Navigation to solutions missing in Dynamics 365 Sales App (trial version) - dynamics-crm

I have created a trial version of Dynamics 365 sales app. I do not see the navigation menu to reach solutions, to explore created components and modify existing. I have created org from the following link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales
I need your help to modify the existing components and to create new solutions, to use it as full Dynamics crm in trial period.
Product has any restrictions to not provide customizations for trial periods?
Update: (Solution identified)
Actually my question was not about reaching to solutions, Microsoft provide different trial options when creating trial account for Dynamics crm. you have an option for individual options like only creating sales app, marketing app etc. in these apps there is no option for solution. if we select no customization in creating account then we get full instance of crm and all features and we have solution.

The solutions area can be found under Settings > Customisations > Solutions.

I am using Dynamic 365 online.
In my case this can be achieved by 2 ways
Settings > Solutions
Settings > Customization > Solutions
Please refer image.

I had the same problem and could not find Solutions in the trial version and nothing happened when I tried to enter Solutions from the extension 'Level for Dynamics Crm/365'.
The problem was that the account I created for the trial version was not an admin.

How to enable Area using Site Map Editor in MS Dynamics CRM instance?

I have disabled Settings tab(Area) in SiteMap Editor from XRMToolbox for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE(v1.2018.7.28) yesterday. Yesterday, I could see that Settings tab(Area) with "disabled" status and I was able to enable/disable it.
But today when I open SiteMap Editor from XRMToolbox for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE(v1.2018.7.28), I don't see Settings tab(Area) with "disabled". How can I enable it?
Can anybody please suggest me?
Note: I have few custom Tabs(Area) in my SiteMap. I don't want to lose them.
You can check the xml code of the sitemap using the icon (next to delete x icon). If it’s missing there it’s messed up.
You will find the Default Sitemap xml in MS docs. Refer/copy the Settings node. (You can take a backup of current Sitemap & Reset from “More actions” to study - just don’t update back to CRM).
You can take it from other environments if it’s applicable. Don’t forget to check Sitemap designer within CRM too.

Cannot edit SiteMap in Dynamics CRM 365

The user account I am using for a Dynamics CRM application contains roles for "System Admin" and "System Customizer". But when I try to edit the SiteMap via Settings->Customizations->Customize the System->Client Extensions and selecting SiteMap, I don't see the edit option. Even "My Apps" under Application is not displaying. Please help me point out what Role/Permission is missing.
I am beginner, so any help in this will be very useful.
The version I am using is
Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online 2016 Update
(8.1.0.581) (DB 8.1.0.578)
Thanks
In-built sitemap editor is avaiable since version 8.2, so you will have to upgrade your organization first, to have this option. For now you still have to use some external tools like SiteMap Editor from XrmToolbox or simply edit XML manually.
To edit XML manually simply go to customizaitons -> solutions. Create a new solution and under "Client extensions" add "SiteMap". Now export the solution, unzip it and inside "customizations.xml" you will have your sitemap which you can edit. But be careful - editing XML by hand may lead to crashing whole CRM. I would not recommend that on Online - if anything goes wrong, you will not be able to open you CRM and the only way of restoring it would be through Microsoft Support. Simply use the SiteMapEditor from XrmToolbox, it's much better approach.

CRM 2011 outlook client: Some entities are not available after changing the user language

Error: cannot load crm when trying to view crm records for contact/accounts in outlook 2010
EDIT: I found out that this problem occurred because of the selected language by the user. Now i still have to find out how to solve this problem so that the user can keep his language.
Original question:
A customer of our company recent did the migration from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011. First everything worked perfect but after a few days, one of the crm users could not see the records for accounts and contacts in his outlook client. A few days later, another user noticed the same error.
When they try to view the records for certain entities. No records are shown in de window. Only a message: "CRM cannot be loaded" (translated from dutch, i don't know the exact message in english).
Other entity records are shown perfect.
They tried already reinstalling the outlook client en reconfigureing there organisation in outlook.
When i open their organistation in my outlook, everything works just fine.
They are using outlook 2010 and me too.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: When i login in outlook crm with his user, i have the same problem. So it's user specific problem. Both users have the system administrator role.
Maybe there is some issues with the language used by the specific user? I earlier had a similar problem with an installation where English was used as base language - and the Norwegian language pack added later. Try to switch to English for the user who experiences these problems. If it helps you have a little translating to do.

CRM opportunity entity will not open "New Opportunity Product"

I am currently experiencing an issue within my Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Opportunity entity. When I try to input a new opportunity product. I select the button on the form “New Opportunity Product,” but instead of opening this, it does nothing at all. What could cause this to happen? And how would I go about fixing this issue for it is a critical part of our business. If you need a screen shot please let me know. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
