Generating JAR with MAVEN - maven

Question

I'm trying to creating a JAR with maven, look my pom.xml:

So, i have a WAR when i use this jar as a dependency. I checked in target/mywar/WEB-INF/lib/myjar-2.0.jar and all classes are there but when i try to start TOMCAT i get: ClassNotFoundException in classes of my jar.
