I am newbie in Mailchimp API. So, I'd like to export my customers email from CRM to Mailchimp. It requires HTTP request (Json available).
What should I use for HTTP request? I need very simple example.

I am currently trying to build a go API using gin for a web and mobile application. I am new to the world of WebSockets and Go so I was wondering how I would go about triggering a GET request from the client after a relevant POST request was made ie: the POST request contained the user's ID so the clients who require information regarding that user are properly updated. Currently, I have the POST and GET requests which do what I need them, but I'm a little lost about how to make the entire flow realtime using WebSockets.
I believe this example of server-sent-events should address the question. Once a POST handler has been called, send a flag to the GET endpoint via a channel and then send an event through there.
I'm not able to figure out why the REST API call works just fine in Postman but not in the GraphQL Playground. If I could see the actual REST call being made by GraphQL, would be helpful to debug the issue.
Firecamp's GraphQL client lets you test the GraphQL as an API call or as a Query way.
Here is the dedicated GraphQL client
Here is REST like GraphQL client
Note: Make sure that you double-check the method and headers while using REST-like GraphQL client. IN most cases method would be post and header should contains Content-Type: application-json / application/graphql
The GraphQL playground allows to send GraphQL queries/mutations to your GraphQL server. You can see the requests that are send using the network tab of a browser dev tools.
For example, if a server is in running at the following address http://localhost:4000/graphql, sending a query/mutation, a XHR request will be sent to it. In the Request Payload of the Headers section there is the query/mutation itself.
In the Response section you can see the returned response.
You can start having a look at the returned response of your query/mutation. Perhaps there is something wrong in the related resolve function in GraphQL.
I am trying to get a shopify webhook to fill my customer class in parse.com, however something must go wrong. I don't know how to verify the parse response since Shopify sends this webhook out from it's ruby backend. I used requestbin to catch the webhook and I replicated a post request using postman to my parse url and everything works fine. Does anyone know how to debug requests like these? Is there a console in Parse where I can see all the incoming requests and the responses Parse.com sent back?
Try using Runscope for debugging webhooks. Full guide here: https://www.runscope.com/provider-guide/troubleshooting-webhooks - this is more than just a request bin. It's a full transparent proxy that will, like a bin, record the webhook notification, but will also pass it along to the intended destination (your webhook receiver) and record that response as well.
I need to call Yammer autocomplete GET API (https://www.yammer.com/api/v1/autocomplete/ranked) from backend (aspx.cs) using HttpWebRequest. I am not able to send content body (prefix and models) with GET HttpWebRequest. I tried to replace GET with POST but i am getting error 'Method Not Allowed'.
Appreciate any advice on how to call Yammer autocomplete GET api from backend using HttpWebrequest.
To use GET you can simply encode the data into the url. Like:
"api/v1/autocomplete/ranked?models=user:5&prefix=" + name
Maybe you forgot to include Accept: application/json as header of the request, which is needed to call the autocomplete API from Yammer.

I'm building a small web app with Ember.js and Firebase so as of now I don't have a framework. I'm trying to use Venmo's OAuth and API to get usernames, emails, and friends. I got OAuth to work and I get a client-side access token to use in an API call, but whenever I try and send a GET to https://api.venmo.com/v1/me?access_token=<access_token> using AJAX or CORS I get an error saying XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://api.venmo.com/v1/me?access_token=<access_token>. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Is there a way to do this with javascript
I'm an API engineer over # Venmo, and we're looking to open up CORS support very soon, in the next couple months hopefully. Feel free to email developer#venmo.com and bug us if you need to :P
