Geomesa WPS tubeselect error - geoserver

I am running geoserver 2.9.4 from this image and I am trying to get the tubeselect example working, because I need to show how points move through time. My WPS request is the following:

Any idea?

You might need to specify the content-type header - in curl it would be something like:
curl -X POST -d #my-request.xml 'http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wps' -H 'Content-Type: text/xml'

Count points in polygons with WFS or WPS

I'm having 2 separate layers in geoserver. One containing polygons and other one contains points. How can I count the number of points within each polygon using wfs or wps requests?
QGIS describing the exact functionality I'm asking.
I tried using vec:InclusionFeatureCollection WPS function but it only returns attributes from the first feature collection so I can't count them grouped by polygons:

How do I use appendOnSendAsync?

I am trying to use the appendOnSendAsync API call for the Outlook Javascript API. Here is the link for it in the documentation. I've fulfilled all of the requirements needed to use this API such as being in preview and adding the Extended Permissions node in the manifest. I am using this API call on an OnSend event and getting this error: "Extended Permission missing from API call".
Here is my manifest file:

Passing a bearer token in a 'Web Test' without Visual Studio?

I want to import a ".webtest" in Azure's Application Insights availability feature. I dont have a test edition of Visual Studio, but this MSDN article suggests using Fiddler as another option to creating web tests.
I need to perform 2 requests on a REST API:
Request a bearer token from the connect/token endpoint.
Perform a GET at api/resources with the bearer token (retrieved from the above request) in the header.
It's a typical client credentials OAuth 2 flow.
I cannot seem to figure out how to do this with Fiddler. Basically I need to extract a value from the response body of request 1 and use it as the header value in request 2.
This is what the web test looks like without passing the token:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<TestCase Name="FiddlerGeneratedWebTest" Id="" Owner="" Description="" Priority="0" Enabled="True" CssProjectStructure="" CssIteration="" DeploymentItemsEditable="" CredentialUserName="" CredentialPassword="" PreAuthenticate="True" Proxy="" RequestCallbackClass="" TestCaseCallbackClass="">
<Items>
<Request Method="POST" Version="1.1" Url="https://example.com/connect/token" ThinkTime="8" Timeout="60" ParseDependentRequests="True" FollowRedirects="True" RecordResult="True" Cache="False" ResponseTimeGoal="0" Encoding="utf-8">
<Headers>
<Header Name="Content-Type" Value="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" />
</Headers>
<FormPostHttpBody ContentType="application/x-www-form-urlencoded">
<FormPostParameter Name="client_id" Value="myclientid" UrlEncode="True" />
<FormPostParameter Name="client_secret" Value="password123" UrlEncode="True" />
<FormPostParameter Name="grant_type" Value="client_credentials" UrlEncode="True" />
<FormPostParameter Name="scope" Value="myscopes" UrlEncode="True" />
</FormPostHttpBody>
</Request>
<Request Method="GET" Version="1.1" Url="https://example.com/api/resources" ThinkTime="0" Timeout="60" ParseDependentRequests="True" FollowRedirects="True" RecordResult="True" Cache="False" ResponseTimeGoal="0" Encoding="utf-8">
<Headers>
<Header Name="Authorization" Value="Bearer {{token}}" />
</Headers>
</Request>
</Items>
</TestCase>
Assuming this comes back as the following example you can use a regex extraction to get it.
{"token_type":"Bearer","scope":"user_impersonation","expires_in":"3600 ... "access_token":"{{TOKEN}}", ...}

To compliment James Davis's answer, if you need to login to https://yourapp.com/auth/login by posting the JSON:
{
user: 'youruser',
password: 'yourpassword'
}
first base64 encode the json:
> echo "{user: 'youruser', password: 'yourpassword'}" | base64
e3VzZXI6ICd5b3VydXNlcicsIHBhc3N3b3JkOiAneW91cnBhc3N3b3JkJ30K
Then pass this base64 value in a StringHttpBody tag

It works fine in windows while in mac when I launch the app the app window does not appear as expected but it appears as a small window on the top left corner.
The similar issue is appearing with the progress dialog which I am using it works fine in Windows but in mac(OS X) when the app is expanded like when app window size is maximum the progress dialog is also covering the whole display screen while I have given fixed size to scene window.
This is my progress bar code:-
public ProgressBar startProgressBar() {
primaryStage = new Stage();
ProgressBar pb = new ProgressBar(0);
//ProgressIndicator pi = new ProgressIndicator(0);
//pi.progressProperty().bind(pb.progressProperty());
HBox hb = new HBox();
hb.setSpacing(5);
hb.setAlignment(Pos.CENTER);
hb.getChildren().addAll(pb);
Scene scene = new Scene(hb, 300, 100);
primaryStage.setScene(scene);
primaryStage.setTitle("Downloading Build...");
primaryStage.show();
return pb;
}
I am able find the solution for the first issue that can be solved my fixing the minHight and minWidth of the anchor panel to some value in fxml file instead of infinity but I am still not able to find the solution for the second issue.

What does it mean and how can I fix it?
Well, you've got a null pointer at line 98 of MainStageController....
If I had to guess, I'd say that one of the #FXML variables you've defined in your Controller isn't named the same as in your FXML file, so you're getting a NPE.
You'd have to paste the relevant MainStageController.java code for anyone to know more.
Please post the offending line or SSCE if possible. I agree with jhsheets and your approach double checking the variable names against your fx:id names. I have encountered this exact error/situation myself at exactly the same place (in the initialize method trying to do some post-loading initialization) where a small typo in my fx:I'd caused an NPE. But it would be good to know what is going on in the set method where the NPE originates.
