I'm new to Service-Now, can anyone help me to find out what is ITSM and how Service-Now is related to it.
What is the best way to learn this tool so that it is easy to know and understand.
Service-Now started out as an Cloud ITSM Tool, now it contains much more and you can also create custom application on the Platform. But I would suggest you check out there Wiki and Community which is actually pretty good.

ITSM is broad topic, it's about Incident, Change, Problem Management and a proper CMDB. You will find enough on the web. Like on Wikipedia.

I need to know about EPUB3 Reader Development. I Am using readium to develop epub3. Looks as if http://readium.org/ offers exactly what I am looking for; but I only find descriptions for the integration of Readium into different browsers.
I want to use Readium as a epub-reader within my content; does anyone know, how to do that?
Can you please suggest me what to do ?
Thanks in Advance.
What you are looking for is the Readium SDK: http://readium.org/projects/readium-sdk.
It is currently in development and therefore may or may not be useful to you at this stage... Most of the stuff is fairly stable, and developement is ongoing. You can find the SDK code here: https://github.com/readium/readium-sdk, and the different launcher repos here: https://github.com/readium/.
Good luck!

It's importance that the open-source solution is which many people need, and solution must be stable. Here's an simple strategy.
Make a stable opensource solution
Write a detail manuals online.
Promote an opensource using SNS
If online group getting larger, start to make a offline group.
I have been searching for hours for a tutorial that would clearly explain how to install and start to use bugzilla on windows 7. All tutorials I found didn't help me: links are invalid, uses old versions or tells me to modify file that doesn't exist on my system. Could anyone guide me where to search for more clear step by step information about how to start working with bugzilla? Any help would be appreciated
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Win32Install is a good description of installing Bugzilla, Apache and MySQL on Win32 platforms.
If you're looking to use IIS instead of Apache this may help
http://lpsolit.wordpress.com/2010/10/22/make-bugzilla-work-with-iis7-easy/
Bugzilla is provided by volunteers, so while it's unfortunate that no one has written an up-to-date document on how to do what you want, it also reflects that there are very few people who are trying to do the same thing.
Your best course of action depends on whether you're willing to pay for support. If you are willing to pay someone to help you, you might consult this list:
http://www.bugzilla.org/support/consulting.html
If you're not willing to pay for support, there are some approaches described here:
http://www.bugzilla.org/support/
You can always create a bug here to report that the available documentation isn't current:

I've asked this question elsewhere: https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/28320/webhosting-with-custom-database-choice but was hoping that someone here might be able to point me in the right direction too... Does anybody know of any web hosting which will support OrientDB?
AFAIK there is only NuvolaBase that offers it: www.nuvolabase.com
I am starting to use WebFocus for a new client. Anybody know of good WebFocus tutorials aimed at programmers?
I too realize that this is an old question but in case someone is looking I've found the documentation (free to download) found here helpful.
