Office add-ins (JS) not showing in Outlook 2013

I had been scouring documentation to check how we can enable/show/display office add-ins in Outlook 2013. The button Get-Addins does not show in my Outlook 2013-32bit either. Here is a screenshot :
I tried enabling "connected experience" but I could not find the setting in Office 2013. Is there a configuration or registry key I need to set to be able to show my office add-ins in Outlook 2013?
Please note that these add-ins are successfully shown in the browser, in Office 2016 and 2019.
Thank you very much for any assistance you can extend to me.
Here is the version of Outlook 2013 (32-bit) I am working on :
Again, many thanks in advance.
Some application specific APIs only became available with Office 2016, per
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/develop/application-specific-api-model
and
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/reference/overview/excel-add-ins-reference-overview
However different aspects seems to be partially supported for Office 2013, per
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/reference/requirement-sets/office-add-in-requirement-sets
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/concepts/requirements-for-running-office-add-ins also seems to say 2013 is supported. So it depends on the exact API/functionality you are desiring...

Why is my SSIS toolbox empty in Visual Studio 2019 community?

I installed Visual Studio 2019 Community and then installed data tools. I can open an Integration Services project but when I look at the SSIS Tooolbox, it's empty.
How do I fix this?
I am using visual studio 2017, To get the SSIS toolbox back, right-click on the SSIS design surface in the project and select SSIS Toolbox please see this link. This resolved it for me.
Adding the content below again, in case the webpage is not available in future.
I have installed the Data-Tier Application Framework and SQL Server
Data Tools for VS 2017 . I created a solution then returned to it a
week later and the SSIS toolbox had disappeared.
I opened the toolbox window using View -> Toolbox but it was empty.
To get the SSIS toolbox back, right-click on the SSIS design surface
in the project and select SSIS Toolbox – hey presto! it reappears.
This is a problem after Visual Studio does an update for Optimization.
I have confirmed that the fix is:
Open menu item:
- Tools
- Options
- Environment - On the General Tab - DISABLE/uncheck - "Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities"
This solved my problem.

A Picture is worth of thousand words
I think you should download and install the Integration Services Projects extension:
SQL Server Integration Services Projects
Since in Visual Studio 2019, for Analysis Services, Integration Services or Reporting Services projects, you have to install the appropriate extension(s) from the marketplace.
You can refer to the following official documentation for additional information:
Download and install SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) for Visual Studio
I had a project from 2017 and the toolbar would not open when I opened the project. I had to create a new empty project. Then go back and open the 2017 project. Then the toolbar appeared.
For me, enabling SSIS toolbox did the trick initially it did not show up in VS 2019 community

My two cents worth, I had the same issue-
In the toolbox window, right-click and select SHOW ALL.
Then right-click again, and turn off the SHOW ALL. Voilah...!

There is no menu to create "new team project" on visual studio 2019

After updating visual studio 2019 to version 16.2.2 when I wanted to create a new team project on my collection, it missed this menu item.
Everything works ok and I can create it from web portal but There is no menu item, its just a menu to manage connection, whats wrong? Is it a bug or what happened to it?
It must be something like this photo:
There is no menu to create “new team project” on visual studio 2019
Yes, I could reproduced this issue with Visual Studio 2019 Community 16.2.0 and TFS 2015, 2017, and 2018.
If you connect to a TFS Server 2019 environment, the option will return:
Then I searched a lot of documents, but I haven't found any explanation for this situation so far. So, I could not sure if this is by designed or it is a issue.
I found someone has already reported this issue to the development team, so I gave a comment with more test info.
Ticket: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/690875/cannot-create-a-new-team-project-from-within-the-t.html
You could vote and add your comments for this feedback track this issue. When there are enough communities vote and add comments for this feedback, the product team member will take this feedback seriously.
I did a workaroud:
Install minimal VS 2017 Community and create team project from there, then go back to VS 2019 Community.
(VS 2019 Version 16.4.2, after several months the issue is still not fixed)
I found a solution. I installed VS2015 with minimal features and I created the project in that environment. Then I continued the other steps in VS2019.

On-Premise Team Foundation Server missing create new project link

We have updated our On-Premise Team Foundation Server to 2015. A couple of year ago, I had created Default Team Project, but I forgot how I created it.
In TFS 2015, I could not find New link next to Browse which we normally see in Visual Studio Team Services (was Visual Studio Online).
Our server administrator said I have Administrator access. Could you point me to the right direction?
Screen Shot for CeCe's Answer
I could not see New team project link.
Screen Shot for Patrick's Answer
I could not see New team project link.
TFS Version
If you're using TFS 2015 Update 2 or later then you can create a
team project from the web as well.
More detail info please refer the link from MSDN: Create a team project
So for your TFS version, you should either update it to TFS 2015 update 2 or you may have to create team project through Team explorer.
Go to collection administration page, you'll see "New team project":

What is the state of Visual Studio 2012 RC integration with SourceSafe?

I've installed Visual Studio 2012 RC and tried to do some work on one of my 'work' projects. It seems to work but after showing some upgrade screens and a Source Safe Login box Visual Studio 2012 RC crashes silently.
So my question is, what is the source safe support of Visual Studio 2012.
Should it just work or could it be not supported? Any pointers to blogs and official release would be really appreciated
Visual SourceSafe is supported with Visual Studio 2012. Could you install the Visual Studio Feedback Tool (http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/f8a5aac8-0418-4f88-9d34-bdbe2c4cfe72) to send us details on this issue?
Install VS 11 Feedback tool
Restart VS
Help menu | Report a bug
Log in using your Live ID
Type = "Crash"
Enter a descriptive title
In the Description field, enumerate the exact minimal steps to reproduce the issue
Press "Record" button
Go through the steps to reproduce the crash on VS
Press "Stop Recording" button after the crash
Press "Submit" button
This will send a Connect bug to us which we can then review internally and follow up on. You will be able to communicate with us and see the actions taken on your bug via http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/[ConnectID] where the [ConnectID] will be given to you after step 10.
Thanks for reporting this issue.
