdMob in Ipad

I can't get the real ads to work, in the xcode simulator i can see the test ads,now i'm using Xib and AdViewController to display the ad.
This are the message that i recieve:
Unable to fill ad request. This is a common situation.
AdMob: Did fail to receive ad in AdViewController
I need some help wiith this issue because i'm stuck, thanks.
You'll get real ads in your real, submitted app. On the simulator, only the test ad to show that things are working.
When using the simulator you'll get a mix of situations. Sometimes you'll get test ads and things will work. Sometimes you'll actually get simulated errors. The latter is so that you can test your code so that it can handle all situations when dealing with ads.
