Measure multiple ROIs in imageJ - image

I'm creating a script for automated measuring fluorescence intensity. I have done some progress, the macro opens the image, split in as many channels as I have and perform some trasformation so that it is possible to execute particle analysis at image 1. Then, what I want is to measure all the created ROIs but I am stacked at this point:

You can measure all ROIs in the ROI Manager using the Measure button. In a macro, the lines are:
roiManager("Deselect");
roiManager("Measure");
You can learn more macro commands easily by using the Macro Recorder.
You can browse all the available macro functions online.
For more sophisticated per-ROI analysis, you can loop over the ROIs in the manager using the roiManager("count") and roiManager("select", i) commands. The Scale_All_ROIs macro gives an example of this; you can easily load that macro into the Script Editor by opening a new script (File > New > Script) and then choosing it from the Templates > IJ1 Macro menu of the Script Editor.

Writing Macro in ImageJ to open, change color, adjust brightness and resave microscope images

I'm trying to write a code in Image J that will:
Open all images in separate windows that contains "488" within a folder
Use look up tables to convert images to green and RGB color From ImageJ, the commands are: run("Green"); and run("RGB Color");
Adjust the brightness and contrast with defined values for Min and Max (same values for each image).
I know that the code for that is:

Save each image in the same, original folder , in Tiff and with the same name but finishing with "processed".

I think it contains all the things you need. It opens all the images (in specific folder) that ends with tif and contains 488. I didn't completely understand what you want to do with each photo, so I just added your functions. But you probably won't have problems with adding more/different since you can get them with macro recorder.
And the code is written to open tif files. If you have tiff just be cerful that you change that and also change -4 to -5.

Save multiple images with one function - AS3 ADOBE AIR

I've got an Array with 17 web links of images

Question : Is there a way to download all the images with the web links of my products array ? (and if images already exist, replace them. I could use if (image1.exists){ if (image2.exists){ ..etc for each image. But maybe there is a simplier solution)

Don't over think it. You have your array of images. You have your tested routine for saving one image. Now put it together:
Some function initializes things and kicks it off.
Either splice out (or pop out) an item on the array – OR use a index var to access an item in the array
Pass that to your download function.
When the download completes either pop another item off the array OR increment your index. But first you would test if array.length== 0 OR `index > array.length. If either is true (depending on which method you use), then you are done.
If you want to get fancy you can show a progress bar and update it each time your download completes.

playing PDE files in a loop?

I'm still relatively new to Processing. We are thinking of showing our Processing work in a loop for a small exhibition. Is there a way to play multiple PDEs in a loop? I know I can export as frames and then assemble them as a longer loop-able Quicktime file, but I'm wondering if there's any way to play and loop the files themselves?
Also, for interactive PDEs, what's the best way to present them? We are thinking of having a couple of computers with PDEs running in Processing but it would be nice to have a file run for 20 minutes and then open another file for 20 minutes.

You should be able to put together a shell/batch script that uses the processing-java command line executable.
You should be able to set that up via the Tools > Install "processing-java"
If you're not confortable with bash/batch scripting you could even write a Processing sketch that launches Processing sketches

The code is commented so hopefully it should be easy to read and follow.
You will be prompted to select a folder containing sketches to run.
Note 1: I've used the processing-java path on my machine (/usr/local/bin/processing-java). If you're on Windows this may be different and you need to change this.
Note 2: The processing-java command launches another Process which makes it tricky to close the previous sketch before running the next one. As a workaround for you you could call exit() on each sketch after the amount of time you need.
Note 3: The code will not recursively traverse the selected folder containing sketches, so only the first level sketches will be executed, anything deeper should be ignored.

SaveAs in a loop with ImageJ

I'm brand new to imageJ and its macros, I can't save a Results file from Particle Analyze in a loop.
Here is my code, made of what I just learned on internet and I just can't include [i] in the saveAs function and there is a mismatch with the saving of the images while I have not even try yet to save it...

To save the Results window in each cycle of your for loop, you can add the counter variable i to the file name string:

It might be a good idea to also include the original image file name into the results file name, such as:

NB: I had to add to add setAutoThreshold("Default"); before the Analyze Particles... command to make your macro work on sample images like the Blobs example image, because the command need a thresholded/binary image.

How to display Images in a wxListCtrl (multicolumn report style)

I already managed to create wxListCtrls with either icons or multicolumn text like this

Now I'd like to add an icon to each line of the text list on the left. I thought this should be possible as typical wxWidgets applications like code::blocks and wxSmith often diplay icons in list/tree views (resource browser window) and even in tabs of notebooks (compiler log window).
So how can I create something like this? (Everybody knows Windows Explorer)

Yes, it is possible, and the listctrl sample shows how to do it, in particular see MyFrame::InitWithReportItems() function. The only difference with your code seems to be that you use a different InsertItem() overload, so perhaps you should use InsertItem(i, "") instead.
Also check that your image list does have the 5 icons in it.
More generally, trying to reduce the differences between your code and the (working) sample will almost always quickly find the problem.
Thanks, VZ, but I found out that it's not the InsertItem() but the SetImageList(). My image list was correct, but the "which" parameter wasn't. Replacing wxIMAGE_LIST_NORMAL by wxIMAGE_LIST_SMALL fixes the problem! I thought "SMALL" was only meant for the SMALL_ICON mode and that "NORMAL" should be the default. But yes, that makes sense, normal icons are big and don't fit in the text display. Would be nice if the documentation had told us that before long trial and error...
