Actually i installed elastic search in my windows its installed perfectly but the problem is with starting of elastic search
when i enter command in CMD : service start

Have you properly configured the environmental variable for the JVM. On my system I had to manually enter the entire path and could not use a '~' in the pathing. The error indicates that the JVm can't be located or loaded.

Im trying to install AX 2012 Async server on a machine with

I have installed the script with the command Import-Module C:\"Path to Module" -Verbose (as mentioned in the above image), however still the prerequisite persists I have tried restarting the server. But to no avail.

I think the command is not being run successfully , The alternative version of the command AddPSSnapin throws an error. What seems to be the issue here?

AS shown here it seems to be trying to add snapin and then failing the prerequisite.
For some reason the PSModulePath system environment variable doesn't seem to be set on your server. Because of that you can load the module when you specify its full path, but not when you specify just the name (Import-Module WebAdministration). The prerequisites check of the installer most likely checks the presence of the module by name as well, since $env:PSModulePath usually contains more than one location, and it shouldn't matter which of them actually contains the module.
Set the system environment variable PSModulePath to %SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules and the problem should disappear.
I'm installing sonarqube on Windows Server 2012.
I have followed the following steps:
Downloaded sonarqube4.4 and extracted to C:\Sonarqube
Downloaded Java JDK 1.7.0_60 and jre 1.7.0_67 as well as jre7
Installed Windows SDK 7 and .NET Framework 4
Navigated to C:\sonar\bin\windows x86-64 and ran StartSonar.bat as an administrator, this ran ok with no output and Ihad to hot ctrl- Z to break
I then ran \windows-x86-64\InstallNTService.bat as an administrator and I am seeing the sonarQube services was launched, but failed to start.
Not sure what the problem is.
I believe you first ran \windows-x86-64\InstallNTService.bat successfully and then StartSonar.bat unsuccessfully (the inverse order of what you describe).

Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
In that case, the solution is to change the user/rights to launch the Sonar service: https://qualilogy.com/en/migrate-sonarqube-tomcat-to-windows-service/
Go to the Services window, find the Sonar service, and open the Properties windows to change the user it logs on as to one with sufficient permissions.
I was able to solve this problem by creating a new folder named “Temp” in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\

I need to install Tomcat 7 as a Windows service and to start the service manually.
Referring to How to install Tomcat as a Windows service, I believe I would need to specify the following on the command line:
tomcat7 //IS//Tomcat7 --DisplayName="Apache Tomcat 7" --Install="C:\Tomcat7\bin\tomcat7.exe
Do I also need to specify all or some of the following on the command line like in the example? If only some, please specify which ones. If anything in the example is incorrect, please specify.

What I need for sure is to specify the following because I need to tell Tomcat to use a specific java home and not the java home set by the environment variable JAVA_HOME on the server where this will be installed.

The reason: the server already has a different version of Tomcat (5.5) and it uses an older version of the JDK (1.5). I must not change JAVA_HOME on the server. I simply need to ensure Tomcat 7 uses JDK 1.7 and I have tried this line:

Seems like a mismatch in your java JVM and tomcat version.
The tomcat7.exe wrapper program actually
"runs" the JVM, it must match the type of JVM that it runs, in terms
of 32bit/64bit version. If you try to start a 64-bit JVM with a 32-bit
tomcat7.exe, it won't work, and vice-versa.

This is because of shortage in physical RAM.
Check the Minimum System Requirements on Tomcat docs and try to close unnecessary programs if possible.

I have tried to get cassandra working on windows 7. I followed the instructions from:

Cassandra will fail to start with no logs if the values in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\cassandra\Parameters\Java are not correct.
For example, if the Jvm REG_SZ value is not pointing to the correct path for jvm.dll you will get a System event log Error with
"The cassandra service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect function".
You can find where java is with >echo %JAVA_HOME%
To any future Googlers, in my case the issue was that Cassandra had created the service using the 32-bit version of prunsrv.exe. To fix it, I manually replaced the 32-bit version with the 64-bit version (found inside the amd64 folder).
I am trying to run the JDeveloper Integrated Weblogic server (11.1.1.5) on Windows 7 x64 and keep running into this error from within JDeveloper:

When JDeveloper is installed on a newly released Windows version, it is possible that Jython, which is used by Oracle WebLogic Server's script tool, does not recognize the Windows version and instead assumes that it is running in a Linux environment.
This causes domain creation to fail with the following error in CreateDefaultDomain.log:

I'm using JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0.
Have the same problem, and all I had to to is exit the JDeploper, kill the Java process in the Task Manager, and restarting JDev again.
