Freemarker + Spring NoSuchBeanDefinitionException but Bean defined - spring

Question

I am trying to integrate Freemarker with Spring MVC but when I run my app on Tomcat I receive following exception:
org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Must define a single FreeMarkerConfig bean in this web application context (may be inherited): FreeMarkerConfigurer is the usual implementation. This bean may be given any name.; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type [org.springframework.web.servlet.view.freemarker.FreeMarkerConfig] is defined

It's very strange because I have a FreeMarkerConfig bean defined in my app context . Here is my web.xml and mvc-config.xml files:
