Since Apple moved to their new and improved TestFlight website, none of my internal or external users are receiving push notifications or emails when I make a new build available for testing.
These are testers who previously were getting push and emails with each new build.
If the tester goes to the TestFlight app on their device, they do see the new build is available for update there.
I see a couple threads about this in the Apple Developer forums but nobody seems to know how to work around this problem:

Anyone here found a workaround for this problem?
when submitting a build for beta approval, uncheck 'automatically notify' in lower left corner. then after beta is approved for external testing, click 'notify testers' in upper right corner. if i recall next time i do this, i'll include screenshots.
this solution is from #boozedog, it fixed the issue for me, and i am submitting #boozedog's comments as an answer. the text of his comment:
"
The Automatically Notify checkbox appears in the bottom left of the dialog box when you submit the build to beta approval on the iTunes Connect website. Make sure you clear that checkbox. And then, after the beta approval is complete, go back in to that build in iTunes Connect website and you should see an action button in the top right corner "Notify Testers."

I am running Xcode 9.1 on a mac with Xcode Server. We have it setup to run our bots but every time a bot is created when it gets to the tab that says signing we always see this error...
Every time I click Add Server to Team and it adds it and moves on but the next time I set up a bot the same thing occurs.
My issue is with people who are not admins then can't click on the button so I need to make the bots for them. Is there a way around this? Am I missing something/doing it wrong?
This turned out to be something stupid but will leave it here in case someone else experiences it. Another one of my teammates had re-built key/cert pair and had never re-built the provision for it. So we were still using the old on the server. Once I added the new one that problem went away
I have uploaded an app to iTunes Connect but because of authorization, app has got rejected. Now i need to upload new binary so i have followed below steps as per the new iTunes Connect UI :
First You have to upload a binary again from Xcode or Application Loader. There is appear you last setup Build with Version number select it and upload again.
Then, wait for some processing time and open your iTunes Connect account. You can check your uploaded build in Prerelease tab
After processing finish In Build section Click on + button and select a correct binary that you have uploaded and save.
After that you may click on Submit for Review Button. And it may take some time for uploading on iTunes again
I have followed the same procedure for my problem and am getting the attached screen, but the problem is after click on "Submit for Review" Button my app is status is not changing and still "Rejected" with red bubble.
Can you please help me to upload my app with status "Waiting for Review" to the iTunes Connect?
Thanks alot!
here is my solution for the same problem:
Suppose if you have uploaded your app binary build and version with 1.0 before, which has got rejected unfortunately from iTunes Connect. So, for upload the new binary.. you don't need to change the binary and App version, it should be 1.0. Once you will submit the new binary from XCode or Application Loader, it will automatically update in your iTunes Connect Prerelease tab as below screenshot.
Now, you need to go to the Build tab (you can find in the bottom of the new UI iTunes Connect screen), there you can get your current uploaded binary.
Click on plus (+) button to select your binary and SAVE this build. After this, you will get one button "SUBMIT YOUR REVIEW" on your top of the iTunes Connect screen.
Just tap here and your new binary will upload to the iTunes Connect with status "Waiting For Review".
Thanks to all, please feel free to ask for any clarification regarding the same.
Good luck!
Well, I submitted an app to the app store, but my little cousin went on my computer and screwed up the project so badly that I had to start from scratch. So I rebuilt everything back to how it was, and I am trying to submit it to the app store and it obviously isn't recognizing it as the same app,
(Please make sure that you have set up a record for this application
on iTunes Connect.)
although the bundle ID is the same as the old one. How can I go about doing this? I have to get this update out fast, any replies are greatly appreciated!
Have you prepared the app in iTunesconnect to receive an update?
After you have chosen to "Add version", you still have to press the button "Ready to upload binary" in the top right corner of the details screen of the app.
It should be sufficient to keep the app bundle the same in order to update.
You also have to use the same provisioning profiles as you used before.
The 'android developer console' publish and save buttons don't do anything
In the android developer console at play.google.com/apps/publish, I login and click the "APK Files" tab and upload my updated APK. I have done this successfully 15 times before. I press the save button, literally nothing happens. No error, no message, no page refresh, nada. When I press the "Un-publish" button, nothing happens. I've triple checked my program, it is working perfectly. I've tried other browsers, restarted eclipse, the smartphone, computer, it's all fine.
Something is wrong with Android market console. The android APK save button doesn't work.
OK I figured out my problem.. I'm 100% certain it's a bug in the android developer console / Android market console.
Basically what happened is the exchange rate in Zimbabwe, Quatar and Togo and a few other places changed their exchange rates due to inflation or whatever, and when I uploaded my new APK, google needed me to review and change the prices for these countries. So to fix here is what I have to do:
Go to play.google.com/apps/publish
Login, click your program in the android app listings, click "Upload APK tab".
Upload your APK.
Click the save and publish buttons, which are completely ineffective.
Click the greyed out tab: "Product Details".
Scroll 3/4 the way down to the exchange rate section, there is a red box around some countries.
Enter in a price for those countries, fix any other red items. Click on the checkmarks at the bottom to re-validate the stuff you've validated before.
Go back to the upload APK tab. Click Save. The save produces the expected result "save completed".
Recommendation for the Google: Pushing the save button should produce a popup: "You need to review some currency exchange problems in the program details".
If you uploaded a new app version and can't save it, I think there is an error on the "Product details" tab.
Since Google Play added some new countries a few days ago, if your app is a paid one, you first have to set prices for these new countries before you can save your app.
I think it's not a real bug. There is just an error message missing on the APK tab.
There is a real bug, but I'm not sure what it is. I had the same problem. Closing the browser tab and reopening it fixed the problem for me, showing that there was no real issue with my app settings.
Xcode states.
xxxx#gmail.com is not a Registered Apple Developer.
This is really annoying, as I have a registered account, I just typed the wrong one. How to I get another opportunity to login.
Delete all the documentation links in that preference pane and then click on "check & install now" button again.
That should bring you back to the login dialog.
Instructions from this similiar question might work, they just did for me:
How can I change the Apple ID that Xcode 4 uses to download components?
It seems it's better to download Xcode directly from Member Center (not trough the Mac App Store).
