I can not see Team Foundation Server in powerbuilder? - visual-studio-2013

I install visual studio team explorer 2013 and also i installed the Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2013 and 2015 MSSCCI.

Seems the Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2013&2015 MSSCCI Provider 32-bit is not installed correctly. So, please try to reinstall it based on the requirements.
Check the System Requirements to install the MSSCCI Provider:
32-bit Operating System
Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2
Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2005, 2008, 2010,
2012, or 2013
Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 or Team Explorer 2013
I tested on my side with below steps and I can see the Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider:
Install PowerBuilder 2017
Install Team Explorer 2013
Install the MSSCCI Provider
Refer to Using PowerBuilder 2017 with TFS source control for details.

How do I connect Visual studio 2013 to TFS 2018 server

How do I connect Visual studio 2013 to TFS 2018 server?
I have tried installing an old dap for vs 2010, without much luck.
My server is TFS 2018 u2, desktop has VS 2013 and VS 2015. I can connect with VS 2015, but not with VS 2013.
What do I need to install to get this to work?
You may need to install (or repair) your VS 2013/Team Explorer for Visual Studio 2013 in the following order:
Team Explorer for Visual Studio 2013 (requires MSDN subscription)
Visual Studio 2013 update 5 (requires MSDN subscription)
More information please refer to Connect any version of Visual Studio to Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server.

Visual Studio 2013 for Windows Express Edition connect with svn

how can I connect with svn server in Visual Studio 2013 for Windows Express Edition. I've tried install tortoiseSVN and ankhSVN, but I read Visual Studio 2013 for Windows Express Edition doesn't support plugins.
Install Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition instead. It's free and supports plugins like ankhSVN.

Tfs 2012 - Visual Studio 2010 ultimate use

I have a Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate version and would like to use it with Team Foundation Server 2012. Is the native VS 2010 Team explorer enough or should I install something else to fully support the new Team foundation Server 2012?
VS 2010 will natively connect to an on premises installation of TFS 2012 and it will be able to do all of the things that it could do with a TFS 2010 server. There are a few features new to TFS 2012 (like local workspaces) that are only available if you have a VS 2012 client.
If you want to connect to tfspreview.com (TFS's new hosted service) then you will need the VS 2010 hosting GDR: https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=39070

Does TFS 2010 support Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 connections?

I have been unable to locate any information on compatibility with Visual Studio 2003 or 2005. I currently have TFS 2010 working correctly with Visual Studio 2008, but we have some developers with Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 instances.
To use VS 2003 you'll have to install the MSSCCI provider.

"Kinda"
You'll need to install a Forward Compatibility Update and even then not all features of 2010 are supported. You can find out more on the Team Foundation Server blog here: http://blogs.msdn.com/team_foundation/pages/compat-matrix-for-2010-rtm-team-foundation-server-to-team-explorer-2008-and-2005.aspx

Microsoft Outlook Addon

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the 2007 Microsoft Office System can only be installed on a machine with the corresponding Visual Studio localized edition. Please install the matching Visual Studio 2005 localized edition and then run Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the 2007 Microsoft Office System setup again.
