I'm using VS2013, Web Essentials 2013 for Update 4, and ReSharper 8.2 C# Edition. I was under the impression that jsdocs should show up for methods, but it's not appearing. Any ideas why this would be the case?

I am using Resharper Ultimate 2020.1 with Visual Studio 2019 Professional and the Intellisense in Blazor component stopped to work. When I suspend Resharper everything comes back to work.
Is there someone who found a solution?
Thanks.
I had Visual Studio 2017 community before and Xamarin templates were there. I installed Visual Studio 2017 enterprise and now I do not see Xamarin templates like:
BlankApp(Xamarin.form Portable) and BlankApp(Native shared)
I have repaired Visual Studio and also updates but still same. Please advise how to fix it if anyone got same issue.
There is some changes on VS 2017 15.6.4, click Mobile App(Xamarin.Forms), and click OK, A window will appear allowing you to choose a Share Project or a .NET Standard:
Here is about the Share Project, and here is about the .Net Standard.
My razor file is not having proper highlighting and intellisense is not working.
Razor file in vs2015 image:-
I tried solutions in Visual Studio 2015 not syntax highlighting razor nor Intellisense , Visual Studio 2015 Razor View MVC Types not recognized but it didn't help me.
I installed vs2015 (with update 3) two days before. So i didn't try reinstalling it.
After some search i found the solution. the issue was with the Microsoft web development tool it was not installed correctly( I still don't know why :) ) in my system when i install visual studio 2015. When i tried to modify the visual studio it didn't let me install web development tool (Update button was disabled). So i tried an alternative solution install asp.net core https://www.microsoft.com/net/core#windows because i know it comes with web development tool so i just tried installing and it fixed my issue.
I have:
Visual Studio 2013 pro Update 4
Web Essentials 2.5.2
TypeScript 1.4
Resharper 8.2.3
When I open a typescript file, syntax highlighting works fine, also tooltip on the function shows its definition. However, intellisense is not working (when I press a . near an object, it does not show properties or methods).
This is just a test project of type TypeScript Web Project. I tried to google but unable to find a solution yet. Any ideas what I should be looking for?
After many trial and error I could fix it by:
Removing 10.0 folder in %APPDATA%/microsoft/microsoft visual studio
Disabling intellisense for typescript in Resharper
Uninstalling Web Essentials from visual studio 2013
Uninstalling TypeScript 1.4
Reinstalling TypeScript
Reinstalling Web Essentials
Setting back Resharper settings
Only thing I can think is that it may have something to do with the order of installation of web essentials and typescript.
I have just installed VS 2013 RC2 and TypeScript refactoring stopped working. It disappeared from context menu, and pressing Ctrl+R, Ctrl+R gives the following error message:
The key combination (Ctrl+R, Ctrl+R) is bound to command (.Refactor.Rename) which is not currently available.
I have tried restarting VS, didn't help. Any ideas, workarounds?
Edit:
I have submitted a bug to Microsoft. Please upvote it if you have the same issue:
https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/860463/typescript-refactoring-stopped-working-in-vs-2013-rc2
Microsoft posted the following answer to my question on MS Connect. Seems that while refactor/rename was available in VS Express Edition with TypeScript 0.9, in TypeScript 1.0 it's only available from VS Pro upwards.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
Refactor/rename and NavigateTo are features that are found in the Pro+
versions of TypeScript in Visual Studio 2013. The Pro+ tools are aimed
at helping users work with larger codebases, so there is a focus on
building up tools to help support those codebases in those versions of
Visual Studio. We're working to continue to refine to make the
experience best across both Express and Pro+, with the right features
to help users who want to learn TypeScript and those who want to move
to using TypeScript in larger projects.
For me it happened because of resharper conflict. I uninstalled resharper and restarted visual studio
