Google snippet tree structure - sitemap

How can I get a snippet like in the picture below in google page results?
I submitted a sitemap.xml in google webmaster tools 3 months ago, but there is no change until now?
Do you know how I should proceed to get this Result? Or the name (keyword) of this structure?

So, the keyword I was looking for is "Google Sitelinks".
Here as some documentations about it :

Google Custom Search API showing old results

I am trying to use the Google Custom Search API to show my ranking results on a regular basis. The only problem is that the displayed results seem to be fairly inaccurate, almost as if they are results from a month ago. The reason I know this, is that I searched for a famous person and it ranked a month old article. Is this normal for a Google search API? Is there a way I can get updated results?
I've checked the Google documentation but couldn't find anything.
Thanks in advance!

Google not indexed url

Hello i have personal site and about 1 month ago i rebuild the complete site. I sent a new sitemap.xml file and is not indexed yet, but im having 404 crawler errors with the old url.
Google said the sitemap is correct,so, any idea, i must do something, or just wait longer?
Is not really important because is just a personal site, but i`m just curious about what is that happening.
Sorry for my bad english, but im spanish and thanks in advance
this just takes time.
I experienced some speed-up in that progress by using other google services as places or analytics. but to answer your question:
If your sitemap has been detected correctly it will work but this might take some time.

Google Review on my Website

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to feed google reviews into my website? I would like it to be kinda of a testimonial type page. Or if i could feed it with a slider reviews that would be really awesome. Any ideas?
I recently needed to get reviews as well for a similar application, so I created a jQuery plugin that will fetch ALL the reviews and allows for options to be passed in for filtering.
google-places jQuery Plugin
This question is kind of old but maybe it will help someone else
The Google Places API now supports the return of up to five reviews from a Place Details Request.

Can my google news sitemap be blank?

I have my google news sitemap, which according to google's spec, should contain articles posted in last 2 days. Now, suppose there are no articles pushed in last 2 days for my site, my news sitemap would be empty. IS this the desired behaviour. Do I need to show something else, if no articles are posted in last 2 days. Will the webmaster tools invalidate the sitemap?
I don't see what other choice there is for a sitemapper if you have not created any news stories within last two days. You could perhaps choose not to update your news sitemap? :)
Will the webmaster tools invalidate the sitemap?
Yes, it will... But then, GWT judges it as any regular xml sitemap and does not account for specific Google News sitemap rules.
So the more important question is:
IS this the desired behaviour. Do I need to show something else, if no
articles are posted in last 2 days.
... to which I cannot find any clear answer anywhere :(
