Netbeans - Error : Failed to create process Access is denied (5) - windows

when i run netbeans encountering error
Error : Failed to create process Access is denied (5)
any one suggest me the solution.
Thanks in advance.

The Application need access to use from Administrator.
Give Access to The System which you are using
or Open the Application by Run as Administrator
But , Giving Admin access to Every user is not Good.
its problem with Netbeans Version : https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=255756
I Uninstalled 8.1 and Installed Later Versions.

Give to user administrator rights, install Netbeans, run it. Remove administrator rights from user, restart pc. Its worked to me.

PostgreSQL 11.5/ 12: The database cluster initialization failed Windows 10

I have tried the solution here by Imraan and this solution here by ThangLeQuoc.
When running stage 7 I still get the error 'Access denied' and cannot install the program.
I have tried to to open new file folder for postgres and check the permissions, it had all the permissions.
I have noticed that during the installing if I open a data folder somewhere else and give it permissions some new user named 'CREATOR USER' is created with no permissions (only for the data folder) then the folder disappears and return.
By the end of the installing I get the error:
The database cluster initialization failed
and no server is installed.
Anyone got another solution? I have tried searching for a day and could not figure out how to fix it.
Thanks!
p.s I tried for postgres 12 and 11.5 and windows 10.

problems when install postgresql on windows server 2008

I'm trying to install PostgreSQL 9.0.1 on Windows Server 2008, but every time, there will be such error message
"Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete
correctly. Failed to start the database server"
in the installation log, it is due to a failure in initdb.exe, error is
"The program postgres is needed by initdb, but was not found in the
same directory as D:\PostgreSQL\9.0\bin\initdb.exe, Check your
installation."
I searched such error in internet and tried the solution in this page "Installing PostgreSQL on Windows Server 2008", but no help.
After reading code of initdb, I know it is caused by the window api CreateProcess in the function pipe_read_line. the calling of CreateProcess returned -5 (access denied). it is because initdb was executed in a subprocess invoked in the functiion CreateRestrictedProcess.
I know it is due to privilege setting, I ran gpedit.msc to add users group (even everyone) into almost all privilege policy, but the error was still there.
I also assigned full control rights of the install target folder to everyone, no help!
I also tried postgresql 9.6.2, the error was still there :-)
from the code, I know if there is the environment variable PG_RESTRICT_EXEC with value 1, initdb will not executed in a restricted process. so before run initdb.exe, I set an environment PG_RESTRICT_EXEC=1 in command prompt, then run initdb.exe. this time such error was gone!!
So I wonder how to change the os settings to allow the installation running without error!

SonarQube installation failing to start service

I'm installing sonarqube on Windows Server 2012.
I have followed the following steps:
Downloaded sonarqube4.4 and extracted to C:\Sonarqube
Downloaded Java JDK 1.7.0_60 and jre 1.7.0_67 as well as jre7
Installed Windows SDK 7 and .NET Framework 4
Navigated to C:\sonar\bin\windows x86-64 and ran StartSonar.bat as an administrator, this ran ok with no output and Ihad to hot ctrl- Z to break
I then ran \windows-x86-64\InstallNTService.bat as an administrator and I am seeing the sonarQube services was launched, but failed to start.
Not sure what the problem is.
I believe you first ran \windows-x86-64\InstallNTService.bat successfully and then StartSonar.bat unsuccessfully (the inverse order of what you describe).
You probably have [this problem]: http://qualilogy.com/fr/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/09/Sonar_ServiceLaunchError2.jpg
Windows could not start the Sonar service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
In that case, the solution is to change the user/rights to launch the Sonar service: https://qualilogy.com/en/migrate-sonarqube-tomcat-to-windows-service/
Go to the Services window, find the Sonar service, and open the Properties windows to change the user it logs on as to one with sufficient permissions.
I was able to solve this problem by creating a new folder named “Temp” in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\
The Log-File will show only
--> Wrapper Started as Service
Cleaning or creating >temp directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SonarQube\sonarqube\temp
<-- Wrapper Stopped
The SonarQube service was launched, but failed to start.
After a long search, I came up to this site http://zen-and-art-of-programming.blogspot.de/2013/03/installing-and-running-sonar-source.html.
Solution:
Navigate to C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\ and create the directory Temp
2: Set the user rights to full access
3: Run the StartNTService.bat

MPICH2 error - Credentials for <user> rejected connecting to <host> Aborting: Unable to connect to <host>

I need to get MPICH2 working for my college project. But it appears I won't implement anything until I manage how to start MPICH2. For now I only try to run anything on my computer, nothing more. What I do:
I install the MPICH2 (from mpich.org/downloads, from the bottom of the site - the x86_64 Windows version) on my 64bit Windows 7 (I also tried the same with my 64bit Windows 8). I start the installer from a command line (run as an administrator), install MPICH2 for everybody (although my acc is the only one). After successful installation I run the wmpiregister.exe, where I type Danioss (it's the name of my account) and the password for this account. I click register, everything seems to be fine so far. Then I run wmpiconfig.exe, I don't change nor click anything and there is this error:
'g-pc: MPICH2 not installed or unable to query the host'
I can see on the left the table with my host name (g-pc) and the version of MPICH - 1.4.1p1. So it sees it is installed here but cannot query the host. I have no idea what that means.
Of course I tried to execute any compiled program but after running wmpiexec.exe, choosing the file and clicking Execute - I get
'Credentials for Danioss rejected connecting to g-PC
Aborting: Unable to connect to g-PC'
I tried running every .exe as an administrator, didn't help. I also installed and reinstalled the whole MPICH2 tens of times (literally - tens) trying different configurations. I also tried to install the 32bit version but that made no progress. I really have no idea what the problem is.
Please, help me!
Greetings,
Daniel
Try not specifying username after running wmpiexec -register. Just password for your current user. That worked well for me. Source: https://trac.mpich.org/projects/mpich/ticket/1151
First: crate a windows user password of your windows user acount
Second: go to installdir deform (C:\Program Files\SFTC\DEFORM\v10.2\3D)
Third: execute "wmpiregister.exe" and register user name and password that your windows user name and password
start deform on multiprocessor
good work
You need to run wmpiregister.exe which is in bin folder, to register your Windows user.
Register using mpiexec -register with ".\" before the username, in your case: .\Danioss.

windows service installation "Administrator access is needed"

I am using NSSM (the Non-Sucking Service Manager) to install a windows service from a batch file like this
"nssm install C:\stash\runstash.bat"
but it throws:
"Administrator access is needed to install a service"
When I check user accounts in control panel, it shows that I am logged in with a User Name in the "Administrators" group.
Does anyone knows any possible reasons for this issue?
Thanks
You running it from command line, right? Then run with admin rights. There few possible ways:
right click on cmd shortcut, the run as administrator
execute cmd /admin
I believe you have UAC on on your PC, that's most programs run with user grant by defaul
