suddenly we get zebra printer error due to untrusted certificate

We just realized that we cannot print correctly our labels, using the **gc420t **printer.
The problem:
All our labels, are printed as if the code instructed it to start on the left of the label, way too far from the label's center. Thus we get labels that are half printed, only what is on the left of the center gets printed. We tried to reinstall everything. We calibrated the printer. But even the test page gets printed in the same way, only the half of the text is shown, and only in the left of the label. All text that starts each row, is truncated in the left side, in the beginning.
The setup process is like:
1. install the printer drives 2. install zebra browser print (zebra-browser-print-setup-1.2.0.3.exe) 3. https://localhost:9101/default?type=printer(link is external) and we accept the certificate
During the process, in abve step #3, of reinstalling the printer, we get the following error:
This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.
Could someone please with some thorough guidance give us instructions on how we should fix this issue?
Should we set the printer back to its factory defaults?
What drives should we use? What are the latest recommended for windows 10 pcs? (A link would be highly appreciated)
What could be wrong with the certificate? How could one solve this?
What other steps (in detail if possible) one should follow, so as to be able to print the labels like they used to be printed? What is strange and i would like your help, is why without any other modification from our side, labels are miss-printed since yesterday
We have tried reinstalling the printer, calibrating it, but no success.

Disable Microsoft Edge (Chromium) developer mode extensions pop up at startup

I switched to the fairly new Edge browser since it is chromium based and has better resource management and a better integration with Windows 10. Yet I am unable to get rid of the annoying pop up that got carried from Chrome. But at least, it was possible to get rid of the warning in Chrome by tweaking its
extension policies; The trick doesn't work with Edge.
If someone managed to get rid of the pop up, please share how.
I found a patcher that works - https://github.com/Ceiridge/Chrome-Developer-Mode-Extension-Warning-Patcher
I can confirm that the patcher is currently working.
As a side note the patcher has been updated 3 days ago and I did not have to tell it where to find the Edge installation folder or do any renaming of files, it worked great on auto install. New tabs, new windows, and new instances all come up with the warning disabled.
If you get Edge Dev or Canary instead of Edge Stable or Beta, the extension warning will go away. If you are already using Edge Stable copy %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\ to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge Dev\User Data\ and everything will transfer over.
Get Edge Dev or Canary from https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download/ (DO NOT get Beta, as that has the extension warning)
Open the file Preferences located at
C:\Users\Your_User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\
search {"allow_chrome_webstore":true,
if not present, add "dev_mode_warning_snooze_end_time":"XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX",
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX = timestamp value
look like :
{"allow_chrome_webstore":true,"dev_mode_warning_snooze_end_time":"99999999999000000","developer_mode":true}
next pop up will appear ~16/11/4769
testing under Edge 96 Stable

Firefox keeps failing to verify certain apps

Here's the problem. I get a message that pops up that says, "one or more extensions cannot be verified and have been disabled". I know a temporary fix to get these apps working again but the apps always break after so much time. What I do is go in my extensions for my Firefox profile (which is a JSON file) and I use Wordpad to change all the instances of appDisabled": true to appDisabled": false. I also change all the instances of signedState":-1 to signedState":2. The problem is that it keeps changing the false back to true and the 2's back to -1's. I am using Firefox version 56.0.2. Is there any permanent fix that can keep these changes under the current version that I am using? I am getting sick and tired of having to make these changes every day. Also, a couple of key add-ons that I use which are Classic Theme Restorer and unblock Origin keep getting disabling from this issue. I value these add-ons and I would love it if you knew any command prompt that I could put into Wordpad that would make Firefox stop trying to verify add-ons or whatever it does that causes Firefox to disable the add-ons. I welcome any other fix as well. I do want to keep my current version of Firefox and I know the Greasemonkey I use wouldn't work on later versions.
I already tried using Wordpad to change all instances of appDisabled": true to false and signedState":-1 to 2. It would work for a while and then everything reverted back to how it was.
...
appDisabled":true
...
signedState":-1
When appDisabled is true and signedState switches to -1, I get the message saying, "one or more extensions cannot be verified." It also disables the incompatible apps.

Debugging on an end-user PC?

A user that works in my company has an Error 13 Type mismatch in the moment that she wants to input some data in a grid.
The thing is that when she has that problem, my application only shows the error screen and nothing more (I mean it doesn't say where the error occurs).
I want to know if there is a way that I can "see" the problem in a debug application because I don't have the source code of my application in this computer and I don't know if the problem is because of a Windows configuration issue or why this error pops up provided that when she uses another terminal, different to the one that she normally uses, she can do her job without problems (they have the same settings in the two pcs).
I have the source code in my terminal but as say above, in my terminal the error doesn't pop up so I need to see it in her terminal.
How can I do this?

cloud 9 creating 2 workspaces when I try to create 1

I signed up for a (free) c9 account; verified email address etc.
I selected CREATE NEW WORKSPACE and selected "Ruby on Rails", "Private to the people I invite" (I'm under the impression I get one free Private workspace?), name it "tPRoRD" (abbreviation of the course I'm taking), and select "CREATE"
Expected Behavior:
I hoped to see in the left "MY PROJECTS" pane, adjacent to the default "demo-project", a new project entitled "tPRoRD".
Observed Behavior:
There is a new 'Open and Discoverable' project entitled "tprord"; and a 'greyed-out' project entitled "tPRoRD" which is listed as 'processing'.
When "tPRoRD" is selected, the expected "Start Editing" button is replaced with one entitled "Cancel creation".
I have posted this question on cloud9ide.zendesk.com and have started going back and forth with support - long lags due to time zones.
Has anyone else seen this?
tks! -rb
(may be) SOLVED: appears to be fixed on it's own - does anyone know, the little 'lock' icon next to a workspace name indicate the workspace is 'private' vs 'open and discoverable'?
tks Brady (at cloud 9) and Ruby on Rails instructor Mashrur Hossain for looking into this for me :-)
