I have added the following configuration option into my C++ code in OMNT++:
Register_PerRunConfigOption(CFGID_LOGEVENTS, "logevents", CFG_BOOL, "false", "log scheduler events");
I specify the 'logevents' in my Config <name>, and I can use it without any issues. The problem is with the ini error checking:
Apparently it does not recognize the newly added config option and shows an error. As a temporary workaround, I am using **.logevent = false in order to change error into warning.
Is this a known issue ?
Every time I run my project, the following error window pops up which is annoying!
Error exist in required project(s): Proceed with launch ?
Is there any ways to fix the error or at least suppress it?
Actually, this is not an error. It only means that IDE does not recognize this option. Your option is added correctly. Build your model using Qtenv or Tkenv and run it, then choose from the menu: Inspect | Available Components | Supported configuration options - the option logevents will be visable.

error: virtual filesystem overlay file

What is the solution for this ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Go to /Users/<YOUR_USER>/Library/Developer/Xcode/ and delete "DerivedData" folder.
If in the path of the missing file is the name of a framework e.g. Usabilla.build/Release-iphonesimulator/Usabilla.build/all-product-headers.yaml
Try using an older version, using version 6.4.7 of Usabilla fixed the issue for me.
If the above fixes don't work, here are some info that might help:

I am following tutorial [Implementing the Contract Trait]. Added code snip to [parameter_types!] and to [imp trait runtime].
When I run [cargo check -p node-template-runtime] receive error:
error[E0282]: type annotations needed
error: could not compile sp-arithmetic
note: this error originates in a macro (in Nightly builds, run with -Z macro-backtrace for more info)
I've had this error previously and it was due to nightly?
I am using windows not mac..
Just to Add to #dundro answer. Go to the link he suggested:
https://github.com/substrate-developer-hub/substrate-node-template/commit/5769470053ba48f364100ff106e32f1beea43127
and download the "rust-toolchain" file. Then place it in the "substrate-node-template" folder. Then try to build again using the command "cargo build --release".
In my case, it solved the E0282 error and gave me a new one E0463. Searching for a fix now
I got the exactly same error, but then I just checked out master ( there is now a toolchain file since https://github.com/substrate-developer-hub/substrate-node-template/commit/5769470053ba48f364100ff106e32f1beea43127)
and with nightly-2020-10-06 the build was successful.
Good luck
Solved: I forgot to add nightly [cargo +nightly-2020-10-06 check -p node-template-runtime]..
I installed the latest version of RStudio (RStudio 1.1.423 - Windows Vista / 7/8/10).
I'm trying to publish to RPubs, but in Global Options does not appear the option for Rpubs.
When I request Publish Document, the following error appears: Error occurred while executing method.
Rprofile:
I entered the command: options (rpubs.upload.method = "internal") at line 25 of Rprofile, but it did not resolve.
The solution is provided by a careful rereading of http://rstudio-pubs-static.s3.amazonaws.com/25030_8e9c9ffc3b3c423d9381d81543423502.html
"Put in options(rpubs.upload.method = “internal”) and no other text at all". Meaning that this line of code is the only code present in the .Rprofile file.
Previously I had been adding the line to a copy of the rest of the Rprofile text. The unnecessary code was the culprit.
I had the same error before. Turns out it was due to having an accent mark in a folder name from my directory (í). I just modified that one folder name and it worked fine.
Hi I am editing my android docker instance which builds my android APK.
I want to add a checkstyle exception which should cause an abort if Any warnings occure.
I have it working in that it Runs checkstyle, but it just output warnings. I do not see a way of making these errors or halting the operation like Lint does. What should I add to my docker file?
java -jar ./styleguide/checkstyle-7.7-all.jar -c ./styleguide/rules/google_checks.xml .
As I do not have the google indentation I get 18k errors that look like
[WARN] pathstuff/./app/src/testRelease/java/com/app/BuildConfigReleaseTest.java:41: 'method def rcurly' has incorrect indentation level 4, expected level should be 2. [Indentation]
Audit done.
These are what I want to abort on. Preferably list all of them, but if we just list that they need to run checkstyles -- that will be enough.
Thanks!
I have it working in that it Runs checkstyle, but it just output warnings.
This is being overridden inside the google_checks.xml file. Checkstyle by default, will print everything as errors. If anything else comes up, then the configuration is overriding it.
I do not see a way of making these errors
Open up google_checks.xml and look for the line similar to: <property name="severity" value="warning"/>
Change warning to error in the value attribute and it will print violations as errors.

The following is the howto from Microsoft, but this doesn't apply to firefox. There is no redirection happening either.
If a user has set Internet Explorer
Advanced Security option "Warn if
changing between secure and not secure
mode" on the deployment target
computer, and if the setup URL of the
ClickOnce application being installed
is redirected from a non-secure to a
secure site (or vice-versa), the
installation will fail because the
Internet Explorer warning interrupts
it.
Internet Explorer calls either LaunchApplication or ShOpenVerbApplication procedure from dfshim.dll behind the scenes, whereas Firefox plug-in (as well as a standard bootstrapper created by Visual Studio 2008-2010, which could also produce this rare error) uses a different, out of date technique to launch ClickOnce applications. (Note, that LaunchApplication requires at least .NET Framework 2 SP 2.)
To avoid such error one could redirect Internet Explorer to a deployment manifest (.application) and all other browsers to a custom installer (.exe) that would install .NET Framework if necessary and then call ShOpenVerbApplication.
Hmm, after using IE to install, then uninstalling, I was able to install via firefox again. Odd.
The following worked for me:
Within the local distribution package CLICK ONCE a web.config file was generated on line clientCache that was the problem, in which altered as follows for CHROME and IE8 and now run the file:
<clientCache cacheControlMode="UseMaxAge" cacheControlMaxAge="1.00:00:00" />
I've had this and it to resolve it was to disable the firewall. I sadly don't know what Firewall settings it was, I just disabled the lot and it ran/installed without issue.
After exhausting firewall options on this issue, I found that my excutable was pointing to the IP Address of the Application Server. When I changed the site deployment and consequently the executable to the FQDN of the server instead of the IP Address, the installer worked first time.
Simple Solution, on cmd execute setup.exe /URL=http://< Production URL>/
Easy!
