I see that there are all these analytics apps for FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc.. that track your top followers/who unfollowed you etc.... and I was wondering how can you make something like this. How do you get access to Instagram. All the apps out there charge people a ton of money and being an David instagram user, I hate it. I want to make my ow app that is a 1 time fee of $1 and I don't want to rope people's arms for cash. I am a programmer so I was hoping to make the app in Xcode. I just need to know how to import follower/likes etc.. into my app from individual instagram accounts.

Using the various app's api's. You can google each of the app's apis where you want to pull data from and use the data in your app.

We've just published our first app in Google Workspace Marketplace (a google docs add-on) and can't figure out how, or if, it is possible to setup an email or other notification (slack notification would be cool) for our Customer Success team to be notified when a user leaves a review of the app.
Appreciate that if we get thousands we will probably turn the notifications off (or filter them in some way), at this early stage though, we're very eager to act on any feedback.

Just wondering if someone can clear this up for me as its kind of a grey area and not sure what to do.
I have a website that is split into frontend and api and has a subscription service provided by stripe on the api. I am now making apps in ionic for both apple and google stores but Im unsure of how the payments will work on the platforms, ideally i would like to just stick to using stripe but Ive been reading about both stores and this is where I need guidance.
From what I have read it seems to be that I have to use google play billing and apples alternative. Do I have to use these for the apps going into their respective stores or can I continue to use stripe within the apps? As i see it its a multi platform saas. So why cant I just send the card info to my api for charging?(I know theres alot of security involved and its not as trivial as I make it out to be)

Which to me states that I have to use Apple Pay and make no reference to my other payment methods for fear of being refused from the store.
I can't comment for Apple. For Google Play the best place to answer this sort of question is the Developer policy center. In the Monetization and Ads section it says
Developers offering products within another category of app downloaded on Google Play must use Google Play In-app Billing as the method of payment, except for the following cases:
Payment is solely for physical products
Payment is for digital content that may be consumed outside of the app itself (e.g. songs that can be played on other music players).
You should read all of the linked page and decide what category the stuff you are selling falls into.
I'am working on community project for chess players and I use standard in app purchases provided by Google to get credit for functions to be used. I prefer however one big payment for one country (culture) made by some company or major local chess entity, personally dealing conditions, creating data source to fit my app, giving users everything within the culture for free and in return giving the sponsor place in various screens of my application.
I know 3rd party payment processors are not allowed for standard app use.
Breaking Google Play developer policy in this case or not?

I don't work for Google's policy team, and I'm not a lawyer, but here would be my reading:
If you want a user to pay within your app, then use Google's methods. So if you want the person sponsoring the whole country to pay within the App, use Google's payment methods.
What you do as a company to strike sponsorship deals and take payment is up to you, if that payment happens outside the app.
But you should read that website above carefully for yourself, and of course Google Play has the final say.
I have made a Parse-based app that allows the user to send a push notification to everyone who downloads the app. It's a kind of quick public address system for a congregation, school, club, etc.
Other leaders have expressed an interest in my app for their communities. But these people are not tech-savvy and have no interest in becoming Apple developers for $100 a year, so building custom apps for them is not an option. Even if I did it for them, I would be concerned that they would mess something up that would require a lot of time on my part to repair. They just want to use the app for their communities.
My question: Could I make custom apps for these groups, keep them on my iTunesConnect account, and simply make a new Parse account for each app? That way, the group leaders would only need to know how to log into Parse and send a push notification on the Parse website.

You could. It could be done with a single app that everyone downloads and then configures to connect it to their specific parse app.
It's possible that you could write the app so it doesn't know the parse account details and they need to be entered on the device. It's also possible that you could supply that detail with an invite e-mail that opens the app and has the details in the URL query.

I'd suggest you always have a backup plan,when using a BAAS.I pity Stackmob users that didnt.You dont know if parse will still be there in 3 years or their features and pricing will change.Never rely on a BAAS on the long run.
Yes parse has standalone login features with username, and password, in addition to twitter, and facebook. They even handle lost password reset's via email as long as the user has the email field entered. You can check if the user's email has been verified via the emailVerified field.
I'm using stripe.com's payment system via parse's cloud code. I will admit this is not a complete drop in feature for parse yet, but maybe in the future. stripe is made for developers, and I find it to be a very powerful payment system. I can answer some basic stripe/parse questions as I have written myself basically a semi-complete API for handling customers, card, and charges.
